I have been training with Saul for about 6 months and I have definitely seen and felt a big difference! When I started, I was just getting back into working out with weights and he has helped me rebuild my strength. Every session, Saul pushes me in the best way, keeps me motivated and reminds me of my goals. Staying consistent with working out and eating my meals has been a lot easier and the private gym is a plus! Highly recommend training with Saul!!

Amazing experience, when I had health issues had to go to ER and the doctor told me I was over weight with all my health at high risk. Ive never done any personal training prior to coming to Saul. He is very patient and attentive to his clients. I’ve done one on one training and group training in groups of 3 or 4. Every single time Saul has never let me feel unseen, he has helped improve my form starting from scratch. He has held me accountable and taught me so much about not only about moving my body but the nutrition that comes with it and the importance of how a healthy lifestyle will be life changing. Saul is an amazing trainer. He works with you on any of your fitness goals and is a great person. He comes up with a diet plan and tells you exactly where you are and where you need to be in order to achieve your fitness goals. When i started with Saul in February, I was at almost 20% body fat and I wanted a six pack. In May, I was able to go from almost 20% to 12% body fat in the span of 2 months where I followed the diet plan and we trained hard. Saul gives great feedback and tracks your progress every 1-2 weeks to see where you’re at. Saul helps his clients achieve amazing results and is easy to talk to and will answer any question you have for him.

Before I started working out with Sulis, this second time around 😊 Yes, for the second time and I would do it a third if necessary. I was facing some personal challenges....busy work schedule, taking care of loved ones and babysitting my grandson. Sulis came around and said to me, "What is your schedule? Lets work around your schedule" I was super excited to start working out again. Saul is an extraordinary trainer. In the 3 years that I've been training with him (on and off) he has given me the tools to succeed. I don't think there's any other trainer like him in the Long Beach area. Look no further for a motivational and patient personal trainer. My weight loss journey with Saul started about 2 years ago before meeting with him I struggled with being constant at the gym and with my nutrition. I first reached out to Saul (aka Polar Bear) on Instagram back in 2021, and I’ve been training with him ever since. When I started, I weighed only 87 pounds and had always struggled to put on weight. From day one, he made me feel comfortable in the gym and really took the time to ask about my goals.

Some challenges and struggles I faced before training with Saul were my insecurities. I did not like how I physically looked with my body as well as with my weight i always felt like I was being judged for being overweight and my clothes always fit me tight. Some results and changes that I have seen since the first day that we started together would be me pushing heavy weight that I would’ve never seen myself pushing before or even me being able to have the full capacity of pushing myself more and more as each day I wake up with motivation on making sure I get my goals done. I’ve since built so much muscle and all because of the support and help that Saul gives and provides for me as well as the meal plans that he provides are very helpful and easy to follow my eating has gotten way better as well as my health. This transformation has really impacted me because I’ve never been as confident as I am today, I love the way my clothes is fitting me now each day I wake up feeling happy and more satisfied with my body than before and what’s even more amazing is me getting the support from my girlfriend and as well from Saul so thanks to him for all the help he provides and support that I get each day!!!!
