Whether you’re ready to change up your routine or beginning your fitness journey, Premiere Bay Fitness is the way to go! The workouts are quick but highly effective, and Kristy’s upbeat energy and infectious smile make every session so enjoyable. EMS sessions are short but super effective—targeting deep muscles that regular workouts never seem to reach. After just a few weeks, my posture improved, and my back pain started to ease. The low-impact nature of EMS makes it ideal if you’re recovering or dealing with chronic pain. Love this new studio! Didn’t quite know what to expect from EMS but so far I’m loving it. It took a few sessions to figure out how best to “work” during the trainings but once I figured it out it was easy to engage with. I’m definitely stronger after about 6 weeks. Kristy is a great motivator too! Super clean and neat studio that’s easy to get to with easy parking. Highly recommend!

A 20 minute super effective and fun workout? Yes, please!
At first I wasn't sure about EMS training but I'm hooked! Kristy always explains everything very clearly, helps me to feel at ease, and tailors every session to my individual goals and how I am feeling that day. I’m pushed just enough to feeling challenged and engaging muscles differently than I have ever done prior to doing EMS.
I not only love how efficient EMS is but how I feel afterwards AND what it's doing for my body. I feel energized, like I've completed a hard workout but not burnt out, and I have noticed changes in my body in just 8 weeks!

EMS with Kristy is taking my fitness to a new level. I am more toned and fit than just working out. In 20 minutes, you get better results than hours in the gym. I’ve been doing EMS for the past 3 year in Europe where I live, and absolutely love it. When I came thru Marin, I had to try it at Premiere Bay Fitness. What a difference! It’s a newer machine so stronger, more targeted, and more effective, and I got results in a week that I would need multiple weeks back home. That’s a bonus. I felt amazing after and Kristy was an outstanding trainer, which I needed as this was a different workout then what I am use to. She was also very punctual as well so I could get in and out and on with my travels! It’s perfect for people who travel a lot as you can do a session and that’s all you need for the week!

Working with Kristy is so much fun! She gives really great guidance on how to maximize this workout, is warm and funny, and definitely knows her stuff. Her studio is immaculate, too. I'm five sessions into my EMS and I love it. I see tightening and definition in places I've had a hard time affecting with normal weight lifting and look forward to doing more. Highly recommend!
