Sounds like such a cute idea until you get there and realize this is the most disorganized business. They have no records of anything. Also be prepared to bring your passport, your Social Security card, and make sure your kids are 15 to get it in despite the fact that they barely advertise that on their website and also allow you to purchase tickets without confirming your kids date of birth. I just turned away at the door after driving over an hour to get there.

I recently went on labor day weekend to see the austrilan sheperds as they are my favorite puppy. I will say the puppys usally are very tired and don't really interact, As well my experience at least the workers were mainly just standing around not really helping you to get a dog and sometimes have judgy looks. The workers there were also taking our photos and i was really exicted to get to see the photos they took. However once I look on a file on there story, no photos from our session were there. I try communicating this to the team but they left me on read for multiple days only to say it was missing a few days after I asked.
So many summary from this review was it was a fun experience however be prepared that you might not get alot of puppy action because they are tired. I also recommend taking your own photos on your own phone so your photos dont get lost.

OMG. This was so incredibly fun, we had Yorkies and they were so cute - honestly not even a small dog breed fan but you can’t go wrong. They were precious and so funny. Very nice space as well! Highly recommend
