I took my first class (Slow Flow) at this studio today and am excited to go back again later this week to try their Power Yoga class. Laurel was a delight and the studio is a great vibe. I don't know if I got lucky on my first class, but there were less than 10 of us in the class so it was amazing to have so much space. I'm used to larger studio classes where everyone ends up with arms and legs in other folks' space hahaha.

If you're like me and wanting to test this space out, but aren't sure if you can bring your own mat or not (I come from a city where they typically prevent us from bringing out own). They do have mats you can use (included in the price), but nearly everyone in the class brought their own mats in so it's whatever you want :)

My wife and I spent a few days in Palm Springs recently and wanted to keep up our yoga while on vacation. We attended the hot yoga with Soundbath which was an amazing experience. I've never done a Southbath class before, so it was totally new to me. The teacher was a great guide and it was a memorable and meditative experience. The yoga part of the class was not too challenging and the class was not "hot" like other yoga classes I have taken; the experience was more relaxing and meditative versus a workout. I also attended the roof top power flow class which was another great experience. While the yoga itself was not very challenging, the experience flowing outdoors under palm trees and sunshine was hard to beat. It is important to note that the Roof Top classes are not at the studio location. This information is included in the description and confirmation, so make sure to read this before coming to class. I would definitely recommend this studio for a relaxing and meditative experience.

Dropped in for a class while passing through Palm Springs. Tatiana was so kind to wait for me, despite being a couple minutes late, and set me up for class. The Power Flow 60 minutes was a wonderfully balanced blend of soothing stretch and challenging core work and vinyasa flow. Class was a crescendo: starting sweet and simply then building to our challenge posture before a well earned stretch, savasana and essential oil adjustment.

Fantastic teachers who empathetically connect with you where you are at in your yoga journey. It was my first yoga class EVER and Carl stayed after class to teach me couple stretches for a hip issue. I signed up for Wednesday's beginner class.

I was overcharged for a yoga class and was promised a refund when I pointed out this mistake. However, the refund was never processed. I have reached out to Kim a few times since then for an update as well as a receipt for services/proof of refund and she has been completely unresponsive. Disappointing and unprofessional.

I spent the month of March in Palm Springs and looked around for a yoga studio. I ended up buying several passes for Power Yoga. The studio is bright, clean and the best part is NO CARPET. The owner Kim is welcoming and as well, an excellent instructor. I took several classes from Nicole too and I loved her. She is friendly and encouraging. I highly recommend this studio if you are visiting Palm Springs or even if you left there.

What a find in the desert. We went to a hatha yoga class and then we had a sound bath with Josh. He is an incredibly gifted and giving man. The space is clean and easy to access. Can't wait to come back to the desert and enjoy yoga again here.
Josh was also so welcoming. We brought our two kids , 12 and 18. We had a great time and we are still talking about our experience . Thank you Josh.

We hired Power Yoga for an hour yoga session for my sister's bachelorette party in Palm Springs and Kristin did a fantastic job! She was able to keep 10 of us engaged and having a great time while still giving us a great workout. We were all sore in the morning! I highly recommend Kristin and Power Yoga if you are looking for a good time and a great work out!

Very nice yoga studio! I am not a yoga expert so I was a little nervous when I went to take a class but the teachers they have make everyone feel comfortable and the classes are fun! Lori Greszczak's class is really good. She teaches on saturday's at 12:00 pm. They also have private group classes! oh and they have a cool dog too haha.

Yoga instruction is excellent. Janet has a focus/theme for every class that brings a different awareness to each asana. Some classes are like an extended meditation. Others challenge one's physical and/or emotional boundaries. Throughout this diversity, Janet is very attuned to individual student's needs and flexibility.

I go to classes at Power Yoga Palm Springs when I'm visiting the desert. I love the friendly atmosphere, the warm welcome, and the fabulous balance between a healthy workout for my body and mind. There is the right amount of spirituality to enrich classes. I wish I had somewhere like this where I live...or that I could transplant Janet here!
