I started my gym membership here, super grateful for the gym. I haven't been working out hard because I'm also taking biking in as a sport all day, i dont want to hurt myself and over do it. I use planet fitness for a rest spot and quick shower I mind my own business and just do me if I see something I will say whats up, I'm just a lame with a crazy history just trying to work out with out a problem. Thank guys ill be busting work out soon. 💪🏼

Workers are sometimes advised of policies the manager wants enforced, but the requested policies are Not actually PF Policies. Example: Wednesday as members when signing up are told it's Mandatory to take a picture for the membership. This is Not a PF Policy. But ofcourse as workers they follow the Management lead... Joshua the Manager here is providing His Workforce a incorrect policy or policies. In my case I was an existing member and didn't have a picture on file. I was Denied Entry to the club for my no picture, even though I showed my ID to verify myself. Poor Management by Joshua.

By the way I was Denied Entry by a associate following Joshua's direction.
my account financially was and is in good standing.

This was only resolved by calling PF Customer Service Line. Then Joshua's sent me an email indicated the correct policy, or the one I was already complying with previously Is the PF Policy . If you have membership concerns, questions on what the store is telling you.. question it. call PF Customer Service.

Did you want to cancel your membership, but your still getting charged? Call PF Customer Service. Your membership fees pays for the facilities existance, your membership dues pay for management's wages. Ask questions and verify if you need to, by calling theCustomer Service number.

the employees are generally friendly, which is nice ofcourse.. the bathrooms and locker area , we'll take a l👀k at a just cleaned locker floor.. looks like someone took a hose to it and left. I definitely have a love-hate relationship with this gym just because it is convenient because it's near where I live but when I have the energy to drive to a different location, I definitely would just because this gym is too small with too many cardio machines and I know that they recently not too long go upgraded some machinery, but There's just not enough. The gym is For the most part clean, the employees are cool. You see sometimes some people hanging around or using the gym as Spot mainly the teenage kids or high school kids I should say or the homeless people that hang out in the bathroom or hang out on the sofa asleep parking lot is not always the safest or it's not clean the overflow of a trash near the door definitely concerning, but I think this gym definitely needs a complete makeover with new machinery just because there is some machines in there that you can tell need some kind of replacement as far as like the handle grips or them being squeaky or not stable some shake when using them and honestly when I go to the gym, I think the atmosphere has a lot to do with it that it's just not as motivating because the people in there are not very serious about working out

Facility isn't very clean and there are people in the female locker rooms that are not there using the gym. Just seems to be a hangout spot which makes it uncomfortable when you're trying to change, use the restroom, or shower. The staff is nice for the most part, except for a few who also seem to just be hanging out despite restrooms being dirty and supplies empty. I come here because it's the closest to home, but the Moreno Valley location is in much better shape than this one.

This place is a scam, they make it very difficult to cancel your membership, I am in a wheelchair and I told them it would be very difficult to go in person to cancel but they kept insisting it was their policy to not let their customers be able to cancel their membership easily. Instead they insisted that I be there in person, despite me explaining to them my situation.

The owner here must be a huge Donald Trump fan because Fox News is blasting 24/7. I think the employees are also overworked and underpaid. Sometimes they only have one person here to cover the whole facility, no soap in the dispensers, dirty equipment, and a high turnover rate. Don’t come here if there’s an alternative. With so much competition out there we don’t have to settle for less!

Equipment ok, not regularly wiped down by other guests so your hands frequently smell of other people's sweat when you leave. Music so loud my noise cancelling headphones can't block it out to listen to anything but their music. Bathrooms frequently out of order and lacking tp. Parking lot is very sketchy, dirty -it's gotten a little better with security but not much. But hey, it's cheap?

Horrible experience very rude and racist staff! I drove 40 minutes there to tan and forgot my goggles. They refuse to sell me at least the sticker goggles to cover my eyes when they are free at every other location. I only had cash on me. They would not accept cash because they are a sister store and I am remote so this location does not accept a dime in cash, I offered anyone on the staff, including the General Manager who could’ve gave me the eye coverings for free like every location does they’re very rude. He informed his staff not to accept no money from me at all regardless to say I drove 40 minutes was treated extremely rudely this is my sixth time there five out of six times the staff is treated me horrible I will never, go to this location again I do not recommend this location and unfortunately for Planet Fitness their staff representing their business is horrible and racist! please inform Planet Fitness that they are about to lose a 15 year plus customer because they hire horrible managers to run a location who informs their staff to treat customers rudely and that is unacceptable And they should be ashamed of themselves! It’s a great gym and I get a great workout but it is VERY dirty. I go early morning and the bathroom trash is full from the day before. The restrooms are the WORST. They are extremely dirty I’m talking toilet bowels, sinks, floor everything!! It’s stays dirty throughout the whole day because the same stains are there every morning. Same with machines like the stair master they have a bunch of dirty napkins from the day before it’s disgusting!! People should be reminded to clean after themselves & the machines with a sign or when they enter. I’m not one to complain but it’s gotten really out of hand!!!

