Training is about building a strong body. Assistance Stretching is about building a strong body that lasts! As a personal trainer for over 20 years I understand the importance of mobility and flexibility. Mobility and Flexibility help with range of motion, resilience against injuries, blood flow, better posture, balance, coordination, control and joint stability. Lori’s stretching sessions will change the way your body moves and feels. Her gentle, but strong touch helped my body move effectively through stretches to get to my optimal range of motion and mobility. Lori’s stretching sessions should be added to anyone and everyone’s fitness routine. Lori’s studio provides the best of both worlds. A studio to get strong and stay strong (longevity).
It’s a great feeling to be able to move, it’s a whole different, amazing feeling to move to your full capacity.

I was fortunate to have a stretch session with Lori while I was on vacation . My hips and hip flexors were extremely tight from traveling. Lori was able to release a lot of the tightness I was experiencing. I wish I lived closer so I could have regular sessions with her. I would highly recommend full body stretching with her

I'm new to Pilates and can't recommend this place enough! The small class size—just five people—means you get plenty of personalized attention, and the instructors are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and supportive.
After struggling with back pain for years, my doctor recommended physical therapy and Pilates. I ended up focusing on Pilates, and I’m so glad I did—my back pain is completely gone.
Chloe’s class is my favorite—she’s amazing!

Had my first stretch session with Lori and after this experience there will be many more to come. I left feeling revived, and ready to take on the world! She was gentle but thorough, and gave me a complete body stretch. I am confident it will help me with strength, and even wellness. I highly recommend this self-care session!

The stretch session that Lori conducted on my tight and slightly injured body was just what I needed. It felt great! It made my muscles feel loser and gave me a light energetic after-glow. I signed up for a series of stretch sessions to keep the process going.

I recently started taking workout classes at P3 and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my body. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through each movement with care and clear instructions. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, everything was super accessible and easy to follow.
I always leave the classes feeling relaxed, stronger, and surprisingly energized. The vibe in the room is calm and welcoming, with just the right balance between challenge and comfort.
I have attended chair classes, reformer classes, HIIT classes, yoga classes and had a performance assisted stretch appointment. All of these I highly recommend. This studio has great instructor's who really care.
Highly recommend if you're looking to improve mobility, reduce stress, or just treat yourself to some quality self-care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I found Pure Power Pilates through class pass, and when my class pass ended, I booked a pack of sessions. I have continued coming for months and find that the instructors and fellow members are lovely and the workouts are challenging, but fun. The studio is very clean and has lots of options for every level, but I love most is that it is not intimidating and feels like a true community. Every time I run out of classes I immediately purchase more. It’s the first workout studio that I have found I enjoy in many years! Don’t miss Lori’s Friday Strength class or any of the fabulous Pilates instructors. Great job to Lori and her team!

Laurie is an Excellent massage therapist!! She always listens to what are my problems or issues and then works her “magic” to help release tight muscles, relax my shoulders and help me to feel so much better. She is truly the best massage therapist I have ever had (I’ve been getting regular massages for over 12 years).

I was nervous to start Pilates. I hadn’t had a workout routine since the birth of my son and was very out of shape. I knew very little about Pilates but lots of friends kept recommending it to me. I started out with two private lessons to get acclimated with the equipment and learn the basics. Every single instructor at P3 has been so welcoming. I have felt encouraged and supported in every class. The group classes are small which allows for personalized help. I’ve been going for about 8 weeks now and i wish my life would allow for me to incorporate Pilates more then the twice a week I’ve been going. Thanks P3 for getting me back into a routine and giving me a positive workout experience!

Awesome studio! Small group or individual classes make this a fun environment to get a super workout. Instructors very friendly and knowledgeable. You leave feeling like you have had an excellent total body workout no matter which class you take. Classes are changed up so different muscle groups are strengthened. You have the ability to adjust classes to fit your abilities as well.

This is a really fun place to exercise! ALL the instructors are top notch lovely people, and guide you if needed so you're actually doing it the right way! It's a really comfortable environment, and lots of modifications are offered so any fitness level can participate! I love those pilates reformers, and the way I feel after each class!! They mix up each class so it's never routine or boring! Go try it!!

My daughter and I joined this studio shortly after they opened this location. In addition to being a great location for us, the variety of workout routines keeps us coming back. The trainers are great - each with their own strengths and personalities, always helpful and supportive in their classes. The owner is hands-on, teaching classes as well as keeping everything organized and in fantastic condition. The clients are supportive and fun to work out with. I also have taken advantage of the weekly nutrition counseling which helps with the accountability that is important for me.

I have been going to P3 for many many years. They have AMAZING instructors, great classes, but also great people! It really is small class format but with a small family vibe! Pure Power Pilates in San Diego was a new location for me . I wanted to continue the benefits that I gained from taking classes previous. This program and its leadership offered the opportunity to continue learning and gaining strength in all areas of my body. Better balance, agility, muscle tone, strength have all been gained much to my surprise and now have more confidence in always trying the technique.

I love Lori's studio. The employees, the clients, the location are all perfect for me and my wants in a workout. P3 recently added a massage therapist, Kate. I enjoyed the 15 minute introductory session so much I immediately booked my 50 minute session. Kate was helpful, listened and offered other services to help with the topics we discussed. P3 has also added additional workshops that compliment the work out options and my over all well being. Thank you!
