The construction crews party for hours a day outside our apartments. Food and animal corpses rot in the hallways. The interiors are constantly full of dog shit and piss because the only things they ever clean are the sidewalks and lobbies. It STINKS inside the buildings. The elevators are so broken they don't even put out of order signs on them anymore.
If you call or email resident services, no matter what it's about, they will tell you it's not their problem and to call someone else.
