AVOID THIS GYM AND DO NOT GIVE Credit Card. They have told me multiple times they cancelled my card, I needed the gym for a month and they are still charging me 6 months later. A total nightmare. Was a decent gym experience but not worth the financial aftermath. AVOID

Had two great solo visits to this gym when I was visiting from out of town. Clean, and well equipped with anything you'd want for a great workout - cardio, machines, free weights, and all the "toys" you'd want. Management/owner was very accommodating to my needs as well. Will come back next time I visit!

I've been a member since Summer 2024 with the 1 service per month gym membership. My 24 Hour Gym doesn't have all the bells and whistles like all the other gyms in the area (hot yoga, unlimited sparkling water, cafe, etc) but it's exactly what I am looking for: 1) affordable, 2) just enough equipment, 3) offers sports massage and personal training services, 4) (most importantly) easygoing community gym environment with no gym-bros. I can come in whenever I want to squeeze in a workout and I don't have to wait in line to use equipment nor feel intimidated. There's also parking! The services membership is particularly helpful for me because it's a holistic way to balance out all the physical stuff with assisted stretching and sports massages with a trained and knowledgable professionals to keep my body moving the way it should be for many years to come!

Whatever you do, don't provide your credit card to this gym. I've been trying to cancel my membership for more than 3 months. In October, Leighanna said she would take care of it but despite me repeatedly following up with her via email and text, she won't cancel my membership and has since stopped responding to me. I have all of my emails and texts saved asking her to cancel. User beware -- you won't be able to cancel.

My wife and I went to the redwoods to vacation. Found my 24 hour gym. It's a nice clean gym and the owner was accommodating to our needs. Thank you my 24 hour gym los gatots.

I have been a member at this gym for almost 4 years now and I am extremely pleased! It is open 24 hours and easily accessible. What I like most about this gym are its member's and staff. Everyone is quiet, respectful, and extremely friendly. I have made some great friends while being a member here. The owner is extremely dedicated to her work and her members and it definitely shows. They have some amazing personal trainers, stretch coaches, and body work/massage therapists. As a marathon runner, I attend weekly sessions with their sports massage and body work team. If you’re looking for a nice, clean, and friendly gym without the “macho vibe” then this is your place!
