There’s this creepy guys who’s always in the locker room he might be homeless not sure but every time I go to the gym he’s there in the locker room on his phone near the mirror. Literally everyday. Always wearing jeans and a t shirt never works out just chilling in the locker room. Makes me feel uncomfortable and worried about others who go to this gym. Might call the police Eventually to check it out.

The experience with Planet Fitness has been extremely frustrating. While I acknowledge that I made an assumption about the billing date without confirming it, they also failed to clearly inform me that fees are deducted in the middle of the month, which led to a misunderstanding that it would be deducted at the start of the following month.
To make matters worse, I didn’t receive a timely notification but instead only received an email about the late fee on the 27th of each month, leaving me no time to address the issue properly.

In addition, Planet Fitness charged me late fees for two months. While the second month’s fee was my responsibility, the first month’s fee should have been refunded. The manage refused to issue a refund and, with an arrogant attitude, insisted they were not at fault, “You should have known this when you signed the contract.” The contract has thousands of words, how could I possibly go through every detail?

The billing date should have been clearly communicated to me; that’s basic customer service. completely ignoring the customer’s perspective and concerns.

While I take responsibility for part of the issue, Planet Fitness, as the service provider, should bear more responsibility, especially in terms of communication and notifications. If they had informed me of the billing date in advance and notified me of payment issues on time, this entire situation could have been avoided.

Good gym. The people at night are friendly and amazingly kind. But the people in the morning. The lady who works with the guy and they both have piercing. They are always talking to eachother. Arent very kind. Passive aggressive. Lazy and why was the bathroom with toilet full of crap? They cant clean caz they are too busy flirting? "Get up and do something!" The people from night are probably the only ones cleaning. Nd the lady and guy with piercings are judgmental in a non judgmental zone

The staff at this gym is horrendous. I requested a simple request and they took the liberty to cancel my membership instead of advising me that by rejecting the arbitration agreement. I almost fell on a stair stepper today . It's is not working right I had started the machine and it jumped to level 12 I had to stop it before I hurt myself. It's the last one on the left and there is also another stair stepper missing the heart pulse handle on the left side as well. Umm You need more stair steppers? Too many treadmills. Well the gym itself is OK, the men's bathrooms, need more attention specially the showers, now my biggest concern is the security guard at night, I was there on Saturday night after 10pm just sitting in my car and the security guard, a young latino was giving everyone a hard time and he came to my car and asked me if I was a member of the gym so I told him yes then he asked me if I was going to go inside the gym and told him yes, I moved closer to the building, a little later he came back to me again and told me why I moved I told him just to be closer to the building, then he told me that next time he came back around I was still there that we were going to have a problem, I was like, what?, so I went inside the gym to talk to the guy working there and told him that I was just sitting in my car and that if that was OK? to what he said if you are a member it's ok.. so next time he came back , he went crazy on me , I told him to go and talk to the gym people but he refused and started yelling at me and wanting to me he was even grabbing his genitals and telling me, his words "I have more balls than you" and wanting to fight me.. two other members saw that and started calling him, but he just got in his car and left, next time he back he told me that he had called the police to wich I said ok, let's wait for them, the police never came, so I just left, so my reason to posting this review is to let everyone know about this guy, I went the next day to tell the manager about it so if anything happens with this guy or if he harms anyone because they carry a gun, they know that I warned them about this guy

Visited on Jan 12, 2024 from 10:30am to 12:00pm. Surprisingly nice facility. Staff was excellent and friendly. Everything was clean and in good condition. This was my first time at this location and I was impressed. The planet fitness I usually go to is nice and in a high-income neighborhood. The Paris location outshined them. Well done!

This PF got it together. The Black Card area is amazing! It's separated from the main gym and has nice couch and chairs to relax while you can also use the massage chairs, tanning and laying massages. Very peaceful rest area. The staff here are great friendly and the changing room restroom are clean and fully functional. This is a very good PF!!

I have been attending this gym for a while now and I have grown to appreciate it very much. The staff is friendly and spends a lot of time cleaning. The cleaning stations for guests to use are properly stocked throughout my visits. I'm able to complete my workouts with no problem as there is pretty decent equipment variety. The only downside would be the lack of a free weight bench area. Asides that, zero complaints !

