If I can give this place a zero, that would be my rating. I used to come here about 6 years ago or more. When it was a different name. Then they changed to DNA fitness. I thought it was good. Fit to my schedule but now it’s a money grabber. They stole $700 from me. And then they changed their name again. They promised me doctor appointments and personal trainer to help me with food. No one reached out after our first meeting. Didn’t get an invite to workout at the gym or the schedule. The person Danny, made me delete emails yet I still have to pay. It’s been two months and they still won’t give me my refund. BEWARE OF THEM SCAMMING YOU.

I’ve had a great experience at DNA Fitness Club. The facility is clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything you need for a solid workout—free weights, machines, cardio equipment, and functional training areas. There's a good variety for all fitness levels, whether you're just starting out or training hard.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Trainers are approachable and seem genuinely invested in your progress. I also appreciate the supportive community vibe—no ego, just people focused on their fitness goals.
Group classes are a huge plus—challenging but fun—and the schedule is flexible enough to work around busy routines.
Overall, DNA Fitness Club offers a professional, motivating environment and is a great place to stay committed to your health goals.

I can't recommend DNA Fitness enough! From the moment I joined, I was impressed by their highly engaging and personal approach. Jason and Danny take the time to truly understand your individual needs and capabilities, and they create a plan that works specifically for you. What I appreciate most is their honesty—no false promises or gimmicks. They don’t sugarcoat fitness. They tell you exactly how it works and give you the tools to succeed from workout plans to diet plans. The environment is amazing, and the community of fitness enthusiasts is welcoming and supportive. I’ve had a greatly positive and productive experience. It’s not magic, but if you put in the work and follow their guidance, you'll definitely get the results. I most certainly have!

I’ve been a member of DNA Fitness since 2019, and my experience has been amazing. It definitely has been a game changer for me! I initially signed up for a 2-week trial with the goal of losing weight for a wedding, and I saw results almost immediately! At first, I didn’t commit cuz of the cost of the membership. I already had a 24 hr fitness membership and figured I could just follow workout videos at home. Boy was I wrong! I later realized that nothing else worked for me like DNA Fitness— I struggled with motivation and direction. That’s when I decided to return to DNA Fitness, and I’ve been committed ever since. Jason, the coach, is incredible. He truly cares about his clients and challenges you with all the workouts. I appreciate how all the workouts are unique and different each day. The atmosphere is very motivating, and everyone there is so supportive!

I have been coming to DNA fitness for about 6 months and I love it! I haven’t been able to be consistent with any type of fitness routine until I started coming here. The staff keeps you accountable. I am about to hit one year on coming to DNA Fitness club and I don’t regret it one bit.
Danny has been great throughout my process, he hears me with my questions and concerns, he is always checking up on me on how I’m doing, how I’m feeling and always motivated me to continue when I just want to give up.
Jason is always there helping everyone out and always does it with a big smile and I’ve never heard him complain and he has also been there for me as well.
What I love about DNA Fitness club is that there is multiple sessions throughout the day that you can attend, it is never crowded, and one of my main reasons is because you aren’t judge from anyone that goes to DNA everyone treats each other with respect.
They make you feel like you are at home. Jason and Danny have a great relationship with everyone that goes into DNA Fitness Club.

I have been a member of DNA Fitness for approximately 2.5 years. I feel very comfortable working out at this club. Coach Jason is awesome!! He is very dependable, motivational and just genuinely kind. Each workout session is intense and effective. I am very disappointed with this gym. This gym has very male centered workouts and all they want is to take your money. I joined their 6 week course for $660. I didn't even finish my 6 weeks because I didn't like the workouts. They don't care about form they only care about reps. They expect you just to be able to do the workout and want you to do more reps and more weights but if you can't have the right form that's how injuries happen. Anyways I stoped showing up after 4 weeks and then they still charged me $200 and after asking for a refund I got a no. Anyways any women seeing this should go somewhere else. Please don't waste your time and money here like I did.

I love this gym. It’s small enough to be personable and big enough to have a great range of equipment. The small training classes are fun and exciting. This is a great atmosphere for getting fit without the intimidation of a big box gym. They have a special 55+ class which is a little slower pace; no matter what your level they will accommodate you with modifications. On a personal note I worked out for over 12 weeks with my broken foot in a boot!!

DNA Fitness has been a great experience! For a girl, who commutes and works a busy schedule, DNA offers different times which allows anybody to get a workout in. 30 minute workouts that truly leave you energized. Coaches really take care in getting to know you and help you. 100% recommend!

I absolutely love this place! I joined 6 months ago, and I regret not joining sooner. Coach Jason and Danny have helped me tremendously. It’s group training but they really help you out individually with posture and give you that push you need to reach new personal records! Going to a regular gym was so boring I would just be on the treadmill and was so Intimidated to pick up any weights, at dna I’ve learned what workouts to do and what weights to use, it’s very helpful that there’s always modifications to the exercises I’m

I’ve never been a gym person, I’ve never had my own gym membership! But, DNA fitness changed my views on the gym! I love that the workouts are 30 minutes of intense work out. The hours are reasonable. It super practical for me, since I have two little ones waiting for me at home. The coaches are all great! They treat us beginners and pros with the same expectation, the coaches correct your form in a very respectful way, and push you to bigger weights because they know you can do it. I love that we work on all areas of the body & that they offer weekend classes.
If I can do it, anyone can do it!
Thanks Danny & Jason, for pushing me to become a better and healthier version of myself. I never thought I’d be sad missing a gym day!

DNA Fitness provides phenomenal results in just 30 minutes. The variety of workouts, fantastic coaching staff, well stocked equipment, and family atmosphere have earned my loyalty for over a year. The new schedule is accommodating for most people, with the first session beginning at 5:15am and the final at 6 or 6:45pm. There are a couple of busy sessions, but many have just a dozen people or less. Small class sizes equate to more attention from coaches to ensure proper form and to keep you motivated. DNA has been instrumental in my transformation. I am stronger than ever! It provides a huge return on the investment and is worth every penny spent.

I have spent hundreds of dollars on traditional gym membership only to not be motivated and stopped exercising quickly. DNA Fitness is different, a well designed workout high intensity session of 30 minutes. I am seeing results and actually enjoying the workouts more than ever before.
The coaches are excellent and truly motivate you and guide you through the proper form. I am somebody that is prone to shoulder injuries and here I have never been injured, NOTE: the workouts are intense. It exemplifies the professionalism and care the owners and coaches provide to each person.
