The remodel is nice. But still can't keep machines fixed and maintenance is very poor at this location. I have to bring my own tools just to make repairs and tighten bolts up because they don't do nothing of that here. Also have to bring your own equipment most of the time because it is not here. One day that's going to be a machine failure and there's going to be a lawsuit because they don't know how to fix anything. I hope that don't happen and I hope you learned to keep maintenance that better on your equipment. Also even offered for them to hire me for maintenance because apparently they don't know how to tighten a bolt here. Machines shouldn't be broken for more than a week add maintenance should be done periodically. I hope you do something about this. Thank you so much. Update month later still nothing fixed and now we have homeless people living inside the building there stuff. It's getting bad and no one does nothing about anything. When is someone going to step up and do something.

I Vanlife and I have been all over the US and PF gyms, I have to say this is the grossest and dirtiest gym I have ever been in. Most PF gyms are not extravagant but it is clean. This one leaves a lot of gasps and icky feelings. There are homeless people in the locker room. The water scums hardened everywhere including the water fountains. There are hair and fake eye lashes left in the shower. It’s incredible how dirty this PF gym is. Not recommended.

I made a big mistake changing this to my home gym. Initially I was at another location bc this gym which is the closest to home was trash and the parking lot looked like a homeless park. They remodeled the gym and put in new equipment and I came here a few times and thought I’d switch. Big mistake. Sinks are always broken, urinals have been broken for weeks so there’s a line for the toilets (there’s only 2) and ppl are resorted to using the showers as urinals. The drinking fountains are never good, never cool…always warm. Machines are constantly broken. And despite the new equipment half of the machines can’t be used bc they’re missing the pin to lock in the weights. I’m currently walking around trying to find a pin to do one machine and realizing there’s about 20 machines that nobody can use. There’s almost no rope attachments to do cables and only 3 handle attachments. This is insane. I’m so sick of this trash location. I’ve been to every PF from riverside to Rialto to SB to Colton and more and this is the worst one snd should be giving ppl refunds on their membership for dealing with this.

Update 9/25/25: urinals still broken. Pissing in the showers is common. Toilets are overwhelmed and they are not cleaning the shit splatter off if them even once a day (should be more than once a day). Apparently you have to check out puns from the front desk. If you forget the pin in the machine (bc honestly who has to regularly carry a pin with them) then that’s it your workouts are over and you can no longer use any machine.

I used to like this gym but now can’t even work out there cuz not one of the machines have a pin for the weights, we continuously tell their worthless staff and they just say “sorry” and go back to their cell phones, the men’s bathroom has been broke for weeks, trash cans are overflowing I suggest management or the owner get it together cuz I’m about one visit away from canceling my membership and going somewhere else. My friend and I attend this gym 4-5x a week in the evening. Victoria has amazing customer service! Always welcoming us as if she knows us. I see her cleaning and putting weights away when she is free. She answers any questions we may have. However, It’s frustrating to have to go around looking for the weights that we need because they aren’t put away. We are also upset that they removed the scale, which was once in the female restroom.

I recently rejoined Planet Fitness in Highland and have been very disappointed with the cleanliness of the facility. During my visits, I observed persistent trash, unkempt restrooms, and rusty gym equipment. I even have video and pictures to support my claims. Despite my attempts to speak with the on-site manager about the issues, I found that no staff were actively cleaning, and there seemed to be a lack of attention to maintenance. The declining hygiene standards are concerning, and I hope the facility takes action to improve cleanliness for the health and safety of its members.

There’s always equipment available, but forget about taking a shower in this place. First time coming here two out of the four showers were available and it didn’t even spill out hot water. I talked to an individual on the counter and they said it was a temporary setback and they would get it done the next following week. A month and a half later, Coming in today 1/4 showers was available, the 3/4 that wasn’t didn’t even have knobs, one had no shower head, and once again the only one that was available did not spill out hot water so it was a cold shower again here. Management please do something about this. This has to be a health code for sure not spilling out hot water.

I travel all over the US, and by far, this PF woman's showers and curtains are disgusting! I talked to staff at the desk and asked for the manager. He was not in. The staff member smirked when I showed him the pictures I had taken. The first stall had no handle. The second stall had handle but it came off. This stall had black hair on the side of the wall. The other two showers had the most disgusting curtains.

Would be a great gym, but due to zero air flow during summer and winter, it is extremely hot and muggy. This place NEVER has the AC on. There are two fans that are on low and that’s it. Everytime I walk in here, it’s stuffy and smells worse than a gym should because there is no ventilation. In the summer when it’s well over 90, they open the doors. But the AC is not on. Today I pulled up and there is literal steam you can see from the outside because it’s so hot inside. I’m sure this can’t be healthy. A hot box of germs.

I am part of the Active & Fit Directive program and moved to the area recently. I have tried to sign up with this gym 5 times in the past month and have been unsuccessful because not one person is able to assist me other than the manager, who is never there when I am told to come back during his normal working hours. It would be pretty hard to find a more unsanitary bathroom, changing rooms or showers. The handicap shower doesn’t have a hand shower, another has a curtain so torn that it can’t be used, one is permanently turned on, and there are only three. Unfortunately, the change of gym staff has been bad, with a lack of education and courtesy. Not even the basics of greeting members and directing them where to scan their membership card for being on their cell phones and their business. It didn't happen one day, it's every day, the impolite treatment of the members who pay their salaries.
