I absolutely love this studio! It's the perfect place to work out, build strength, stretch, and really feel the burn. Nina, the owner, has such a sweet personality, and all her instructors are incredibly experienced when it comes to barre. I highly recommend checking it out!

I started doing Pure Barre, and it's been wonderful for me as a woman over 50. Focusing on balance, small muscle strength, and flexibility has made a significant difference. I notice physical changes in my body, as well as improvements in how I feel overall. The 6 AM instructors--Courtney, Helena, and Claire--are incredible. They've been patient in their teaching while also encouraging me to improve. I highly recommend it!

I love this studio! The staff are kind and supportive. I took advantage of a free class to see if I would like the workout, and realized that it is the perfect addition to my weekly routine. I prefer the classic and align class formats the best, but there are several different styles of classes for a well rounded workout. I have done a lot of different class based workouts in other studios, but this studio is definitely my favorite!

Love the staff and teachers. This group workout hits the whole body and gets those spots that I would never do on my own at the gym or home. Itβs all about the shake, the shaking of fatigue on your body means itβs working!

Took my first Pure Barre class here and couldn't be more impressed. The front desk was incredibly welcoming getting me checked in, helping me get setup for class and even an intro to the instructor. They made a real effort to remember my name and ensure I had fun in class. Tip for guys, start with the 3 lbs weights.
