I love going to classes at PureJoy! The instructors are lovely, welcoming, well-rounded teachers who make sure every class works for every body. I particularly love attending Amy and Yvonne’s Restore classes to relax and unwind, and Beth and Kaitlyn’s Mat Pilates & Reformer Pilates classes for feeling the burn. Every teacher I’ve had at the studio after attending classes for about 9 months has been lovely. My favorite part of the week was often Amy’s Monday Restore class! I was a beginner at yoga & pilates when I entered PureJoy, and now feel much stronger, more flexible, and more connected in my mind & body. I highly recommend taking classes here.

Yuba City has a yoga studio! PureJoy Yoga opened at the end of 2014 and made my relocation to this area much easier. It is a great studio with a welcoming laid-back atmosphere, caring approachable teachers and affordable classes. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, they offer a well-rounded range of classes for all levels. The host workshops for more in depth focused training, kids/family yoga, and a free community class every Friday! Practicing at home is always a good thing, but having a community to reinforce technique, refresh your approach and help you dive deeper into your practice is invaluable.
