I realize now why I wasn't seeing results when I just made up little routines for myself at the gym. There's a lot of thought that goes into sequencing activities. After 6 classes (2 weeks), I can already see a big improvement in my stamina, strength and energy. Super fun and motivating atmosphere with nice people. I never did TRX before and was kind of nervous but honestly, everyone is great and you should just jump in.

I’ve done one work out so far and I’m highly impressed. I’ve never have done a session even with a private trainer and have had damn, near every single muscle in my upper arm to my trap hit. I can’t wait to see what my body is going to look like 6 month from now let alone a year. Steve is amazing and I don’t know why I didn’t start sooner but if you live close like I do, drive your first day and don’t walk over…I’m so glad I drove as every muscle was a noddle when we finished.

ProCity has been my go-to fitness studio for over 6 years. Steve provides great structure and variation of effective workouts. The vibe is laidback and welcoming, yet highly motivational and adaptable to your fitness level and goals. Steve is extremely knowledge in all areas of exercise/strength/nutrition. He has safely guided my strength journey through two pregnancies and varying fitness goals over the years.

I picked up a Groupon for 5 classes and gave this place a try. It's a great way to try out classes before you commit, and it was definitely worth it. I decided to keep taking classes afterwards. Super early classes available as well as evening times too, so it's very flexible for my work schedule.
I had been running a couple of months before starting these classes so wasn't totally unfit, but I had no strength or conditioning. The first class I tried (Full Body Circuit) kicked my butt. Literally, it hurt to walk the next day! Steven doesn't put you under pressure to go beyond your ability and will provide modifications for everything, but he will challenge you if he thinks you're able to push yourself more. The ability of people in the class covered all ranges and although the atmosphere is friendly, everyone is really focused on what they are doing. So don't feel intimidated if you're a beginner, and be ready to be challenged if you are a pro.

I've been working out with Steve at ProCity for almost a year now.
It has been a very hard year for me with a major car accident and then a broken foot a few months later so my personal training sessions turned into rehab for a busted body.
With Steve's extensive knowlege of kinesiology he was able to adapt my workouts based on my injuries while still challenging and motivating me.
I have also done a group class that was fabulous! He kept everyone moving and motivated and had an adaption for all of the excercises based on each persons abilities.
I highly recomend Steve! His rates are great and he has always been flexible with scheduling!

I've been working out with Steven Hale for over a year now at Procity Fitness. And this year I've managed to lose over 60 lbs with his guidance. I have gone from a size 16 to a size 4. He motivates and inspires his students to push harder while not being one of those typical shout at you till you get it right coaches. His classes are always well-executed and he still has time to give each person individual attention and help them along their journey no matter their starting point.

I always felt that personal training was beyond my budget, but decided to give it a shot to see if it's worth it. Most sessions last 40 minutes. I did personal training for 2 months with him and I value his expertise. The gym studio is only open by appointments and at times can make scheduling unfavorable to client.
