Pulse Pilates studio has been so much more than just a place to work out, it’s become a second home to me. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed, supported, and excited to learn. The instructors are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but they create such a positive and safe space to grow stronger both physically and mentally. I’ve found a whole new community here that now are like family. I love pulse!! 1000000/10 highly recommend!!

I love the pulse Pilates studio. The space is extremely clean and welcoming. I have been coming here for a few months and have tried a few different classes with various instructors and have been enjoying it so far. I had never done Pilates before and as a beginner I felt welcome. Highly recommend this studio for beginners and anyone else curious to give Pilates a try!

I absolutely love coming here to workout!! I was looking for a place to add into my new routine as my health journey has been going great. I come here three days a week and never once have felt judged, if anything I have been encourage to push myself more and more every class!! This place is a MUST try if youre looking to add a workout class that spreads positivity

This studio is incredible! The instructors are knowledgeable, and make the classes fun and energizing. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. I love the studio itself (so clean, bright and welcoming). The thermal cycle room is also a huge plus. So happy I found this studio and highly recommend checking them out!

I took my very first pilates class today and what better place to start than with a beautiful new studio. The first thing you really notice upon walking in is how clean the studio is, which is so important obviously.. The great thing about this class was the fact that you could be a beginner or an advanced and still be in the same class because you are given options to work at your own level. And that's so important so you don't feel intimidated when you are a beginner somewhere. I had an instructor named Jackie and she was absolutely wonderful. She was able to guide me as a beginner, yet still allow the class to move forward for the advanced people without disruption. Definitely worth every single penny for the investment of your mind, body and soul. I would give them more than 5 stars if it were available. Can't wait to go back.🙏❤️

I just tried this brand new Pilates studio in Livermore and I have found my newest obsession. Their studio is beautiful and has brand new Pilates reformers. I’m a mom of 3 and have zero time for myself so hopping in for a class I was nervous I wouldn’t know what I was doing, and it would be too difficult. I first started with the stretch and strength class, which felt like a really good pace for a beginner. What’s cool about the classes is that if you’re wanting the workout to be more intense you just change the spring on the machine and the instructor mentions exactly what to do throughout the class.
I’m really excited to start going, and I really love the space and the owners and the instructors.
