Honestly i havent had a bad experience yet. And hopefully it stays like that lol. It always clean and the staff is always nice. I typical go in the night around 7-9 and its not as packed. The machines all work and the black card pass which i have allows you to bring another person in and i think it's pretty neat. I like using the massage chairs after a good workout and its a chair massage but it gives full body and comprehension in your arms and legs. The restrooms are fairly clean! They offer fountain water which is always cold if you forget your water. Its a decent gym 🏋️‍♀️💪🏻👌🏻

I went out of my way to this location because it says they're open 24 hours. They were closed. When I joined the planet, I used it late at night, until my location stopped their 24 hour business hours shortly after. Just put the correct business hours up.**update*

I’m happy that this location is 24 hours for majority of the days they are open. I work very long hours as a plumber and I am trying to make it an effort to go to the gym to lose some weight but by the time I’m off work most locations are only an hour left or 30 minutes left on their time before they close the fact that I’ve discovered this location that is 24 hours Near where I live is extremely convenient

I've been coming to this gym for years. It's great because it's usually never too busy. Which is great because for the most part equipment is available to workout without waiting. Recently in the past few months attention to maintenance has gone down. Lack of working tv's, the shampoo and towel dispensers are always empty.

Normally ok but today service was bad i notified one of the employees about a machine needing a lil grese ive used yhis machine before at the chino location .so i know the guy who i told just smiled said ok well do something nothing was done instead he was socializing with other ppl and drinking a jug of water but not addressing my concern he could of something. I dislike this location bc lack of cleaning stations are so far away from machines and every time ive come here staff is always socializing among eachother. I definitely prefer the chino location as a black card member this behavior is ridiculous 🙄 idk if i want to come back here this location sucks chino seems to be way better ! The 30 min works twice this week at Planet Fitness really boosted our energy. The gym has a good vibe and its clean. Clean gym with lots of equipment. Friendly staff whom are also attentive with the cleaning/sanitation supplies. The only thing they are lacking is free space for when one has to improvise with free weights when the machines are occupied. If they made one of those rooms with the glass doors, that’d make such a big difference. Nonetheless, it’s a decent gym for a great price. You just have to find the sweet spots when it’s not as crowded.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I cannot believe the absurdity I experienced at this Planet Fitness. I wore my Fear of God slip-on flat shoes for leg day—SHOES I’ve worn countless times in this gym—and the manager, in a shocking display of ignorance, mistook them for slippers and KICKED ME OUT! Are you serious? I’ve literally enrolled in this gym wearing the same exact shoes! I tried to explain that they’re not slippers, but it’s like management was either completely clueless or didn’t care at all.

And guess what? I even offered to wear different shoes the next time, but NO—this manager was on some bizarre power trip and wouldn’t let me get my workout in after I had already made the effort to show up. Total waste of my time. I’ve worked out with these same shoes at other locations like Buena Park and Toronto without any issue. But apparently, this gym’s management has no concept of consistency or respect for their members’ time. It’s outrageous.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place unless they get a new manager who actually knows how to treat customers with some common sense. Ridiculous!

This gym is always full, especially the area with machines and weights. It's super annoying that in the summer it's full of teenagers who don't even exercise, they are just hanging out and chatting around the exercise machines without actually using them for exercise. It's getting in the way of others who want to work out. Let's try to be considerate and make sure we're using the gym equipment for its intended purpose. If they are going to let them train for free, they should give them a specific schedule. They should give priority to those who do pay a monthly fee.

Heads up about potential discrimination from the staff at this gym. Today, I was asked to leave because I accidentally wore flip-flops, which I understand is against the gym's policy. However, there were other people wearing flip-flops too, and the staff seemed to completely ignore them. As a member of the LGBT community, I can't help but feel that this mistreatment was targeted. Please be cautious with the staff at this gym, especially a staff lady who is on the heavier size (I apologize for mentioning this; no offense for any size people, actually I was the heavy size not long ago, the reason why I said that is because I don't know her name).

Las personas que atienden son amables. Lo malo es que tienen algunos aparatos descompuestos y les falta colocar mas rollos de papel y desinfectante para utilizarlo en las maquinas. Otra cosa que no me gusto es que cuando comprar la suscripcion de "carta negra " solo tiene derecho a los beneficios de la cama o sillones de madaje, capsula de broncear, etc. La persona principal porque la segunda persona no puede disfrutar de lo ya mencionado. I had a medical issue for a few months, which prevented me from utilizing the facility on a regular basis. I was Instructed to get a letter from my doctor stating I needed to freeze my account for Medical reasons. It was honored.

I especially enjoy being able to listen to my audiobooks, or any of my playlist using my earpiece. The atmosphere is very pleasant.

I got my membership 8/23/2023. It is now December 2023 I never went to planet fitness once (my mother got sick shortly after i got my membership, and it was hard for me to get away.) After calling customer care, and asking if I would be able to get a refund of all the money I have paid ($125.00) the gentleman told me that planet fitness was a franchise, and it was up to management to decide, but he didn't see why they would not give it back considering i never went. So I went to planet fitness of Pomona, asked for the manager (who was not there). The assistant manager approached, and I proceeded to tell her that I was there to cancel my membership, and if there was anyway I could get a refund back or at least my anual fee. She told me NO that there's no way she can do that, and I told her that she could do it because I was told by customer service that it was up to management to decide if they were going to be Courteous about refunding. She pretty much told me that she was not going to be courteous about any refund, and that it's the customers responsibility to cancel. It's sad that I have been struggling taking care of my sick mother and unable to get to your establishment in a timely manner to cancel my membership (which is the only option of doing so), and you can't even at the very least refund my anual fee. Out of all the gym's that I could have chosen to go to I chose planet fitness to be my gym, and boy did I make the wrong decision. That is one place I will NEVER EVER consider going to in the future. These people do not care about the customers only the money you put in their pockets. Sucks that people have no heart or care for others anymore. People are so selfish and greedy.

From the kind and welcoming team as you walk in, the cleanliness of the gym, and the kind send off as you leave keeps me coming back on a daily basis. Gyms can be the last place someone would want to go by people like myself, who are overweight, but I feel welcomed and it is definitely a judgement free zone! Not to mention how often the team is cleaning and keeping a safe environment for their patrons. I return nearly every day for these reasons alone!
