Came here doing hip thrusts three plates on each end guy with mustache with glasses Alejandro came up to me telling me im making everyone uncomfortable like what... the sounds of 140 pounds on each end is near impossible to make a sound when placing back on the jack. Work on your guy's customer service and making gym goers not feel secluded. Will be telling others about this experinece.

The guy working at around 10am is amazing. He helped me set up a guess pass and even explained some of the equipment and even knew how many there were. Will be using this location on the weekends when I can spend ample time on my workout.

This is an incredible gym. The gym is so clean and well maintained and the atmosphere is so welcoming... Its managers like George and employees who ensure locations like this are spot clean. Saw him getting in a workout scrubbing and cleaning the men’s bathroom I swear almost marine corps style 😂 so you know it’s good. Solid location. I like that they have an incline plate press machine as well.

discriminating staff member. i was told i wasn’t wearing proper gym attire despite wearing running shorts, a sweatshirt, and on running shoes. the girl who was in a sports bra and long running pants walked by me no problem. i asked why and the attendant said it was not gym appropriate and i had to change my clothes. i’ve been to this gym for over 3 years and have had no problems with what i wear, and not sure why she would discriminate. since i have black card it’s no problem changing which location i go to but definitely won’t come to this one anymore

dirty showers with the showerheads gone. jaquelin is more worried about licking boots than keeping satisfied customers. unconstitutional ID checks and attempts to force you to sign a waiver upon entry. The short woman at the front desk was terrible. I couldn't walk freely into the black card member club of the gym, she would stop me. I couldn't enter the bathroom freely, she would ask me to change into sneakers before going to the bathroom. In short, her existence was to be a dog blocking the road. You couldn't go anywhere but to the treadmill. Following her instructions, I almost thought I was at her house. This seemed to be a public place, not her home. I thought I could freely enter and exit my black card member area, I could freely take a bath, and I could also decide not to run on the treadmill. She should be fired because if I hadn't restrained myself just now, there would have been bloodshed. I would have punched her in the nose and told her to get out of my sight.

Cynthia at the front desk is a great representative! She represents Planet Fitness in a professional and awesome way.
Upon check in, I had to update my payment info. She kindly informed me and then further assisted me in some other membership questions. She even double checked on FURTHER information to give me on my way out the gym. No one cares to go the extra mile in informing people. Especially doing it with a smile. Finding kind and efficient customer service is hard to come by these days but she made things easy. That makes my decision to come to this gym even easier! Thank you, Cynthia! I really like this gym. All workers are friendly and helpful. There are people that clearly want to have a contest physique, and people that just want to get back in shape. There is no judging here. I went there on Friday afternoon, the gym is not many people, elliptical and treadmill a lot, the environment is very clean. The staff is very nice, I used the free pass for a day, quickly released, no forced sales. Personally, I think it’s better than LA Fitness.

Just stated going here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Machines are well kept and everything is pretty clean. Black Card Members get access to massage chairs, tanning boths, etc. There is no pool or or basketball courts... all very basic. My only complaint would be that the Busy/Crowd Meter on their app isn't that accurate sometimes.

For a workout it’s good but if you’re a black Card member and want to get a massage the staff will only give you 5 minutes at a time. Every other Planet Fitness I’ve been to offers 10 minute increments. Here if you want 10 minutes you have to get up from your relaxing massage walk back to the front to have them give you 5 more minutes. That totally defeats the purpose of a relaxing massage.

When I first visited this branch I fell in love. I sound kinda dramatic but I love the lighting in the gym. Most Planet Fitness gyms around the area don't have any down lighting like this branch and its pretty cool. This is the first 5 stars I've given at a Planet Fitness location so congrats.

Downside to being big and good looking at this gym is that you will most likely have other girlfriends and wives admiring you while their boyfriends and husbands stay mad at you xD.

Super clean gym, including the locker room, drinking fountains and bathrooms. Open 24 hours which is great.

The gym is loaded with multiple kinds of elliptical equipment, stair climbers and treadmills. Several big screen TV's and good music provides ample company for that long run or workout. One thing to keep in mind, if your used to a standard gym..there are no barbells and the dumbbells only go up to 70 lbs.

The cost is unbeatable for a standard membership, although I recommend upgrading to the black card membership for a few bucks more. The black card entitles you to use any club in the country, massage chairs and full body hydro massagers, bring a buddy for free every workout and more...I highly recommended

Gym is clean staff is nice price is great but it’s always busy unless you go at six in the morning or after midnight. I find when the gym is busy I spend most of my time waiting for the bench press leg press or smith machine which they have very few of and people spend a lot of time on those machines at that point seems counter productive to go if I can’t get my sets in
