When choosing a gym, two things matter most: the instructor and the community. Punch from Home with Coach Ray has both. Ray is an incredible teacher with nonstop energy (seriously, I have no idea how he does it day after day), and the community he’s built makes every class something to look forward to. The friends who sweat together really do stay together.
The workouts are no joke. You’ll sweat, you’ll push yourself, and you’ll feel amazing afterward. It’s the best stress relief I’ve found, and Ray’s playlists keep the energy going from start to finish.
Classes are structured around rounds of kickboxing combined with functional cardio and weights, so you’re never stuck doing the same thing for long. The variety makes the time fly by, and before you know it, you’ve had a full-body workout.
I highly recommend giving Punch from Home a try. You will love it!

I've been taking Coach Ray's kickboxing class and it's been an incredible experience. He's a valuable trainer who really breaks down the fundamentals of both kickboxing and boxing in a way that's easy to understand. What I appreciate the most isn't just burning 400-500 calories per session, but I'm actually learning how to fight and practice real self-defense techniques.
Coach Ray takes the time to answer questions and guides you step by step through the movements, making it perfect for beginners while still being challenging for intermediates who want to keep honing their skills. The balance between fitness, technique, and practical training makes this class stand out. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn, grow, and push themselves.

Punch from home is a wonderful place to work out! The workout is the perfect combination of cardio kickboxing/boxing and strength training. The workouts will get you results quickly and help you build strength! My 12 year old son has started going to the workouts with me and I have seen huge improvement in his stamina and athleticism! Coach Ray is an amazing coach! He knows exactly how to help you reach your full potential while being encouraging and supportive! I highly recommend joining the team!

Coach Ray is amazing. Great workout and great class energy. Everyone who attends his classes are kind and encouraging, such a great atmosphere. Love the combination of kickboxing and circuit training. coach Ray is super helpful, encouraging and also challenges you in the best way. Definitely super fun and a great way to get in shape. Always leave drenched in sweat and sore the next day! Sign of a great workout!
