If you are a beginner, in need of pain relief or looking for a challenge, you will find very dedicated, caring and knowledgeable instructors. At over 75 years old, I am stronger and more flexible than when I started exercising with Jeanette over 4 years ago. Jeanette is patient, caring, experienced and fun to work with. At the personal training level, she is very particular and careful to custom my sessions to fit my needs. I highly recommend her as an excellent Pilates instructor.

I have been going to Jeanette’s Pilates sessions for over eight years now and I can’t imagine not doing Pilates at least once a week!! It has helped with balance, posture (everyone noticed that), my “back fat” melted away, and, most recently, discovered I had gained a half inch in height!! At 71 that is quite an accomplishment!!

Jeanette is the Best pilates instructor! She asks your concerns and limitations and then safely takes your body through a great workout.
Your body will feel like every inch of it has been nourished and attended
to, toned and strengthened. You'll be happy you gave Jeanette a try and

Jeanette is a great Pilates instructor. I have a permanent back injury and she is able to work with my modified routine and able to give tips and reminders on the importance of core strength, when having back problems.
Work space is great, offers in person classes and online instruction to fit everyone's needs.

I have been taking Pilates mat classes from Jeanette for over 8 years. She is a well-trained instructor and is always learning. She is great about being sure her students are doing the exercises correctly. I have benefitted greatly from taking her classes. I never have low back pain anymore.

Jeanette is very knowledgable. I know I'm in good hands during my pilates workouts. She works through a myriad of "problem areas" caused by injury or aging.
