Pvolve is the best workout I have ever done! I am absolutely hooked on this method, the instructors, and the studio!

Two years ago I went to my first class in West Hollywood, and I was blown away. Finally a workout that does it all - functional strength training, cardio, variety, and no damage to your joints! You can literally do a class every single day and each day, the routine is totally different while still being challenging and fun.

The West Hollywood studio is centrally located on Melrose Avenue just east of La Cienega. The studio is bright, cheerful, clean, and inviting, and the signature Pvolve mats ensure you're never vying for space like in some workout classes.

The specialized equipment Pvolve uses ensures that this is a workout like no other, and you move in every plane of motion to get the most well rounded workout imaginable.

All in all, I feel so lucky to be a member of this community where the teachers, staff, and fellow students celebrate every win. They even make signs for you at each 50 class milestone!

I love this studio and the entire staff, and I hope it's here forever.

Pvolve West Hollywood is truly my favorite place to be! Every class feels intentional, challenging, and energizing in the best way. The teachers are incredible — they give personalized attention, make sure your form is on point, and always bring the most positive energy. You can tell they genuinely care about helping you get stronger and move smarter. The community here is also so welcoming and supportive. Can’t imagine my week without it!

“Have you tried Pvolve?”
 “You’ve GOT to try Pvolve.”
“OMG, have you tried Pvolve?”
“PLEASE come with me to Pvolve!”
“You will LOVE Pvolve.”

Over the past year (and then some), I’ve had so many friends ask me if I’ve tried Pvolve, and others insist that I absolutely must try it. So, I finally did.

I don’t know why I waited so long. I’m hooked.

I’ve been a longtime (15-year) barre girl. And while I still am, I loooove augmenting it with Pvolve. It’s the cardio and strength training I’ve been missing.

When friends who haven’t tried it ask what it’s like, it’s hard to explain. I’ve heard people say it’s like standing Pilates—but that doesn’t quite apply to the weight-training classes. Sometimes it feels a little like an ’80s aerobics class, but that might set the wrong impression. Honestly, I don’t know how to explain it other than it’s fast-paced, fun, challenging, and effective.

The variety of class formats is amazing. The instructors are incredible—the way they balance, lift, crunch, and cue without skipping a beat. I’m awestruck by their ability to demonstrate and lead at the same time. And the staff… I’m not even sure where to begin. Each person is nicer than the next—so welcoming, so supportive, so professional.

I’m actually writing this quickly before heading off to class, and I can’t wait. It’s that kind of thing. The kind of workout you look forward to, and the one you don’t get tired of.

Try it. Try all the classes—a Strength & Sculpt, a Progressive Weight, and a Sculpt & Burn. You won’t regret it!

I’ve loved the PVOLVE workout for a long time. But as a member, I’ve recently noticed a shift in the atmosphere and not in a good way. The energy used to feel uplifting and supportive. Now, it seems tense and uncomfortable. It seems like a lot of drama behind the scenes is going on and members are definitely picking up on it. The front desk doesn’t seem happy and are leaving at an excessive rate. It’s disappointing to watch what used to be a great environment go downhill. I was told by staff that this is all due to management in-house and upper management not addressing issues. I really hope that leadership steps in to support the employees, restore positive, empowering, non-discriminatory vibes that makes PVOLVE special. Clients deserve better, and so do the people working there. Do better!

Booked a personal training session through ClassPass. When I arrived, the staff told me—without any empathy—that it had been cancelled (even though it still showed as active). After a long pause and more screen staring, they realized it hadn't been cancelled yet... and proceeded to cancel it right in front of me.

They then informed me that ClassPass members aren't allowed to book personal training sessions anyway and said they'd "try to be on the lookout for that in the future." No apology, no ownership—just a casual "Sorry!" as if that made up for the waste of my time, money, and effort.

Based on the reviews, it seems that poor professionalism and customer service is a common theme here. Disrespectful and inconsiderate.👎🏻

Madigan Mayberry makes working out feel like hanging out your hilarious friend. She’s so fun and it makes the workout so enjoyable. I love taking her class in person because she cues really well in time with the music and describes what to do physically in a way that def helps me get a better workout in. Also love the whole vibe of the Pvolve W Hollywood studio. The energy is 🔥

Updates: I live quite far from the studio, so sometimes arriving exactly on time is challenging. The first time I was 10 minutes late, the front desk refused to let me in without any explanation. I accepted it without complaint.

The second time, I arrived early and literally saw a white woman arrive 15 minutes late—and she was allowed into the class. I later asked the manager, who told me there’s a 10-minute grace period, but it depends on the class difficulty. I accepted that too.

This week, I was about 11–12 minutes late. The front desk staff were kind and offered to help me check in or switch to another class. I was even willing to purchase a package to become a regular member.

Then the manager came out, shut everything down, and repeated: “It’s the policy.” No check-in. No flexibility. No empathy. She dismissed my explanations, contradicted her own team, and kept pushing me to buy a package. After trying to reason with her for 20 minutes, I broke down in tears. Still, there was no compassion—only coldness and pressure. They eventually asked me to leave under the excuse of needing the restroom for others.

I didn’t feel like a client—I felt like a problem. The way I was treated felt like microaggression, and deeply hurtful.

