I am very new to this workout . For many years I did barre . Compare to barre it is faster and I do like it. Pvolve Delmar instructors and staff are lovely and kind .

Pvolve has helped me build up strength and balance in less than two months. I knew I had to incorporate more strength training into my routine because I was mostly getting cardio by playing Pickleball, and I’m glad Pvolve opened near me. Between the friendly staff, great instructors whose classes change daily, and the encouraging environment, I started coming twice weekly. I can tell a difference, even in my Pickleball game with the core and overall strength I’ve gained.

I’m loving Pvolve! It is hard but not hard on your joints and ooh do your glutes burn. I feel so much stronger in the 2 months I’ve been going and really enjoy the workouts. It’s always something new and I’ve developed a love hate relationship with the different equipment 😂

Grateful for this workout: Pvolve is almost like physical therapy for me. A very smart, low impact workout that has helped me better move in my day to day life. I started going 3x per week 5 months after giving birth. It took a few classes for me to get used to the moves, but then I started feeling and seeing results pretty quickly. The workouts are still a bit challenging for me, so I often modify the moves. I find benefit in going to a less crowded class where the instructor has time to make sure you are doing the moves properly. Most of the instructors give excellent direction on how to correctly do the exercises, so you really need to listen. In addition to feeling stronger and tighter, a surprising plus, my cellulite has decreased.

I don't love the classes, but they are just what I need - low impact cardio and strength training, not repetitive so I don't get bored and my fitness wont plateau, and hard enough without being so hard that I dread going and so stop. I can keep doing this for a while, consistently.
Some of the instructors are better about offering modifications than others and I have limitations, so end up having to sometimes make up modifications for myself on the fly. Not a big deal, but maybe not the best option if you aren't familiar with these sorts of exercises. I would love if there were more class times later in the day on Fri-Sun.

I started PVOLVE at the new Del Mar studio a month ago and hadn't exercised regularly in years. It's exceeded my expectations in all the ways. I was intimidated starting out, but they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and supported from the moment I stepped in the door. The instructors are encouraging and give options and accommodations as I build back up to a regular exercise routine. I appreciate the functional movement focus and am feeling stronger and am not experiencing as many aches and pains, especially in my lower back. Would highly recommend!

Pvolve is addictive! I was happily driving 20 miles to UTC for classes before Del Mar opened and now I’m able to go twice as often! In 50 minutes, I get a good sweat and shake off the crunchies of a desk job. The P.band has been a highly effective piece of equipment for strengthening my lats/shoulder complex.

Pvolve Del Mar is awesome! I love the workout format and all the classes are at such a great time for busy moms! I can make it after I drop my kids off at school or on my lunch break for the quick 12 noon classes! I love the instructors who are all knowledgeable and amazing and the front desk staff is always welcoming and friendly! I have met some amazing friends and it feels like the kind of workout studio you want to come to everyday which is helpful when you are working on goals and want to be consistent!! I highly Recommend Pvolve Del Mar!! 🎉❤️✨
