Pro Fitness Network is a personal training and massage studio in Pasadena, CA.
We offer personal training, corrective exercise training and therapeutic massage. Choose from semi-personal training — sharing a trainer with other clients for only $40 a session — or one-on-one sessions. Regardless of which you choose, your program is always customized to maximize results for your body, your needs, your time and your money!

I have been going to Carina’s for 3 years now. My session is an hour and starts with 10 minutes of cardio, followed by core, then arms/legs etc. A few people come in every half hour and so there ends up being around 3-6 people working out at any given time. But she prescribes different exercises for each person based on your individual strength and needs. I started going here toward the end of the pandemic because she diligently wipes down all the machine after each person uses it. One of the best things about Carina’s is she creates a very friendly and social environment. It’s the reason I have been so consistent about my two times per week! Everyone enjoys talking to each other and I look forward to catching up with my new friends all the time! She offers sessions Mon/Wed evenings and most mornings.

I love this experience. I am not athletic but Corina has a program that meets the person at their level and carefully tailors exercises and routines to promote progress and engagement.
For me it has been an investment on my mental health as well as my physical health.

Pro fitness network is a wonderful community to work out in where a program will be adjusted and refined to your needs and wants accordingly as well as any injury related issues that you might want to work on which is looked over by the Trainer/owner of the gym who has over 20 years of experience.
This a wonderful community for those who want a great workout and wonderful assortment of friends that would cheer you on as you hit your goal towards your physical needs.
The gym is so great that it even has a masseuse named Kelsey, who is very well-rounded in athletic massages and other therapeutic techniques, such as Reiki massages to help heal physically, and mentally.

Carina’s semi-personal training sessions are perfect for me. She designs each session based on the needs of the individual. She also goes out of her way to meet specific needs. Carina Weston start personal training class for me in April 2023.
At that time I can not lay on the floor and with difficulty walk properly due to the back surgery in 2022. Carina training me with step by step very carefully to monitor my body's improvement.
with her professional skill. After almost one year training class with her. I can walk 3 to 4 hours without the rest and even can run. and also lost 10 lbs weights. Carina's training class do improve my physically with my daily work.

Five stars for Carina and Pro Fitness Network. I’ve been working out here twice a week for a year and a half. Carina has helped me through injury rehab and does a great job tailoring workout routines specifically for my needs. I've been training with the lovely Mrs Carina at Pro Fitness Network for a few years now, and I can honestly say that it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made for my health and fitness.
Carina always has amazing and inspiring energy, from the second you walk in the door you’re greeted with a big smile and “gooood morning!”
In the past, I never felt comfortable working out with the “bros” at crowded chain gyms. At Pro Fitness, Carina’s semi-private format is perfect, I love exercising with just a few other people in a welcoming and supportive environment.

My friend who is also my masseuse (at Pro Fitness Network) introduced me to Carina and the gym and I’m SO grateful to her for that!

Carina is so welcoming and knowledgeable and creates the perfect exercise regimen for you! Ive been doing semi private training sessions 2x a week for almost two years now and wouldn’t change a thing!

The gym itself has A LOT of equipment. I usually start with cardio, so I get to choose between a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike or a row machine. When we move into the different exercises, the gym has plenty of weights, a few weight machines, a TRX, and lots more fun things! Carina created a wonderful place to get strong and meet strong women! I signed up at the end of 2021, because of the small group training option. It’s affordable, and you can workout while maintaining a safe distance from others. Carina keeps the facility clean and sanitary. There are plenty of options in terms of equipment to cater to your training needs. Carina will adjust your workout based on your preferences, abilities, and injuries. I noticed a significant difference in my strength, endurance, and overall health. Carina and the (predominantly) women here are friendly, caring, and supportive. This is a great place to go whether you’re a strong athlete or just starting your fitness journey.

