If you want to get a good workout you need to go here. I was nervous to start working out here because it can feel intimidating but Ian is a great coach! He is patient and makes you feel comfortable. I always leave feeling great! The workouts includes multiple exercises that will give you a full body workout. If you’re unsure you can try out their free demo class. Thank you to my friend King that is also an amazing coach (seen in the photo)for opening this gym close to home. Health is wealth!

In the month since joining Punch King, I've had an incredibly positive experience. Ian's workouts are challenging yet very rewarding, and he is incredibly supportive and encouraging during the class. He's also very helpful in providing modifications or adjustments to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe. The atmosphere at the gym is positive and motivating, and the gym itself is always very clean and neat. I’ve been coming for just over a month now, and highly recommend anybody to try a free demo lesson. I was somewhat skeptical, as I’m not typically one for HIIT and I had no previous boxing/kickboxing experience.

However, after trying a demo class, I found that I really enjoyed the balance of cardio, strength training (dumbbells), and boxing. The instructor, Ian, does a great job of making sure people of all levels get a great, full-body workout.

Being a part of the Punch King Fitness community since January has been amazing!🌟 Going to PFK on a regular basis has helped me meet my fitness and health goals. As a re-starter to working out, I was able to learn quickly and keep up! The classes have a good variety of different exercises. The gym is super clean with great equipment. Ian and King are amazing people, the folks I’ve met at class as great, and I’ve surpassed some milestones I didn’t know I needed to pass! In particular, Ian has been very supportive of my goals and helping learn the PFK ropes while pushing myself! My kids are athletes and took a class with me. They are so impressed with me and my progress 🙌🏽🎉 Signing up for PFK has been a highlight of 2024 and I look forward to getting stronger. 💪🏽❤️

Ian is THE BEST coach! I appreciate his attitude, knowledge, attentiveness, professionalism, and enthusiasm. He is always ready for us when we walk in. He is never late, never absent, and takes coaching very seriously. He is very disciplined and organized and is such a great example to us. He is a gem, and Punch King is a gem. I am extremely lucky and happy to have Punch King in the neighborhood and Ian as my coach. The workouts are fun. I love punching and kicking the cool-looking bag, and seeing how I compare with my friends (the bag has a sensor that measures how hard we hit). We also do a lot of cardio and weight training. We get a total body workout in 50 minutes. The best part, I like to say, is when we are done and it is all over and we are feeling so good, strong and ready to start the day.

I came upon Punch King while on the lookout for a combat sports gym. I tried about 3 gyms and Punch King is the one I decided to stick with. The facility is clean with lots of cool equipment that allow for a dynamic workout every time. The punching bags keep score of your hits, so it's a fun way to be competitive with other members or just keep track of your own progress. The other members are all very friendly and welcoming. Coach Ian offers a nice balance of being tough but allowing you to go at your own pace.

Each workout is different and also dependent on the number of people in the class (up to 8) so if you're trying out the gym it's worth checking out a few times.

I joined Punch King because I was tired of the same old workouts and wanted to work off stress. Punch King has great workouts and Coach King and Coach Ian are very supportive and try to make it fun. I learned the different punch combos, and my favorite part is how they mix up the workout between calisthenics, punching bag work, and my favorite, Mitt work. Highly recommend for anyone who has wanted to learn how to box and get a nice workout. Also it’s fun to watch how many punches you throw bc they track it on the tv screen.

I met King awhile back through mutual friends and heard about Punch King but never had enough courage to actually attend a class. Truthfully it seemed like something scary, but I decided to sign up with a few friends and the rest is history! Haha! I know “boxing” can seem intimidating but with supportive and encouraging coaches like Ian, once you sign up and make the commitment to attend the classes you won’t want to stop! The classes are for all levels and everyone is so supportive of one another! We all have to start from the beginning so don’t waste anymore time thinking about it! At Punch King, you can meet new people who become your new friends, learn the basic punches, and sweat for an hour in a fun, safe, and positive atmosphere! Punch King has been life changing for me and I’m so grateful to all the staff, coaches and people that I have met so far!

I love Punch King and have been coming here since they first opened. I was a complete beginner when I started but with Coach King and Coach Ian’s guidance, I felt more than comfortable learning new skills.

Coach Ian’s workouts offer a strong variety of weight circuits, calisthenics, boxing, and other cardio and the community of people is great! The small classes are capped at 8 so it has more of a personal touch than similarly styled gyms, with modifications tailored to your needs as necessary (I recently had a pretty bad knee injury from another sport and Coach Ian offered me substitutions to accommodate which I’m so grateful for!)

My dad who is in his early 80s has also done a couple workouts here when he’s visited me and the coaches were so accommodating. My dad says the workouts he’s done at Punch King are the funnest he’s ever done.

If you’re looking for a supportive and inclusive workout environment, I highly recommend Punch King Sunset!

Punch King has been a fantastic experience from the very beginning! As someone new to kickboxing, I felt a bit nervous, but the kindness and patience of both the instructors and fellow members quickly helped me find my footing. I soon came to realize that some of the people around me had been with the gym since its founding, which is such a testament to the dedication the gym has to its members.

The workouts are always challenging and exciting, thoughtfully crafted by the coaches themselves. The gym maintains a well-organized and varied approach to each session, ensuring that no class ever feels repetitive. Not only is the gym a place where your limits are pushed, but instructors strive to build personal relationships with members, asking how your day was or what your plans for the weekend are. The facilities are always spotless, and their scheduling app is incredibly user-friendly. I can’t recommend Punch King enough!

Such a fun and amazing gym with wonderful and knowledgeable staff. Classes are fun and challenging without being too intimidating for beginners. I’m not a “gym person” and have always quit gyms because I’d find them so repetitive and boring, but I’ve stuck this one out longer than any other one because the classes are just too fun and addictive! I usually do one of the morning classes and will typically burn over 400 calories in a 45, 50 minute class, which is such a great way to begin the day and jumpstart my metabolism. Location is convenient and the gym is always clean- I really can’t say enough about this place!
