Ive been going since August of this year and I’ve loved it here so far. Friendly and chill staff, always busy keeping the place clean + with guests which is awesome. It might sound a lil’ mean but I didn’t give 5 stars because IM BEGGING for that new equipment that’s been announced to arrive here. Owner if you see this, pretty please with a cherry on top, could you look into requesting those new plate loaded machines and perhaps those half racks? Thank you 🙏

Place is clean! They are very generous on paper towels and disinfectant sprays! Always someone cleaning and picking up trash or vacuuming! Better than other workout places! I've been to different plant fitness locations and a cross the board is clean. Some have newr machines some have older machines but its basically clean. If I could give this establishment a 0 I would front desk clerks were rude and would not allow me to cancel membership until I came in person. Once I did come in I dealt with the rudest service member with poor customer service, she canceled my membership and said I would have it until June 17. Then Planet Fitness is going to charge me for June 17-July 17 but I can’t even go in after June 17. Make it make sense, DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE!! BFT is a much better gym with great people and a friendly well mannered staff.

My girlfriend started a membership at this club. First of all, during her first visit, they were unable to find her membership At first. She got pretty upset because she was there in person and ready to work out, and they had technical issues and finding her account. So they sent her away, but not before they were making fun of her English, and her accent. They actually repeated back to her in a mocking accent. She ended up, not going back.

Furthermore, I didn’t realize this, but she used my bank account to sign up for a membership without my permission. So, the membership sat unused, deducting from my bank. And yeah, that’s a problem between me, and her. However, when I Tried to get this fixed, I left several messages for the manager to call me back, and never got a call back. In the meantime, trying to get a hold of somebody, I was charged another membership fee. It seems like the manager was almost never in. I finally got on the phone with somebody, and I was pretty heated. He eventually got the manager to give me an answer. And in response to my refund request, he told me I would have to file a police report on my girlfriend. I was also told that they refused to remove my bank as a method of payment. I was told that my girlfriend would have to come in person to cancel the membership. That was later clarified that she could cancel it online.

The more of the story here is that these people are rude, arrogant clowns who have zero interest in being good humans. Avoid at all costs.

They constantly run out of toilet seat covers. Twice in less than 3 months of going to this gym. Once a man walked in on me on the locker room who said he was going to do repairs at 8am and it was 7:55am. I asked the female staff why they didn't check the women locker rooms instead of that old man checking to see if it was clear and ok to enter.

I've been a Black PF member since 2020. I've been to several PF gyms throughout Southern California, and I've had an exceptional experience in almost all of them except for this one. The one employee by the name of Angel working the graveyard shift ignores everyone that comes in or leaves. His face is glued to his phone. I came in tonight and was having trouble scanning in with my phone. Normally, in the other PF gyms I've been to, they hurry up and help me as well as greet me. Nope, not Angel. This was my home gym, but I changed it today because of Angel.

Why does the owner of planet fitness always sends the same reply, which is referring us to the facility manager? This is not how an owner should respond. Started my first workout today and here are the positives of the gym:

- plenty of cardio machines and weight machines for a quick workout
- facility is clean

Now for the biggest negative of them all...I was swarmed by mosquitos here! They leave the doors open so they fly in at their leisure. I ended up getting bit 4 times and I was itching the whole time.

I thought it was dry skin, but nope. The bites started to swell and now I'm going to spend the next few days itching.

If mosquitos are attracted to you, I suggest spraying mosquito repellent before working out here.

Hello, the salon is perfect in terms of cleaning from top to bottom, but there are no shelves in the showers, the curtains dance with the wind. Finally, there is no cabin to get dressed after getting out of the shower. If we can ignore these shortcomings, the salon is great.

My problem with this place is the lighting and the elliptical machines. Why does it have to be so dark at night? It’s depressing and demotivates me. Then elliptical machines are outdated: they’re made for shorter people and it doesn’t hold a normal size phone without obstructing the screen. I upgraded to black so I can go to this one late nights when my closer gym closes but now that I want to go back to my $10 plan but it’s not available.

I walked in this gym on Thursday February 29 AT 545 PM after work and these two employees STARED as I walked in as if they never seen a person before the female ran after me ALLL THE WAY TO THE RESTROOM INFRONT OFF EVERYONE to tell me I was denied access when I asked why this never happend she was not a professional person at all she was using her thumbs putting them over her shoulder saying there was a problem with my account than when I walked up it was like she was trying to pick on me for fun maybe it makes her feel better about herself for picking on a good looking person the guy had a confused look like he knew she was just picking on me than she ran yelling excuse me giving the gym a show it was the most embarrassing thing ever! Especially because I pay my bill every month and I paid 39 dollars for my yearly and 21 for the month all in February she told me my account was 500 days past due she said it as if she was trying to humiliate me and she did I showed her I pay all the time and 61 dollars was taking out this month how would they feel if they paid and someone denied access JUST BECAUSE THEY COULD MAKE THAT DECISION she told me bring up the app and the amount due was from OCT 2022 I BEEN PAYING EVERY MONTH AND I EXPLAINED TO HER AND SHE SAID I WAS DENIED ACCESS AND I SAID I DONT WANT TO HAVE TO WALK BACK TO THE CAR AND SHE SAT WITH A SMERK ON HER FACE AMD SAID "WELL YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO WITH A SMERK AND THE GUY IN THE BACK LOOKING LIKE THEY WERE JUST HAVING DAY WITH THIS now I been going to the gym not one person has said a thing therefore she seen me and immediately picked on me I thought this was a no judgment place that would mean NO JELOUSY ALSO RIGHT she was so unprofessional and I am so embarrassed for this gym to have kids with no brains if they seen all those payments they should know a 2022 payment will not turn me away and deny access I went to another planet fitness in the same area and they didnt say anything I asked the girl there and she said your not denied it just says there is a balance due she said just take care of it when you can and have a great work out so that leaves these two employees at your location as bullys and I know that if this is a place where you dont have to feel uncomfortable or discriminated on they are not the people for the Job as soon as I showed proof of payment the female walked away laughing and when I asked the guy for names he acted as if he didn't hear me so I left embarrassed and ashamed of this place I will never step foot in this place again and I will complain all thr way to corporate for them to get discipline they should not be working at a place like this or even serving people maybe a trash company or something to keep them behind doors I am 35 years old and I have never came across behavior like this in a GYM.a note to the employees Maybe you should love yourself before working at a place like this!