This location used to be a great place however recently there's been many discrepancies at this location. The manager Julian had lied to me about waiving my late fees which he told me he was going to do after paying 50 dollars towards my balance to reactivate my account. When it came to the time to sign up again I tried to sign up with Stephanie and he ended up telling her that he never said that. I sincerely wanted to beat the living daylight out of Julian's face because he boldly lied which is a lack of leadership, morality and work ethics. They constantly let homeless people in whenever they want and when it comes to a valued long time client like myself his word meant absolutely nothing. I'm going to report this to the NASM because I am a personal trainer sponsored by 24 hour fitness also my family works in the judicial branch so I'm not taking this situation lightly.

I frequent this location often, early morning hours, 4:30 to 5:30am. The men's locker rooms have always been somewhat questionable, but today was awful, trash everywhere, it looked like someone had shaved there head in one of the changing rooms and no one had cleaned it up. There was a homeless guy in the men's locker room charging his phone and meandering around, he was there when I put my stuff in the locker and was still there when I left almost an hour later. Not a very reassuring feeling when you are leaving your stuff in the locker.

I mentioned how dirty the men's locker room was to the young lady up front, she stated that there are no male employees on staff in the morning hours and that the female staff doesn't feel comfortable going into the male lockers to clean by themselves, which is totally understandable (especially with a homeless guy wandering around in there).

I will say that the staff does a great job at cleaning the rest of the gym and they are ALWAYS super nice and they pleasantly greet you in the mornings.

But the manager really needs to do something about the men's locker rooms, they are disgusting. If it doesn't change perhaps I'll find another Planet Fitness to go to in the mornings. I've personally visited multiple planet fitness locations throughout the United States as I travel A LOT, this is by far the worst location I've been to for cleanliness in the Men's Locker Room.

This club is decently sized enough to where it’s not too small that it feels too crowded but not too big that you feel intimidated and don’t know when to start! I appreciate the staff being so friendly no matter the schedule, the 4:30 am staff, the 6:00 am staff, the 2 pm staff! The only thing I would suggest is maybe replenishing a bit more towards the end of the day, because it gets the most crowded around 8pm on weekdays 😊 the manager is super cool too!

Not really a knock on the gym itself but I was on the treadmill for over an hour 1 morning and I saw about 6-8 people come and go on the treadmills for various amount of time and NO ONE wiped the machine down when they got off. Being a lyfth driver am always on the go no secret that the planet fitness offers a way to message and shower with you're black card which is 24.99 after two months s49.99 UN authorization for you're credit card will be billed for yearly membership fee,by far the worst experience of my life the positive is these here post as I was so there no words to explain other than my willingness to share my information with marketing to be able to express how here at these places it's been a while since the hydro bed works,2 lockers are empty right so I get there and I don't know if people are aware but planet fitness has these people that don't work out sitting on the excirse machine and as soon as you walk in they go inside and start taking long as video in the mirror and if that's not bad enough you got the staff ,ok staff goes in the shower with a service card to clean stand there and start using his phone ,go inside the to dress to shower guy still standing in the same place with the phone,get dressed he didn't even clean the stalls,come out and same guy is wondering around we're my vehicle goes and sees me get in my car and turns his car on and tails it out ,I didn't know about you but that was nd the locals who just come but i seeing them same thing just sirttinfg and. The staff is friendly and the gym was very clean when I visited as a guest. One nice touch is they have massage chairs and tanning beds.. I was pleasantly surprised that the locker room has a private changing area which allowed me to come and go quickly after my workout, as the locker room was crowded. I don't go to gyms but this location seemed very nice.

Love planet fitness. The riverside location is good, employees are kinda non involved with the clients. They stand in the booth talking, laughing and not paying attention to the coming and goings of people. Most times not greeting. But the gym is ok. The bathrooms are never clean and the worse thing about this gym is the sand paper they use as toilet paper. I’m literally bleeding by the time I get out of the restroom.
