Neat, small gym. Friendly and very community centered. Everyone knows everyone. The workers are friendly. They have a shower, lockers, and outdoor patio with a boxing ring. Squat racks. They even provide towels! All the basics one looks for in a gym!

I love this gym. Good environment. I am also an independently contracted personal trainer and i love bringing my clients here. Community is very close knit. Excellent customer service. I recommend highly.

As far as gyms go, this is no luxury spa type of place but here is the scoop. It's adequately equipped with the basics and that's all you need. No bells and whistles, just a good old fashion gym with a old school feel. Old school in the back to basics workout. Why spend four a gym That has equipment you'll never use.? I recommend this neighborhood gym for a week. Clean and cheap. I like that.

It has never been too crowded that I would have to wait very long to work out with a certain equipment. The staff and the members are very courteous. It has all the weight lifting equipments that I need. Very clean, partly because they provide clean towels for the members.

The main appeal of this gym is that it is simply a pleasant place to work out. Whether you're interested in cardio or weights, you never have to wait in line, the equipment is always clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere is bright and the space well designed. You can even exercise outside, which is great on a beautiful day. The other reviewer who complained about heat outside is nuts -- we live in LA! How many times have you worked out in some dingy fluorescent box of a gym on a beautiful day? Besides which, you don't HAVE to be outside if you don't want to. Everyone at this gym is friendly, from the trainers to the clients, yet there's plenty of privacy. I highly recommend Pro Gym to anyone who is serious about getting in shape.