Was robbed while I was on the workout floor. My locker was broken into(my lock was cut, most likely bolt cutters) and my credit cards were stolen from my wallet. Told the front desk but all they did was give me the card of the manager. Luckily my bank took control and put a stop to my cards. The weights are always packed. Many hoarding several weights at a time. The employees there seem like they all just started yesterday. One of them actually told me they he just started that week. I couldn't tell them apart. Seems like they're all from the same training group.

Just your average planet fitness with terrible hours. Highly recommend getting a black card and testing other planet fitnesses around the region with better hours and switch down to your regular membership. Can't find myself regularly working out here unless waking up early besides the point that police are constantly hanging out at the checkout counter making everybody feel uneasy and unsafe. Solid space. I’ve been going for almost two months and the staff are super friendly and cleanly. Others lifting are usually very friendly as well. My only gripe is that it’s kind of hard to get a spot at a smith machine during busy hours. Some people will sit on smith and super set with free weights for up to an hour. Not that big of a deal cause if you ask, some people will gladly let you work in. Also another pec deck machine would be sick.

I'm not going to give anything less than a 5 ⭐ rating my criticism won't go beyond this comment because I adore Planet🌎 Fitness for what they do - I mean the membership cost💲 is affordable ✅ ( even in this economy ) for everyone in our community especially those who we often avoid or even worse judge & criticize their conduct, behavior 🚷 and foul odor♨️ but this establishment thankfully helps with hygiene & understands that EVERYONE has the right to bathe!!! Regardless of their ability to provide shelter 🏠 or even 3 meals 🥣 a day for themselves ... And I love the bring a friend membership plan & an opportunity to share the gratitude of what a 🚿 shower can do with another who is in need of what most of our community takes for granted, & does not yet have a membership of their own .... I know that this policy of no judgement at Planet 🌏 Fitness come one, come all , has helped numerous fellow men and women to take that next step to better their situation.

There always seems to be an issue with the handicapped shower with the water pressure going down drastically when other people are using the restrooms or the faucets out in the sink area or the other showers.. We have to drive quite a distance to go to the ones that have limited issues with water pressure and didn't succumb to the stupid time changes that most of them did because not being 24 hours anymore is a real bummer so that sucks but that's how it is at almost every single planet fitness that we've been too except the one on La Palma that 1 was really decent but also they need to upgrade their shower heads and hoses because they're a little bit on the cheap side And when it comes to cleanliness they've really kind of let themselves go there's always a ton of hair on the ground in the girl's locker room and in the restrooms I understand we lose a lot of hair but I don't think I've ever once seen them actually sweeping the entire locker room and restroom and shower area they usually just run a mop over the ground to make it look like they've cleaned and that's it.. The one time I saw the guys cleaning the women's locker rooms they did a better job than any of the women I've ever seen clean the locker rooms. But that being said..it could be a lot lot worse. so their policies could possibly use some upgrading as well but all in all it's pretty decent for the price that you pay Or at least leave some of the cleaning products out so people who do want to clean the a shower out before they use it can do so without having to bring their own stuff in because it's a real hassle to do that but customer service is always really nice everybody always says hi when you come in and bye when you leave.

I left this place disappointed, the leg press machine needed to be lubricated and I asked Kim if she could lubricate it and she told me that the right person was vacuuming and that she was going to tell the person my request, 20 minutes passed and no one came to On my way out I saw the person who was helping someone in front I told Kim that no one came and she told me that the person was busy only one person works there. “suggestion should everyone know how to lubricante the machines” so they have less time to talk and better help the customer

This gym facility was filled with an assortment of people predominantly young members. While checking out the gym to see if it would be a fit for me. I immediately started to recognize an overcrowded facility. Both younger males and females could be seen gathering around the machines as if it was a social club. Multiple individuals could be seen with cell phones in their hands going through social media posts. This facility was overcrowded with high school-aged kids that seem to have no respect for anyone trying to work out. I would highly recommend this gym facility start to train management and keep the machines regulatory accessible for everyone. Most people that go to the gym have a set time and this would not be achievable with these younger kids holding over machines. The restrooms were also in need of some maintenance. The staff was friendly. most of the equipment was in good working order.

Worst gym ever don’t waist your time or money they charged my credit card 28$ the day I opened my membership 4 days later they took 49$ and yesterday they took another 49$ I’m so upset I canceled my membership on October 12 and my card is still being charged this has to be a scam
