I am new to Visalia and was looking for a gym that would push me out of my comfort zone and support me on my fitness journey. I am so glad I found Quadrant...i love this gym so far! All the coaches and staff are very kind and positive. They always take time to help me during the classes. I always look forward to their HIIT & circuit classes. If you are thinking about joining, just do it! It is such a great investment in your physical and mental health 😊 💚

Love starting my mornings out at quadrant fitness! I go to the 5:00 AM’s and despite the early hour, their staff never fails to bring the energy and encouragement I need to kickstart my morning. It took a little getting used to their format, but now that I have been going for a while I cannot imagine going anywhere else!
They offer a variety of classes including Pilates, hiit, circuit and strength and I have taken all of them. Strength is one of my favorites, however I sometimes need to go to the evening classes instead because their schedule does not always align with my work schedule. I do like the fact that every day is different though. For example, 5 AM Mon-Fri might read as follows: Circuit, HIIT, HIIT, Circuit, Strength. Every day features a different muscle group focus in order to help you reach your own personal goals.
I have a wrist injury that limits some of my movements and the coaches are always helpful when it comes to determining an alternative for me. They actually take the time to explain all of their exercises for the day before the class begins so you know what you are doing; and will also stop and help you correct your form if needed, which is nice if you are new and not 100% confident about starting at the gym. The dark lighting is another great plus lol, and I also especially enjoy Coach Amanda’s playlist!
In addition to this, they also do “challenges” a couple of times a year where you work both individually and on a team with an assigned coach to meet a goal you set for yourself. This can be anything from losing a certain body fat percentage, to being able to do 5 unassisted pull-ups. During this challenge, you design a meal plan, share recipes, hold yourself and your teammates accountable and strive to meet your goals together. At the end, there is a type of Olympic Games where everyone competes together and awards are given. I have done it twice now with different goals both times. Once was to lose body fat % and the most recent, with the goal to gain muscle. I can’t thank Coach Alena enough for helping me understand how important nutrition is and for teaching me that there are other ways to lose weight other than just cutting out calories. Not only was her advice easy to follow, but the recipes actually taste good too!
Whether you are looking for a fun, new and challenging environment to push yourself to the next level, or are like me and just wanted to start living a healthier lifestyle and not exactly sure where to start then quadrant fitness is the place for you! Do yourself a favor and try your first week for free-you won’t regret it!

Absolutely LOVE it! Everyone is friendly and welcoming, including staff. They are always willing to help you, coaches too, not just members. I love the atmosphere and the amazing workouts. They’re always changing and challenging which leave you feeling so accomplished! I’m so glad I finally joined.

The gym is great! I love the variety of workouts and classes this gym provides- every day is a little bit different. Even after a year and a half of consistent training, I’m still left sore by the end of the week. The trainers are great too! I love this Gym! I have been going for over a year and it never gets old. This place has such a positive vibe! The coaches are always helping by teaching the correct form and checking on us to be sure we have it! They are always encouraging the group and individuals. It is a friendly, safe place to work out. I have been with Quadrant for a couple months now. And I love it so much. The coaches are great and are always there to support your journey. When you don’t know how to do a move correctly they make sure to correct you so you don’t hurt yourself. The environment is so welcoming and the music gets you pumped up. The instructors help me with my limitations and gives me great options of modifications, helping through my body mechanics and making sure I can improve in a healthy safe way. This has been my biggest concern being a permanently disabled person. It’s nice to see the changes in my body and keeps me excited to return furthering an ideal investment for my overall health!!

Was new to area and was looking for a new gym. I used to go to other gyms but felt like I wasn’t getting results on my own. So when I found this gym was super excited. First and foremost, they have daycare and my daughter loves the girls who watch her. Next, the workouts are divided into different stations. I love that you get a mix of all in one workout. Lastly, the trainers are knowledgeable and greet you and get to know you. You can work at your own pace and if you need to modify you can. When you walk in, you are greeted like you matter. I am seeing results now and super glad I found this gym. Love this gym and would recommend to anyone.

The work outs are great! But i’m only giving two stars because their payment system is terrible. I had got double charged one month & it was too much back & forth wasting my time to handle a simple task the lady at Quadrant in Visalia was being really rude about it all. Same thing happened to my friend so we will not be returning for this reason, sadly.
