I was very disappointed with my recent visit. Many of the employees seemed unprofessional and disengaged from their responsibilities. The bathroom was left unclean, with garbage in the shower. Even after being at the gym for two hours, the trash was still there. It’s concerning that guests are the ones cleaning up the mess while staff appear to spend more time lingering at the front desk than maintaining the facilities.

The new Planet Fitness location is clean, well-equipped, and overall a great addition to the area. My only concern is with how the Black Card amenities are being handled. As a Black Card member, I was waiting about 15 minutes for the HydroMassage and had already spoken to the associate about using it. Two other guests came in, didn’t scan or show a Black Card, and the associate activated the chair for them while overlooking me entirely. When I asked about it, the response was simply, “Sorry, I thought you wanted the regular massage chairs.”

I do think the staff should be more consistent about checking Black Card access, especially since it’s a paid upgrade. Fixing this would really improve the experience for members who use the recovery area.

I'm lucky to find this brand new planet fitness so close to my house! Stopped by at their second day and the gym is brand new with all the usual facilities plus two proper lifting stations, which are impossible to find at other pf locations!
Best of luck to the owners, I'll be a regular!
