Been going here for while now and I love it. It has 95% all the machines I need for my ppl split and I see that there is a community of people here that support each other. I cycle between this gym and the 24 hour gym I go to with my friends in Walnut Creek and I can say this gym keeps up surprisingly well in a lot of ways, I just wish this gym had more machines like more leg press or like a dual cable machine. Overall for the price though 100% worth it.

I'm very pleased with the new remodel. The gym looks great, is always, clean and the staff is beyond friendly. The gym goers are pretty friendly as well. Overall one of my favorite gyms and I've been working out for over 20 years so I've been to quite a few lol.

I thought I cancelled in May last year, they charged me the $39 +$10 to cancel but apparently something went wrong I'm still being charged so I tried again today after filling out all the info the page went to a blank page. Large gym with wide array of equipment but the equipment is not well maintained. The stair climber machines are constantly breaking. One of the other stair climbers will randomly pause your work out and bring you to halt. I almost injured myself because of how sudden the stop was. The row machines have feet straps snapping making use of it not safe. When staff are told about the broken equipment, there is no effort to change or fix it. Many gym patrons do not wipe down the equipment after use making the seats and weights not very hygienic. I’ve regularly found trash in the equipment cup holders.

It’s not too crowded at certain times. The staffs are pretty cool and chill. And everyone is kind, and are very mindful of each other’s personal space as well. And I like the fact that there are cleaning stations in every corner to use after you use the machines.

Always a pleasure to come here. Truly a “judgement free” zone. Lots of machines to choose from regardless of your fitness level and goals. Nobody looks twice at you and no I’m not in perfect shape myself. Clean locker rooms and showers as well. Most employees here are helpful but there are a few you can tell don’t want to be there and barely acknowledge you when you speak to them. But don’t let a few bad apples spoil the bunch- this place is a great place to clear your mind while working out and if you have black card membership take advantage of the hydro massage chair before you leave. Highly recommended this location

I can't say enough positive things about planet fitness Vallejo. This gym offers a wide selection of workout equipment. The staff was incredibly friendly and approachable, readily available to answer my questions and provide assistance. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Planet Fitness Vallejo is my go-to gym. I had exceptional service provided by Tiffany. She was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. I will continue visiting PF Vallejo.

I love this club here in vallejo ca! The staff are always so friendly , professional, and helpful. Always smiling even during the time of cleaning and disinfecting all the machines ! Tiffany does a great job at welcoming everyone that walks through the doors and when she walks around the club she is always talking and connecting with the people !! The whole staff does this but Tiffany always has some one laughing and feeling welcomed . The management does a great job in engaging and encouraging club members while on their health journey. This PF was amazing the man at the front was name Prince and not only was he so polite and very helpful it was also super clean and my son had to run out to the car for something and because Prince did not want to shorten his time on the aquatic chair he waited until he came back in to start it I absolutely love the great taning beds , massage chairs and the aquatic beds and the showers 🚿 were so clean the bathroom was very clean and well stocked another lady was working that day and I don't remember her name but she was very sweet as well

I just don't understand why can't be open long hours on Friday and the weekend people need to use the gym at late hours I pay 25 a month for the black gym and I'm limited on the times I can only go ? Where as Vacaville and Fairfield are 24hrs all week is there a staffing problem it's very frustrating .

I've been told I can't wear a top that I always wear to exercise; For me, this is discrimination because I have seen many half-naked girls training in this same gym; Even friends of the manager who sends an employee to tell me why she is not polite enough to tell me himself. I think I should better be aware of the people who do not use the machines properly, throw the weights and scream; Instead of discriminating against me for my exercise clothes; which I will continue using until he cancels my dresscode membership.

The facilities were fine, but the membership services are horrendous. I tried to cancel my membership, specifying to cancel it at the soonest date with no additional fees. Instead, they cancelled my membership literally days before my agreement was over and charged me a fee! I would not sign up with them again, because they seem like they want to just make a buck off of you.

I go to this gym 4-5 times a week. They have some of the cleanest equipment and facilities. I actually saw some of the staff cleaning and maintaining their equipments and was impressed. I have been to the other planet fitness in Pinole and it is not even close to the one in vallejo. In comparison the the vallejo location has newer and better equipment, clean equipment (Pinoles equipment t had noticeable dust) the staff in Vallejo are very friendly but I do think their security guards should be more active. Everytime I see one they are sitting watching their phones or have a head phone on and in their own zone. Other than that this is a great place for anyone looking for a good workout.

Planet fitness has almost all the things I need to fulfill a full workout for me! For the most part, everyone is in their own zone and I can fly through my workouts in peace. My only qualm is I want to petition to add a stretch room. No equipment just mats and mirrors. Also shoutout to Tiffany and Justine for always greeting me with a smile! Be careful in putting the right gym location when getting a membership. I put my local gym doubled and checked. However, it put me to vallejo's location. I have a black membership. I called to get the number you need to enter any gym.

The lady that answered told me to come over since the number is too long for the phone(it's not) she wouldn't give it so I tried later some guy answered me and when I asked for the number the guy told me there's no number with angry tone I keep telling him there was an error in the location that I would have to drive 30 minutes to another city when mine is literally 3 minutes away he did not care he insisted to come over. I was nice and calm, but the guy was mad for no reason. I know some people are rude, but none need to take it out on me when I'm asking for a simple number.

I called again, and the same lady answered and finally gave me the number it took less than a minute so i don't know why they wouldn't just give it I have a black membership to go to any PF. It took me 2 hours to get that number when it was less than a minute to give it to me. I don't know why they wanted me to go to the location so bad this a big franchise they're not losing money, vallejo has 120k people they're not losing customers, just because I want to go to my local gym. My local gym would have given me the number immediately. The vallejo location was rude about it.

The place is clean and bright. The members are all cool, and the staff are very helpful. I upgraded to Black so I could use the spa equipment (massage chair, hydro bed, etc) and it has been a great investment. Best $25 a month I'll spend this year.

I was a member here for about a year. I was moving to Washington so I informed the person on duty. She told me I had to speak with the manager so I asked that she call me. I also left several messages over a two week period. My annual renewal fee was coming up so I was diligent in calling but the manager was never available. I wrote a letter stating I wanted to cancel weeks in advance so I wouldn't be charged but she never would call me back. Right after my account was charged the renewal fee she calls and says, "Oh, well if you would have sent the letter certified mail it would have been ok then." It's a gym not a bank. This was such shady behavior. I was shocked. I cannot recommend this place due to this greedy mentality. Pay in person so you don't get cheated.

Planet fitness is a great place to work out. There is plenty of equipment to use and the staff is great. It has a great environment for all types of fitness enthusiasts. They keep the gym clean and the locker room clean which is a huge improvement from some of the gyms I've worked out at. Planet fitness app is easy to use and very helpful for knowing when the gym is busy and not busy. I would recommend Planet fitness to anybody who wants to take their fitness serious.
