I drove over 4 hours and I account in Fresno California my membership is system shows as freeze however I showed my account contract shows it’s unfrozen! Denying entry! Am extremely disappointed with this franchise planet fitness extremely stressful, frustration situation the logo doesn’t meet and falls short of what is expected of a gym “we belong” it should say “we don’t care what your contract says” , “we belong to your wallet I don’t care about what your contract states on the application” terrible customer service and experience this franchise company supervisor should be consider and it’s corporate change it’s system we’re it’s integrated with integrity one shall be one system to allow a great success and seamlessly great company we’re all things can be seen. rather then calling and verify such details like feeling your not an adult and have to wait for your parents to approve of your own hard earn money and still call and nothing gets done because they don’t want to allow you because it’s a red screen yet I’ve approved my contract is is unfrozen and the staff explained in detail what’s going wrong and my membership is still good. Unfrozen system takes about 1 month tops so it’s super inconvenient and giving me anxiety about what I pay for shouldn’t cause this level of emotional distress just for a simple solution look at the contract it’s their second I contacted the main place I sign and up still nothing happened! Thank you for nothing this location is in my blacklist of no come to This gym

Doesn't have any of the new equipment or upgrades the other locations have in the area. Plus the pm staff have terrible service and wouldn't let me keep my sealed and unopened drink in the cooler so I could have a cold post workout drink. Would not recommend

I had signed up for Planet Fitness, but was having issues signing into the app, the app. Instructed me to show up in person to the gym Location. I came across Maria, a vibrant worker there who would end up assisting me in accessing my membership to Planet Fitness on hospitality in San Bernardino. I am grateful that she was able to assist me. I came here once with a free day pass just to check it out. I enjoyed it, it was ok. The only thing is I wish they had a squat rack.. and a turf area to do some stretches. Its a lot smaller than I expected which floats my boat:) I don't like crowded gyms. Also theres a lot of equipment here to work on legs! Very clean as well. Personally though I like more hardcore gyms.. the "lunk" alarm thing caught me off guard lol. But its ok, its a nice little gym

I had an unpleasant experience with a staff member and if he’s anything like he was to me I’m sure he’s got a few complaints out there too. The young man by the name of Romero working the night shift at around 11:15pm removed a few sheets of toilet paper I had placed on the stall door covering the opening to prevent anyone looking in while I was taking care of my business. I didn’t say anything the first time but the second time he removed the sheets of toilet paper I spoke up and asked why he would do that again knowing there is someone using the restroom, he said, I could not do that. I answered, “you’re violating my privacy inside the restroom.” He proceeded to falsely accuse me of spreading feces on the door frame which was by far the worst part of this whole situation. I asked for his name for this complaint/review and he said he would only tell me his last name which is Romero. He kicked me out when I asked the front desk for his name for corporate to be made aware of the violation of my privacy.

I really enjoy visiting this PF, the only thing that frustrates me is these 2 guys. They always grab 3 or 4 sets of dumbbells and then it is hard for the rest of us to find the weights we are looking for. I have told the staff and they tried talking to one of them, but there was no change.

I'm having a frustrating issue at Planet Fitness. While I appreciate the efforts of the staff and enjoy the amenities, the new security guard is making my workouts unpleasant. He claims his behavior is directed at everyone, but I've observed him targeting me specifically. He criticizes my routine and even dictates when I can park, despite the gym being a 24-hour facility and me being a paying member. He also states that Planet Fitness doesn't own the parking lot, which he uses as justification for his actions. I understand the need for security, but his behavior feels excessive and personally directed. For example, even when I move my car directly in front of the building to demonstrate that I'm a member, he still has a problem with me resting in my car after my workout. This is impacting my ability to enjoy the gym, and I'd like to see it resolved.

Unfortunately, In the Ladies dressing room changing all of the other locations have the Silver chairs to put your things before u shower and some people have a medical problem ,ask the manager he said months ago, chairs still not in none of the rooms they are all at the front under a table, they are needed more in the fitting rooms people don't like placing there is things on the floor, .Or maybe one or two rooms, it's the only location that doesn't have none ,with my business I fit a lot of location.