First Review: really enjoy the classes here and have always had a great experience. However, today I was delayed by about 10 minutes due to a highway closure and was not allowed to join the class. While I completely understand and respect the policy, I’ve previously seen others being allowed in even when they arrived 15 minutes late. I felt the front desk could have handled the situation with a bit more understanding, and I was disappointed by the inconsistency. This is my only concern, and I hope it can be improved in the future.

I can't say enough great things about Pvolve West Hollywood! From the moment you walk in, the front desk team is so welcoming and always ready to help with any questions—you really feel taken care of. 💕

As for the classes, Nat is simply AMAZING! 🔥 She keeps you motivated, pushes you just the right amount, and always keeps an eye on your form. The fact that she remembers your name and gives personal attention makes the experience even better. It’s those little things that make a huge difference!

I am OBSESSED! If I can squeeze a workout in at Pvolve it has to be with Dani Coleman, she is full of life at 6 in the morning (she gives me life!) Dani is genuinely welcoming, so sweet, very encouraging, energetic and a tough cookie with the exercises (do not get discouraged, they are do-able.) Total body workout, no body parts left out. The music is great and the flow through the sequence of movement feels seamless. I have only taken her class about three times in the past and they were all phenomenal. The studio is gorgeous with a beautiful view of the Hollywood Hills on your left and a beautiful patio to your right. Beauty amenities to freshen up are provided (the good stuff too!) Depending on the time of day, street parking may be difficult on Melrose.

Love the workout, the studio is beautiful, and Dani/Madigan/Liz/Nat Allen are so amazing. The one complaint I have is that the equipment isn’t entirely size-inclusive, specifically, the ankle weights and P3 trainer if you have larger ankles. The new leather ones are even smaller. Very annoying when a typical set of ankle weights can fit just about anyone!

Looking out into the iconic Hollywood Hills, Pvolve on Melrose Ave. is a total vibe that attracts star quality. The Sculpt & Burn class with Jen was a fun filled intro to this hip, chic, and modern fitness boutique, blending sculpting exercises with cardio bursts.

Luxury Pro Tip: Be sure to check out the Infrared Sauna for post-training benefits. Pvolve is a gem for those looking for a diverse and dynamic full-body workout.

Can't wait to check out my next themed class!

This is a great workout in a lovely space. It's a treat to have air moving through the room.

I've had two different instructors, both are great, one of them has better music - but that's totally subjective so you'll have to go for yourself and figure out who your favorite is.

Pvolve is like the happiest place on earth for me! I Love the vibes and the energy. Everybody is supportive and helpful. The classes are amazing and I am seeing results faster than anywhere else. The membership is so worth it because is like having a personal trainner and every class is a challenge. Every trainner and class are different so you will never get bored of them. Classes are great and the place itself is amazing.
Only thing I didn't like at all was their cancellation policy... Booked my class a day in advance and 6 hours before class I was feeling very very sick and had to cancel and it's called late cancellation so they still charge you for the class or discount it of your package, definitely not a fan of that. Any last minute issue and you loose the class or pay for it... Guess the best way is to book right before you go if you're lucky to find a spot in short notice

I can’t say enough great things about the studio and staff as it’s my favorite part of the day.
The studio is clean and beautiful, but the staff, when you walk in, greet you with the biggest smiles. Each instructor is one of the kindest people and offers a different playlist/style, which always keeps things exciting.
I’ve been going four times/week or so, and my results are unmatched. In addition to feeling better, I’ve also never felt so flexible.
A big thanks to everyone at the studio :)

P.volve is a new concept of functional movement work out that restore your body, I absolute loved it! I have hip injure and it is good for me because it helps me with my pain and my joint. You don't feel tired you fell restored! The Instructors are full of good vibes and they pay attention to every little detail to make sure you get the best from the class. They offer all you need included toiletries (natural products) . Place is beautiful, clean, relaxing and comfortable, full of good energy from the moment you start your class to the end of it. Dani, Chloe and Renee are wonderful trainers and I have noticed a huge improvement in my fitness level since going here. I cannot recommend this studio highly enough!
They cater to all fitness levels, they are GREAT trainers and are accommodating to any injuries you may have.
I have wrist sensitivity, and have found it tough to find a class that I can take without it being a hassle to change the workout to accommodate my injury. This is one of the only places I have been able to find that I can easily do the workouts and not be in pain, and the trainers always make sure there's alternate moves for anyone in the class with injuries.
P.Volve is part of my daily routine now and I enjoy it so much!

If you were a fan of Physique57, this workout takes all of the things that were great about that and puts into a more functional, less intimidating format. During the pandemic I quit my gym membership and other group fitness memberships. However when I came across P.volve on Melrose I was intrigued by their fitness concept which encompasses a variety of aspects such as cardiovascular health, flexibility, mobility, strengthening etc. As a college student sitting on online Zoom classes all day, I truly love having the opportunity to participate in a safe, sanitary, professional, and uplifting environment which is provided by the instructors and all staff. I always get a solid workout in whether it is cardio, strength-sculpt based or both. I always feel refreshed and ready to move through my day with a peace of mind. Thank you Monica, Renee, Dani, Chloe, Ashley and staff. I look forward to continuing to be apart of the P.volve community throughout my journey with fitness. Also, the VIEW IS GORGEOUS!
