I love this place!!! I definitely recommend to anyone thatβs looking for a full body workout. Luis is an amazing trainer and gives great advise. I love the hours and works for when I work early or late. Iβve been coming here for about 4 years now.

Itβs been a great experience at Power Trip Fitness @ San Leandro! The workouts are as challenging as you want them to be, and the community environment is fantastic. Everyone supports each other, making it a motivating place to work out.

I've tried lots of different exercise facilities, classes, trainers. And hands down, this place is a gem. The community/people are truly special. Luis the owner is part trainer, part small business owner, part masseuse and comedian. He's an expert on the body and nutrition and has been instrumental in helping me reach my weight loss goal. As for everyone else, no one takes themselves too seriously here - which I appreciate. I never feel judged or pressured to do anything I don't want to do. And I always walk out feeling more resilient and happier. Highly recommend!

I've tried a few other boot camp style gyms in the area, but this one was the one i committed to a membership with. The owner/instructor, Luis, is at every class, so you don't have to worry about which trainer to go with like other places. He mixes up the lessons daily, so you won't get bored or burnt out from the same exercises, too. There's plenty of parking in the building lot and the class times work great for a good pump before or after work. Definitely recommend trying out a class!

Great place, great trainer, welcoming people. Workouts are what you make of them, but Luis knows his stuff. He helps me focus on vital parts of my body and teaches how to make workout, and nutrition, work for me. After decades of knowing my body, I finally know how to get results. Feels empowering.

The bootcamp classes at Power Trip Fitness have been the best fitness classes that I have ever been to. As a college student at ASU I went to the gym everyday to do heavy weightlifting to build up more muscle and coming back for the summer I didnβt want to lose the progress I had made. What I found unique about Power Trip Fitness is that it provided the weight training I needed as well as cardio training that I was previously lacking into an effective hour workout. The trainer, Louis, provides constant motivation and great guidance throughout all the exercises and in just 2 months I have felt the best about my body that I have in a long time. Because of Power Trip Fitness I feel so much stronger and toned. Not to mention the other members make going in to workout fun and something I look forward to doing everyday. Iβm going to miss Power Trip Fitness while I am away! Itβs going to be hard to find another gym that matches this fitness experience.

Went to bootcamp the month of June and had a total blast. I loved it! It was hard and challenging but always alternate exercise when needed. Owner/instructor is excellent. Participants were friendly and encouraging. I hate that the month ended and can't wait to go back soon.

You must go and if you don't feel Great after the first day don't come back, but you will only be giving up on yourself so push through it and find the real you. And fight to help "You "come back ... I will do a before and after in 3 months. See yall soon π€πβΉπ€π€¨π€ππ

Ive been going for years.. workouts are tough enough to keep me sweating and getting results... they csn also be modified when im dealing with soreness or injury.. very hands on trainer and approachable for questions...

Excellent workouts! This place os kind of small but Luis, the owner and instructor, is highly knowledgeable and changes up the routines wgile using all of the space wisely. Very fun and hard training! You get 1 class free to try! Highly recommend.

I was hesitant to join a boot camp at first, but now being a PTF member for almost 5 years, joining was one of the best fitness decisions I made. Luis is an excellent trainer and can work with all fitness levels. You'll get great strength and core building workouts. Working out can be fun...it is at PTF!
