Stew is the perfect personal trainer. Really smart, funny, and pushes you without being pushy. I can’t deal with a really agro trainer who yells, so Stew’s personal training style really works for me. Stew is a great Trainor. He has helped me with specialized weight lifting work outs, meal plans, cardio, and strength training exercises. Stew has an amazing wealth of knowledge of the fitness world which I found to be very valuable to my fitness goals. Stew also has convenient workout session times at an exclusive private gym that has a beautiful view of SOMA and Twin Peaks. I highly recommend signing up for a workout session with Stew. He is very flexible and create a workout session just for you.
