This was a lovely studio. My sister and I were in the area on vacation and found the slow flow class. We were so happy we were able to take this class. It was perfect. The teacher did a great job of giving guidance and instruction and the pace was steady without being rushed. I love soundbath so having that to finish up was really nice. I was very impressed.

I've been dropping by the Sunday sessions to learn yoga, I'm super new to it and have to say it's very nice to learn and try it out here. Location is good, parking is good for Sunday evenings.

Bright open studio, well-appointed with all the props (rope wall fixturing looks cool for another day). I dropped in on a slow flow class with a clear and precise teacher who provided insightful adjustments that got me into some deep blockages.

Dropped in for a vinyasa class this morning and wish I lived nearby, I’d be a regular! Well rounded morning flow got my heart going and feeling great, seems like a great community.

I dropped in on a whim, and this studio is top tier. I’ve done a lot of YouTube yoga, and this place is quintessentially the opposite - Gerhard helped me by gently correcting some of my poses, and is also very supportive with helping his students fly. I would highly recommend this studio for any level practitioner, especially because Gerhard helped me find the right props/cues I needed… There’s some seriously great teaching (without being a super-serious meditative class) as well as some seriously good yogis!!

I hadn't found a studio in San Diego that challenged my mind AND body in the way my Ashtanga practice had in Ohio until I took Gerhard's class. It was my favorite flow to date - I felt challenged physically, had opportunity to practice arm balances, and felt renewed mentally. Can't recommend this studio enough. I will be back! Thank you, Gerhard.

What an incredible studio to explore more advanced yoga flows. Gerhard is an exceptional instructor, he pays close attention to form and helps you try new postures with spotting.

This studio is amazing. I’ve only taken the Vinyasa Flow classes, but the instructors are great. Highly skilled, help with adjustments, and I especially love Gerhard’s class.

I liked the general vibe of the studio… I just didn't like that it wasn't hot and in the room seem to stay colder than average for whatever reason…it is a very clean studio although they don't have any showers

It's studios like Prana that made me fall in love with yoga. The vinyasa flow class I attended was mindfully paced, but rigorous and challenging. I had a huge smile on my face the entire class. Wonderful studio, with a great energy. Can't recommend highly enough.

I wish to thank the instructor for her encouraging, motivational words in this month's. I am really excited about returning. If just again to look out over San Diego from the 27TH floor studio! Thankfully. And there are work trade opportunities.