So happy to have found Carina. She is great! She knows her stuff, gives you a good workout and really knows how to work with her clients. The semis private sessions is what I have been doing and I am really enjoying. You can tell she really enjoys what she does.
The facility is just great also. There is a really nice shower, if you need to get to work right after your workout. The whole place is super Clean and plenty of equipment. You always get a variety in your workout. And the group of people that workout there are all so friendly. Which says a lot about Carina and her place.

I’ve been going to Jonas for corrective exercise sessions for a few years now. Working with Carina has made a huge difference in my work and over-all well-being. Being physically active everyday in one type of way can cause a lot of strain on the body - and I was feeling it. Weight training with Carina twice a week has rebalanced my body muscularly, and I feel stronger than ever. She is great at keeping you on track with consistency. I wanted some motivation to work out so visited this local gym and am doing semi-private training sessions with Carina. The price is reasonable and yet just enough that I hate to cancel. Carina, also the owner, is an energetic, friendly but not pushy trainer. My hour session includes about 15 mins of cardio and then working out all my muscle groups. I don’t enjoy working out but with the inspiration from Carina and all the other clients, I feel safe and comfortable at this gym. Highly recommend.

Carina is an amazing trainer for semi personal and personal training! I definitely recommend her for beginners, she doesn't go easy on you but she also doesn't push you too hard either if you are just starting off for the first time. Carina is an amazingly intuitive personal trainer, and just an overall genuinely joyous person! In just the first few sessions, my overall body composition has changed noticeably (with many friends complimenting my progress). I'm having surgery next month, and Carina has been instrumental in ensuring that my upper body and core strength improve so that my recovery will be much more successful. (She even reached out to me when I missed a session to inquire about my health!) Her tailored training also ensures that my tendonitis and sciatica do not flare up as has been the case with other untrained professionals that I've tried before. I was working out with a personal trainer when a friend told me about the semi-personal training class she was taking at Pro Fitness Network. My personal trainer was getting expensive, so I decided to give a small group class a try. I'm glad I did. The owner, Carina, leads the classes and she's great. During one of my trail training runs, I pulled my right calf muscle and could barely walk back to my car. I googled and found Pro Fitness Network. I made an appointment with Gary. He gave me a myofascial/deep tissue massage. He explained to me what he does and why, this treatment reduces muscle spasm, combats inflammation and promotes relaxation. He also did some trigger point therapy that focuses on the injured muscle fibers. I had a total of 4 or 5 sessions with him and within a couple of weeks I was back out running.

A few weeks later back out in the San Gabriel Mtn doing some trail work, I pulled my hamstring. It was so painful, I was sure I could hear the muscle fibers tear apart. This time I got scheduled with Margie. She healed my hamstring and I was happily back running. She told me to take Epson bath after long runs.

Lately, I decided to go back to work after early retirement and I've been dealing with some back pain, as I sit in an office chair for over 8 hours a day. I called and got scheduled with Gaby. She hit all the right notes with my lower back and provided relief in ways I never experienced. She made me drink a lot more water because when your massage therapist releases a knot in the muscle, pockets of lactic acid are released, and drinking water helps flush the lactic acid out more efficiently.

Pro Fitness Network is a great place to get the personal fitness attention that you deserve for a great price. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and understanding of any concerns, weaknesses and fitness levels you have. I had been looking for options for working out besides the generic, “big” gyms. I tried a few studios and small gyms before coming to Pro Fitness but they didn't offer enough to make me want to commit and the cost of personal training just wasn't an option. I found the Pro Fitness Network through an Amazon Local deal and discovered that semi-personal training is a great option for me because the cost is reasonable and I receive plenty of individualized attention. There are a few reasons I'm so happy working out there:
-the friendly, welcoming environment
-the small size, where you get to know the other members and laugh with them as you're all working out
-the workout routines that have really helped me become stronger and more fit and that change often enough that I don't get bored
-the price. This is the most affordable option I found when looking for personal training. In my semi-personal sessions, I get quality instruction for an affordable rate.
