AMAZING trainer. Highly recommend.
I was struggling with severe lower back pain for 10mths. I tried PT, acupuncture, massage, and stretching, nothing seemed to work. Deanna was the only person able to heal my lower back pain.

Deana is the most amazing trainer ever! When I started coming to her I told her all of my goals and what I wanted out of this experience. Every session we have we work towards those goals! I also have type one diabetes and she has help set up meals to better stabilize my blood sugar. Although I am the main focus in my workouts my husband will also join now and then and she is able to accommodate him as well! Her home gym has everything you could need and she is prepared for every work out!
Deana really gets to know her clients and what they need to be successful. She is AMAZING!

Having Deana as a personal trainer is life changing with working out. She has given me confidence in my strength, and listens to what I am looking to accomplish. She has taught me about supplements, better eating choices, form with lifting, and overall has brought an excitement to working out that I haven't experienced before. We are doing online sessions since I live out of state, and she is prepared throughout the session and engaged, cheering me on or correcting my form when needed. We have also done in person workouts at her home gym when visiting California. She is well educated, and able to modify workouts to match injuries, soreness, or lack of flexibility. Couldn't recommend her more!

She is the best trainer! She is full of energy and her energy is being transferred to you. She always considers your physical condition, completely directs the process, and never lets you stop :) During the workouts with Deana, I feel like I spend each second maximally productively. Deana is my trainer. She is very competent. During the exercises she shows how to do the exercise and describes all the details very well. She also explains which muscle works and what you should feel while doing the movement. In addition, I would like to add that she is very punctual – she is never late.