New general manager Hawkins suck! Been going here for years and no one ever asked me to provide an ID on file. New general manager told me I can't come in until I put ID on file. I said I have no problem showing you my ID but you're not putting it on file. No one else uses my membership but me. And they just lost three memberships myself my wife and my daughters because some stupid general manager trying to flex his title. They need me, I don't need them. I have two other memberships one with LA Fitness that I've been going to for over 20 years and Fitness 19, which is right behind them, so they're not doing me a favor, just saving me money.

on 3/20/22 I attempted to pause my account. I followed company protocol and did it in person. (the pause due to my mother being ill and I moved her into my home for 24 hour care) The club manager at the time Claudia Fregoso attempted to help me. As you can see from the attached email she failed. Upon another attempt she, instead of pausing, cancelled my account. Well, Mom has recovered and I can go about my routine once again. I called the Perris, Ca. location to verify she was in and I was gonna bring the business card she gave me. Of course at that time she also stated she noted my account of the error. I was told by the young man that answered the phone that Manager was fired and he continued to give me information that was really none of my business other than she is gone/fired. great. He said there was nothing they could do for me. What did I do??? I followed protocol. Nowhere in your company policy does it show that I am responsible for employee error? So how is it that I am the one that has to pay for Claudia's mistake? I then asked for the manager. I still am not sure of her name. She said either Leanne or Anna. She wasn't clear and was both evasive and short. I again explained that I trusted the STORE MANAGER to simply pause my account. Again, I can not do a thing. I asked for a DM. nope. Corp number? nope. How about you contact them and have them call me back? nope. hmmmm

Let me also let ya know I too was a Managing Partner for a major franchisee of Papa Johns. I get it but you still need to find a way to take care of your customers. Nobody wants to be ambushed by unhappy customers. I also owned my own business before I retired at 52 years of age. so back to the matter at hand. What are we gonna do? I simply want my account reinstated. I expect to hear from Vianey Ortega at her earliest convenience. I have proven to be very resourceful.

It is a welcoming location. Employees are very friendly. They have plenty showers. I have some constructive feedback: 1. I think equipments should be evaluated because some of them are not in use at all times but Pectoral fly/ Rear deltoid, personal workout benches or abdominal exercise equipments are occupied at all times. 2. Location should use more sanitizing stations. It is very limited. Josh was a great help.

I know PF is know for their 'no judgement zone'. Which is how all gyms should operate IMHO.
But it feels the same as other places.
What stands out is the size and quality.
So many machines you don't have to wait for any.
The app is very cool with its "busy" meter. And I love being able to check in with my phone vs having to carry another bar code tag.
The Black Club is a nice touch too. Gives a good value to the upper level membership.

Disappointed with this location, asked to speak to a manager and clearly whoever they passed the phone to was not the manager. I had to ask for the managers name 3 times and still didn’t get it. You really should train your staff on how to answer the phone, they can’t help you over the phone with billing issues DONT bother. I wanted to do the right thing and pay my past due balance, instead, I was told to disregard the past due balance, and then just re-open up a new account at my new “home store.” This speaks volumes of management. Unfortunately I am honest and want to do the right ….shady!

There is a new manager working the front desk and it seems like he's short on ethics.
So you won't let a black card member in with jeans on, but you let bums sleep in the black card area. It smells so bad you can't stand to give yourself a little spa time. Unless you ask the bums to move over and please take your trash with you. Black card members pay to be their, bums pay nothing but they get to sleep in the black card area for free. I travel a lot and visit many of the planet fitness clubs across the country. This club in Perris it's not as clean as most of them. Also on one occasion someone was video chatting in the men's locker room with a female. When I mentioned it to the front desk staff they could care less. Also how about mixing up the music? Is this a dance club or a gym? I'm sure it's not a corporate thing as other clubs have a nice mix.

Staff is fantastic and place is nice/clean, however this is a small gym and the teens getting in for free promotion until the end of August kills it as the VERY limited weight lifting machines/equipment get surrounded by teens, most of the time taking turns each taking 1-2 hours, ridiculous, I've never heard of a gym doing something so massively stupid, no wonder a lot of my friends told me to avoid it, now I've lost a lot of workout days thanks to the vast crowds of teens in there if I get there after 10am...

I'm dead serious, this is horrid and for the sake of its PAYING members this is never repeated again, we adults don't get a summer break, we work, and don't have 8 hours to spend at the gym. This is not the fault of THIS gym, it's corporates fault at being so incompetent, it's simply not fair to pay for a gym membership and not being able to use it at your own leisure, basically turning around whenever you enter and see the huge crowd of teens
