PrestonRayFitness is functional (purposeful) training designed to improve human movement, as well as athleticism. Anyone who works out or trains is an athlete and all athletes must master basic human movements. Upon mastering the eight basic human movements, we delve into more common themes such as strength training and aerobic conditioning.

I can’t say enough good things about training with Preston. He genuinely takes the time to understand my personal goals and creates workouts that are tailored and effective—even when I was working through an injury, he adapted our sessions so I could keep progressing safely.

I might be what you call a senior (76) and when I met Preston he asked me what my goals were (a first with many trainers). He has directed my workouts to my goals of strength, flexibility and endurance. He carefully explains how each exercise contributes to these goals and also always encourages me to push. Preston is the best personal trainer I've ever worked with.
His demeanor is 100% positive and encouraging. Even when he's pointing out something I can do better it's always with a smile and somehow I don't mind! Other trainers I want to bite their heads off.
The workouts themselves are always different, just challenging enough to make me work hard, but not totally exhausting. He really knows how to mix it up to keep things interesting, and is a master of many styles of fitness, from boxing to lifting, bodyweight, and ANIMAL FLOW. He does it all!
Highly recommend to anyone that wants to up their fitness game or just get some fresh ideas for their own workouts.
