I booked a Puppy Sphere class in Los Angeles through ClassPass and showed up on time, only to find the studio locked with no one there to run the class. There was zero communication about a cancellation or location change. All the signage was gone, there was no email notification, nothing. There were at least six other people also left standing outside of the door confused.

What made it worse was the unprofessional follow-up. The response I received misidentified the city where the class was scheduled and offered no real explanation, accountability or goodwill gesture. I had to follow up myself and still didn’t receive a clear resolution, just a vague promise of a future credit with no follow-through

This was a complete waste of time and deeply frustrating. If you’re thinking about booking with Puppy Sphere, I’d strongly advise against it and finding a different puppy yoga studio.

Puppy yoga at Puppy Sphere LA was a euphoric experience 🤩 Their studio is bright, clean, and has a vanity room to keep your things. The yoga flow was relaxing and pretty standard, so easy enough for beginners and people wanting to focus on puppies! The mock tails were such a fun touch at the end. And they give you plenty of time to take photos and videos with the puppies! They’re also quick to clean up the puppy bathroom accidents. I’ll definitely be back!

The person at the door was extremely rude and condescending. Dealt with a customer service issue very poorly. As I was unable to attend the class due to an age mixup. She said there was nothing that can be done to help me issue a refund or resolve the issue I have to dealt with my myself. Just shrugged her shoulders and was whatever about the situation and sent us on our way! Do better next time when dealing with customers.

This was an amazing experience!! The staff is super friendly, the yoga instructor is wonderful, and the puppies are just so adorable. Having them running around while we did yoga just added to the joys of doing yoga already!
The yoga class itself was a very easy flow, and then puppy playtime was just a big snuggle-fest where the puppies loved us. You could tell they were happy to be there too!

To say I was excited when I found PuppySphere is an understatement. First of all, the staff were all so kind and accommodating. Second, the location is lovely. Super spacious loft apartment in LA with the coolest windows for some fresh sunshine during a morning flow! Third, of course it was a little hard to focus fully on the yoga but the instructor was amazing and made the class super chill and easy to follow for beginners and very relaxing for more advanced students. Lastly, the puppies were the cutest and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Yoga and puppies together was the best serotonin and energy boost! I also loved the balance of the yoga class with the puppy hang out and complimentary drinks. Cannot wait to go again!!

Puppy Sphere in West Hollywood was an absolute delight! The bright, spotless studio created a welcoming atmosphere, and the well-cared-for puppies stole the show. Thoughtful rules ensured their safety, while the attentive staff kept everything clean and organized.

The instructor led a fun, unique flow that made the session engaging, and the complimentary beverages and photo booth were great added perks. Overall, a fantastic experience—I’ll definitely be back for more puppy-filled fun!

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Puppy Sphere in Los Angeles! From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the studio’s stunning atmosphere—it’s beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and bathed in natural light, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and fun. The instructor was fantastic, leading us through a creative and engaging series of poses that made the experience both enjoyable and dynamic.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that both guests and puppies were comfortable. Speaking of the sheepadoodle puppies—they were undeniably the highlight of the experience! Each one was adorable, well-cared for, and brought so much joy to the session. It was heartwarming to see how much love and attention they receive.

My entire experience with Puppy Sphere was amazing! Parking was right outside and no hassle. To find the studio, there were signs everywhere that led us there. All the puppies wandering around was very adorable to have. It was fun playing with all the puppies. The staff were super friendly and inviting. They managed the puppies well and cleaned up after them. Our yoga instructor was great! She gave us alternate positions for us to depending on our comfort level. I was also able to see what position she was demonstrating. The drinks they served there tasted great, I got to try 2 different ones. They also had a little photo op corner for us with the puppies. The photos got sent to us quickly with a link through text. Would definitely come back here and refer some friends to join the fun! (:

I have always wanted to do puppy yoga and when my friend told me about Puppy Sphere, I knew I had to check it out. My friends and I had the best time doing yoga and playing with the puppies. Staff did an amazing job making sure puppies and participants were safe and having a great time. I enjoyed the fact that the staff made sure every person had plenty of puppy interaction , by either bringing the puppies to your mat or handing the dog toys to you. Honestly an amazing form of therapy. I cannot wait to go back for more!

Puppy Sphere is the best! Truly no one does it like puppy sphere which is why I keep coming back. They create the best experience for guest not only through the puppies but the yoga. On top of that the event facilitators make sure the puppies and all guest are taken care of! They even provide drinks and a photo booth which makes the event more special!
