I've been training with Patrick for the last three years and can't recommend him highly enough. At 50 years old, I wanted someone who could help me build a program for functional strength that would enable me to not only stay active in sports and activities that I love but also with my kids. I had tried for years to work out on my own and had cycled through memberships at a couple of different gyms, but had a hard time staying disciplined, and coming up with the right combination of exercises to achieve my goals. When I started training at Prime to Perform, I had nagging lower back and shoulder issues, which started to quickly subside once I started coming in on a regular basis. Patrick designed a program specifically for me, and over the last three years I've regained the strength and mobility that I had when I was 40. Training in such a well equipped, semiprivate facility is such a different experience than the big gyms - much better, and really allows you to rotate through a lot of different exercises to build both strength and range of motion. Overall, it's been a game changer for me and my family and I'm grateful to Patrick for keeping me strong and motivated. Thank you!

I’ve been training with Patrick for almost a year now, and the progress I’ve made has been incredible—not just in terms of strength and power, but in how it has positively impacted my golf game. When I first started, my primary goal was to improve my strength and power for golf. After working with Patrick, I’ve seen a noticeable increase in my club head speed, which directly translated to a boost in my carry distance off the tee. The biggest improvements I’ve seen while training with Patrick are in my overall body strength and mobility. The training sessions were well-rounded, focusing not only on power but also on flexibility and core stability, which are critical for a strong golf swing.

Best personal trainer in Vista hands down. When I came to them I could barely walk because I had such bad sciatica pain. After a couple of months I was pain free and have remained pain free for several years. I work at a computer all day and they really understand the exercises that are best to help combat just sitting for most of the day.

I recently had the pleasure of training with Patrick. Not only is he very knowledgeable, but I could immediately tell how much he cares for his clients and helping them achieve their goals.
Being a healthcare professional, it is important for me to get to know other fitness professionals in the area to know where to refer my clients to. He is definitely someone I would trust to help my clients continue to their fitness journey and get back to the activities they enjoy.

Patrick has played a huge role in my ability to function in everyday life again. Thanks to scoliosis and birthing a child at the age of 46, my body was not in a good place. I was living with constant aches and pains that where making my world a much smaller place. When Patrick was recommended to me I was hesitant and couldn't see myself working out in a gym again. I felt weak, totally out of shape and very guarded about more movement in fear of more pain. I now feel confident and strong. I can hold my daughter and play. I can work with my horses and ride better than ever. Patrick has made exercise enjoyable again. He listens to me and makes adjustments if something doesn't work for my body on that day. He's encouraging and kind and has the ability to work with a wide range of fitness levels. Also the gym is very clean, private and well equipped. I highly recommend.

There is no one like Patrick. He is knowledgeable, creative, innovative, & motivating. I have been training with him for a few years now. When we started, I was committed to just once a week & now I train with him at least 3 days a week. I’ve been training with Patrick for almost 6 years. I would sincerely recommend him as a trainer to anyone!
