I can’t say more about how amazing Ilia is. I was not feeling well and had an incident of fainting at the studio, and Ilia handled everything so professionally and kindly, calling the paramedics, checking in on me, and making sure I was doing okay even after I left the studio.
She’s an amazing, professional instructor and a great human being too. Platefit studio in Brentwood in general has been great and supportive too - Every time I went for a workout, I loved my classes, leaving feeling lighter and fitter in a short period of time. The people there are also great, kind, and supportive! Highly recommend!

Love this studio and being able to efficiently get a unique, full-body workout in half an hour. The instructors are all very knowledgeable. Parking is easy in a garage with validation. Benches are convenient and have phone chargers. Don't forget to bring grippy socks! Grippy socks and water are available for purchase if you forget.

I love that PLATEFIT classes are so productive in a short amount of time: I drop my kids off at 8am, I’m in class 8:30-9 and I feel great that I got a full body workout, lymphatic flush and it is also great for my bone health. Then I’m off to work. For a busy mom, PLATEFIT checks all the boxes.

I recently took my first Platefit class at the Venice studio few weeks ago and very quickly became a convert. The workout is just less than 30 minutes, very effective, and offers lots of additional benefits, ie lymphatic function improvement. I don’t know if this is related but even my skin looks healthier too. Highly recommend checking this studio out if you’re tired of wasting an hour + at the gym.

I am seriously obsessed with Platefit! I love that all of my favorite exercises are done on a vibrating plate so your basic barre or full body class has an extra intensity that feels so good during and after! My body is already changing shape in just 2 weeks which is motivating me to return almost everyday! The staff is also the BEST! Everyone is so friendly, knowledge and helpful to new comers!

I am so in love with this workout! The fact that its just 27 minutes gives me time to grab coffee and get a long walk in before work, plus that means classes every 30 minutes starting at 6 am to always accommodate a busy schedule. Despite being quick, the workouts are tough and combine the perfect amount of strength and cardio to get you looking fit and toned after a couple of sessions, plus, the lymphatic drainage element is real, you'll feel incredible the next day! Parking at the Brentwood location (my fav) is so easy, the instructors pick fun music and make the classes so enjoyable. There is also a detox class where you stretch, chill out, and get massaged by a Theragun. The owner Rachel is also incredible, teaches herself, and I just love what she has created!

I absolutely love Michelle and highly recommend taking her classes if you ever see her on the schedule! The instructors are so personal and motivating and always leaves you feeling good :) in lots of workout places you’re just another person but at platefit, the instructors get to know you, learn you, and acknowledge your progress. It is such a special place and no better feeling working out somewhere you’re comfortable and your instructor comments on how much you improved. It blows your mind how good you can feel after 27 minutes and what an impact it makes. you will SWEAT and SHAKE and feel a difference so fast. such an intense workout in the best way possible. I would recommend platefit to anyone any day of the week- my absolute favorite!!!

Best workout of its kind ! I’m always pushed to my limits (safely) and feel so good after class! For just 27 minutes it’s the perfect way to combine a killer workout with the added lymphatic drainage benefit of the power plate. I don’t always go to this Brentwood location but if I’m in this area I plan a workout around it !

Interesting workout. Took the dance cardio class. It was fun but I was reminded I have zero rhythm. Lol. The instructor was great but the person working the check-in wasn’t really helpful or engaged as it was my first class and I just kinda figured out what to do on my own.

ClassPass taught me!
Vibrating plates and only a 30 minute workout? Sign me up! Every minute of this workout is intense. Like to the point I question rather or not I want toned legs and sculpted arms. But then it’s over and the world stops shaking, you realize “ohhh that was fun and not that bad”. The next day you will be sore all over and realize those little vibrations is the devil incarnate working you as you never expected.
Above all the facility is really clean, the trainers are awesome, parking is free and validated AND they have chargers in the cubbies that are iphone/droid compatible! Seriously what more can you ask for?

I have become ADDICTED to Platefit. This new location is in a really beautiful area of Brentwood and they validate parking for 90 mins, plus they have a Pressed Juicery downstairs in the shopping center BUT enough about the shiny new location, the workout is amazing.
Yes, the plates vibrate, and for me that makes a 27 minute workout feel like twice the time -- in a good way -- it's a workout and I break a sweat but because of the vibrations I am not nearly as sore as I would be in a regular group class without this machine. I recommend a regular Platefit class to start, then Bootcampfit, but they do tailor to all levels so I say go for it if you feel up to a ton of squats, lunges, and tricep dips :).
From the first day I was here I felt welcome and the instructors and staff couldn't be more positive or kind! Awesome atmosphere. I also like Barrefit and Kickboxfit (I have been here for a long while now and tried them all, including Cellufit, which actually DID work for me after consistent use for about six weeks).
