I had an appointment with Taylor today, and it was hands down the most comprehensive and thoughtful PT session I’ve ever had. I’m over a year post–microdiscectomy and still dealing with flare-ups, and Taylor gave me a full McGill assessment along with an incredibly detailed breakdown of my injury, my movement patterns, and what might be contributing to my ongoing symptoms.
He spent three full hours with me—actually listening, asking the right questions, and explaining everything in a way that made sense. It never felt rushed or cookie-cutter. For the first time, I felt like someone genuinely cared about what was going on with my back and had the expertise to guide me.
I walked out with clarity, a plan, and confidence that I’m finally working with someone who truly knows what they’re talking about. If you’re dealing with spine issues, chronic pain, or post-surgical complications, I can’t recommend Taylor enough.

Taylor really knows his stuff when it comes to spine health and recovery. What stood out most was how clear and direct he was. He met me where I was, no judgment, explained everything, and built a realistic plan with simple movement and strength exercises.

I’ve been working out / exercising for the better part of 10 years. In a single session, Taylor transformed my entire understanding of spine mechanics and overall joint health within the context of strength and building muscle. I will be returning frequently. Highly recommend!

Taylor knows his stuff. He is super thorough, pays great attention to detail, and offers a service which is very much worth the investment if conventional PT doesn’t work for you. He goes above and beyond in treating the body like an entire interconnected system.

Dr. Taylor Lewis was AMAZING. After a 3.5 hour to get there, my experience was way beyond what I expected! Dr. Lewis was knowledgeable, informative and very VERY thorough. His humble confidence has given me hope that a certain need for surgery can be helped and may not need surgery after all. He is all about the personal detail for my specific needs. I was doing the McGill 3 and with a few subtle changes in movement, focus and position I could immediately feel the difference from what I had been doing. Thank you Dr. Lewis!

Fantastic experience. Dr. Lewis was very professional. After experiencing a year of severe back pain with a herniated disc pinching a nerve in my L5, I went to see him. I discovered him through the work of Stuart McGill.
We started with an in-depth movement assessment. He then gave me access to an online portal with specific exercises tailored to me with instructional videos.
I followed them to a tee and in only a month my back pain has reduced 75% and keeps getting better.
This is after trying everything from mainstream medicine (steroids, medication, generic PT) - all of which only made it worse.
Dr. Lewis was a God send and I highly recommend you see him, especially if you have lower back pain.
