My first and last encounter with Class Pass and this place fell short on every level, and conveniently, CP won’t accept reviews unless you’re a paying member, which I think contributed to both of them being indifferent to my situation -

I’d never heard of CP til a friend recommended it last week - I immediately scheduled an intro to a Pilates class, and showed up ahead of the posted start time -

When I arrived, Marisa was working with two other clients, and informed me that she’d cancelled my class due to low attendance - when she checked her records, she had no info on me, because I’m not a “paying” member in their books … I saw where this was going …

I pulled up the CP app, which showed my reservation and that the class was still on PP’s schedule - Marisa said it was CP’s responsibility to notify me about the cancellation, but since they clearly weren’t communicating with each other, CP had no way of knowing that -

When I reached out to CP’s AI chat, they were in the middle of assuring me that the credits wouldn’t be deducted from my trial subscription (spoiler alert: I cancelled it completely), when suddenly I received a cancellation notice at exactly the time the class was to start - I’m guessing PP and CP found a way to communicate after all -

I know that one disgruntled customer won’t affect their businesses, but having just returned to the area and still dealing with a lot of grief, I was excited to attend my first class in hopes of it being a better ending to a week that has taken its toll on this girl -

I’m obviously not out any money, so I got what I paid for, but being discarded by both places since they weren’t making money off of me, was the proverbial kicking someone when they’re already down -

That’s all I’ve got … I cancelled the trial subscription with CP, and will look for another studio to introduce
me to Pilates -

I've come to this studio on-and off over the past 8 years as I've been rehabbing a back injury. This studio is top-notch! Classes are reasonably priced and all of the instructors are great. The staff has been so accommodating and helpful to me with my back injury. They've definitely earned my loyalty and Pure Pilates will be my studio for life!

Pure Pilates is amazing. Every location is beautiful, peaceful and calming. The instructors are extremely talented and encouraging. It's a wonderful atmosphere with a good workout. I highly recommend Pure Pilates.

Pure Pilates in Rancho Santa Margarita is great. The instructors make sure everyone knows what they are doing and can adjust each exercise based on their ability. The facility is clean and the classes are small enough to get personal instruction.

I recently moved to Coto de Caza and am so happy I found Pure Pilates RSM. The studio is both clean and welcoming! I really enjoy taking classes from Kelly. She is great at correcting form and making class interesting.