Please disclose the fact that water fountains are out of service, as people are checking in at the front desk. I had just finished 45 mins on the Stairmaster, only to find out that the water fountain was out of order. I didn’t have my wallet on me to buy a bottle of water from the front desk so I had to refill mine with the hot from the bathroom sink. No, I don’t need to speak to a manager because it’s already done at this point. Just please disclose the water issue moving forward.

Lockers are provided, but bring a lock! You can also find showers and dressing rooms within the locker room area. The spa area is awesome as you can sit in a massage chair, lay in a hydromassage bed, or get a tan. If you're looking for a good gym to start or to continue your journey, then join!

This place has really gone downhill. This used to be a place where you could come and workout unbothered. Now the staff just lets large groups just play on the equipment so they’re regularly damaged. The paper towel holders are always empty so people don’t wipe equipment. In general it’s just become an unorganized mess of a place with people regularly sleeping in the locker room and black card area

Do you love a hot shower at the gym after a hard work-out? If so, don't come to this Planet Fitness. The water is tepid-even with no one else showering. The franchisee didn't want to spend money on an adequate water heater. The gym is nice enough otherwise. It's in the safer part of town and surrounded by eateries. Some parking is shaded. This location has the small lockers adjacent to the exercise floor- not just in the bathroom (a rare plus). I did not see it dirty as other reviewers here reported.

I've been going here for 2 years and always minded my business. The front desk don't care if you scan or not. There's always homeless and people sneaking in without a membership. My phone got stolen when i went to the restroom. It got stolen on 7/28/2024 at around 3:00-4:00PM on the treadmills. Front desk didn't do anything. I will be going in this week to switch gyms.

Only reason I give it 3 stars is because sometimes their is nobody at the front desks in the morning and a bunch of homeless people run in and use the showers and have a mess in there , or sit and sleep where the massage machines are at. Sometimes some machines are broken and they put a small black and purple sign on the machine and it’s not even noticeable.
Other than that it’s a good gym to get your workout in.

This planet fitness is a clean place with a good position in the neighborhood. The reason why I gave it four stars and not five is that it only has two bathroom stalls, from what I can tell. When there's a lot of people coming in there may be a bit of a wait.

We normally work out late evening into the night, and on multiple occasions there has been more than one sanitization spots with NO paper towel and multiple solution bottles empty. There is rarely any one in the front managing the desk. They are quite often difficult to find, and certain employees will pull attitude. They rarely upkeep any of their services. We are here to actually work out and we would like to be able to continue to do so on CLEAN machines.

Come here most of my visits. Only chose this 1 because it's closest to me. But they don't keep up with there cleaning supplies. Spray disinfectant bottles are barely functional and don't spray for nothing. Usually not to busy when I come, but dirty people. Today I decided I would take a shower in this particular gym. Not a clean gym. I was stretching before a workout and ants were crawling on me after a few minutes. I looked behind me to see where the ants might be coming from and a roach was crawling around behind me. Dirt and paper towels were scattered across the floor of the entire gym. 4.27.23: The quality of this PF has gone down (5 star to 4) imo. They used to have a trainer but they say they can't find one. They recently took out the hand sanitizer bottles to replace w automatic dispensers but it's been over a month and still no dispensers. Be better PF.

Overall great place to work out. I don't feel like anyone is judging me here, which is the main reason I've stayed away from gyms in the past. Even when there is a full parking lot with 60 people in the gym, there is still plenty of equipment to use - I still haven't had to wait to use anything!

My pass is top level which is only $25 a month which is super adorable. With that I also get a discount on drinks and merch which is cool. Even better, my pass level allows me to bring a guest every time I go to work out! There are also tanning booths, massage chairs, hot water massage beds I can use. AWESOME!

Other things I appreciate: Cleanliness is amazing! There are multiple booths set up with disinfectant spray and paper towels and hand sanitizer. Water - fountains with cold water and a filtered water dispenser which is great. Lastly - I love the barcodes on every piece of equipment! Scan it within the app you'll be shown exactly how to use each machine.

Seriously 5 stars. Great place to go to improve my health.
