The woman who works in this gym behaves absolutely disgustingly. Instead of normal communication, she immediately switches to aggression and rudeness, making comments about the shoes I physically cannot use on the stepper because of their large size. When I politely asked if she could at least be a little nicer to me, she straight-up said “no.” This kind of behavior is complete unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect toward visitors. After such treatment, I will never return to this gym again, and I sincerely hope the management finally deals with her behavior.

Been a member of PF for quite a while and have changed between 4 different locations over the years as I've moved around. This has by far been the worst one.

The location is VERY small, as in small enough to make me wonder why anyone would every think this would be a place to build a gym. All it takes is 30 people in the gym to make it crowded enough to have to wait for machines. Even with the small space staff seems to be unable to keep up, or simply don't care, about cleaning. Nearly every day I'm in there at least 1 paper towel dispenser is empty, if not more.

I've always enjoyed PF because they are open 24/7. I understand some locations will be exceptions but closing at 7pm is absolutely insane. This location is a waste of time, just drive the extra 10 minutes up the street and go to another location.

I’m honestly really frustrated with how this location handled things today. My home gym was closed for renovations, and I had no idea it had reopened. I drove all the way here, only to be immediately told I couldn’t work out and was basically kicked out. The staff didn’t care that I already went out of my way to get here they just said, “Go to your home gym,” and refused to let me stay, even though I was ready to work out and it wasn’t busy. This was ridiculous and such a waste of time. If my membership lets me go to different locations, I shouldn’t be treated like I don’t belong just because my home gym reopened.

I do not recommend.

First, they charged $1 for registration, but $2 were taken from my card. Then, despite promising a free month, they took $25 from my account. Additionally, besides the monthly fee of $25, it turns out they also have a $50 annual payment, which they plan to charge next month. The problems don’t stop there — they don't let you cancel your membership, and automatically renew it for another month, even if you don’t want to continue. Very disappointed with this system.

I like the price of a membership for the services that I get. I like that it has the combined body and light services like tanning and red light therapy and massage tables; In addition to a really really good selection of equipment and machines. I like that it's really clean and it hasn't been overly crowded when I go. The convenience of being able to go to any planet fitness anywhere is also very helpful. An odd thing is is that it doesn't stink there. The last gym I belonged to, which was one of the other major gyms in the area, always smelled funny like you couldn't clean it enough and they didn't air it out enough. Planet fitness doesn't seem to have funny smells, so maybe they're ventilation is on point.

5 stars for this location. I moved to the area at the beginning of the year and have been working out here since then. The usual times I go is between 5pm and 7pm and the gym is never too crowded, there is always open machines or benches to get your workouts done, and the facility is always neat and clean. Naomi and her team at the front desk are all very friendly and always welcome me with a smile.

I like plenty of things about this planet fitness. From the moment I walk into the gym I feel welcomed.
There are many great things about this Planet Fitness in Rosemont from how clean it is to being able to workout with no problems. The employees that work there are great especially an employee named CJ. CJ really makes me feel welcomed and just overall a great person to talk to while I'm at the gym.

After my work out I went to the men’s locker room to shower and change. As I’m getting ready to take a shower, a female employee came into the locker room and started looking through empty lockers, checking dust on top of areas with her finger. She went to the bathroom area pushing open stall doors. A few feet away other men weee showering. This took place at 6:30 am (very busy time). When I left I asked a manager with blond hair if she knew that happened. She said yes and it’s common for them to do that. I asked if the male employees went into the women’s locker room. She said they do according to policy. So ladies just fyi the male employees will randomly walk in to “check things out”. Unbelievable and made me so uncomfortable. Sexual harassment anyone?!

Only problem I find is sometimes members forget to take into account that others are waiting for a particular machine and are not considerate or not aware to complete their workout and move on. Despite a rocky opening, this is easily one of the nicest Planet Fitness Gyms I've been too, going to make this my home gym for sure! Extremely modern machines. Really nice staff that are attentive. The aqua massage is amazing!

My only feedback/complaint is there is a total lack of hand sanitizing stations. This is the only planet fitness i've been to that doesn't have them everywhere. It's a bit gross. I always wipe down my machine between each use and sanitize my hands, attending here I need to bring my own sanitizer.

First I don’t like that you can’t cancel your membership over the phone. When I called to cancel I was took I had to come in then when I said I will have to try and get up there because I had lost my job and have no car they said that they would freeze my account and as long as I came in in June to cancel I would be good. So they didn’t tell me over the phone that I actually only had until June 17th and pulled out my account. I went in to cancel it today because I was able to get up there. I just spoke to the manager trying to get my money back. I got a I don’t care nonchalant vibe from her. What she could have done with reverse the process since it had only been two days and i haven’t stepped foot in there since my account was frozen. Those interested in planet fitness be warned and take nothing at face value. SMH. I could understand not trying to help if I was going in there while account frozen or waiting hella days before calling but I called on Saturday the 17th but she wasn’t in.

I just did my first workout and I am IMPRESSED with this location. It is very clean with brand new equipment that is easy to use. Plenty of equipment and not too crowded. There is a very relaxed vibe! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Valencia ( sp? ) was especially helpful and kind getting up signed up! Great rate, great location, and very modern!
