I’ve been attending Placentia’s #1 Fitness Results now for 14 Weeks.

Stewart is the greatest! Four years ago, I could barely walk. I lost 55 pounds in five months and dropped 4 dress sizes. Stewart works with you to become healthier and build up strength and stamina. Stewart at Precision Fitness in Placentia has a good thing going with his clients. Not only is he an excellent personal trainer he offers to his clients outside speakers to come in to his gym and help educate them on a myriad of Health Talks. He offers a Saturday hike somewhere locally for his clients which are a lot of fun. When my patients are looking for a personal trainer I send them to Stewart. I have been training with Stewart Knorr at Placentia's #1 Fitness for over a year now. I love working out here; he keeps me focused, mixes up routines so it's fun and not boring, he challenges me and makes me work harder than I ever knew I could. I have become stronger than ever, and I have Stewart to thank for that. I have worked out at various gyms over the last 30 years, but nothing compares to my workouts at Placentia's #1 Fitness. I am a 66 year old man who has had a predominantly sedate lifestyle for the last 15 years. Totally out of shape, loosing flexibility and stamina. For a couple of years I kept telling myself I was going to get in shape but always found a personal or business excuse to put it off. I finally decided to end my procrastination and do it. I looked for quite some time for a trainer outside the more well known meat market facilities. I found Stewart Knorr on line and decided to give it a chance. It has been the best decision that I have made in a long time. Stewart is knowledgeable about nutrition and physical training. Knowing how out of shape I was, he started me off slowly and each session gradually increases the intensity. I have a long way to go but believe that with Stewart's help I will get to my goals. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone, especially middle aged and older people.
