I help transmasculine individuals reach their strength goals and reduce feelings of body dysphoria with body masculization. I also work with individuals on strength training, weight loss, and mental skill techniques. I provide a safe space for all individuals to be vulnerable and make the changes necessary for a happier, healthier life regardless of gender expression or identity. I serve LGBTQ+ individuals and allies to our community.

I love this gym and my trainer is the best I’ve ever worked with. Shouts to Owen, who is not only training me, he’s teaching me how to train myself. My goals are related to surf performance and he has gone above and beyond to figure out, on his own, what workouts will help me the most based on this goal. I just started training 3 weeks ago and find myself going on my own to work out more than I have at any other gym. It’s a welcoming and friendly environment for people of all ages, genders, and fitness levels. Hayden, the owner, deeply cares about the quality of this gym and the community that it welcomes. 👏

I recently went to Bodie for some bodywork after being in a car accident. On top of that, I live a very active lifestyle, so my body was definitely in need of some serious help. Bodie was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and intuitive throughout the entire session. Just two days later and I already feel AMAZING—like a completely new person. I honestly can’t believe how much better I feel. Highly recommend him to anyone dealing with pain, tightness, or just needing a reset. Bodie is a game-changer!

Such a welcoming and supportive place. I did training with Tiffany, and massage therapy with Bodie. Tiffany does a weights-intensive workout style and matches well with people whose goals involve heels and pole dancing. I had a great time with her, we vibed so well and she pushed me in such a supportive way. Bodie is such a fantastic massage therapist; I've been to many others before him, but he succeeded in helping me become more relaxed than any others have. He also did the best work on my chronic problems in general. I'm so grateful to have this place in my neighborhood 🩷

Never thought i’d ever be a regular gym goer as most big gyms feel very unwelcoming and judgmental for fat queer alt folks, but queer and allies fitness has done good!! A very comfy environment to try out beginner exercises as a larger person and to become reacquainted with a gym setting. Hayden, the owner, is really sweet and welcoming, and has created such a special space!

Can’t recommend this gym enough! I’m a chronically ill wheelchair user, and I was pretty hesitant about signing up, but the atmosphere is safe, welcoming, and pretty low-key. I definitely recommend signing up for personal training if you’re looking to strengthen your gym routine. My trainer’s name was Hannah, and they were completely 100% the most helpful person I’ve ever met—supportive, super flexible based on how I was feeling, able to adapt exercises, great communication, detailed long term plans to help me towards my goals. Hayden was amazing helping me get acquainted at the beginning, and he’s always responded quickly to any questions I’ve had. I’m a big believer in community—I think building and engaging in community is the most radical and essential act we can partake in—and this gym has built a fantastic community, even if you’re not really into gym culture or socialization. 10/10 best gym experience I’ve ever had.

This place is great. Low-key, garage-style gym with machines indoors and group activities outside. The staff is super welcoming and helpful and the vibe is vibing. It's inclusive to people of all bodies at all levels. They have great programs if you want to take your training to the next level but they won't harass you if you want to just come in and do your own thing. They're still in their first year, and I'm excited to see the community really discover and take advantage of this place. A+ for sure.

Hayden is the best! He was very thorough with helping me figure out my health and physique goals, he created a fool proof workout program for me that I can do at the gym or with my equipment at home, and he gave me the motivation I needed to get off my a** ! Been working out consistently for a month now and already seeing results thanks to his guidance and check ins. 10/10 recommend 🙂

After working with Hayden for a few months now ive been seeing amazing results both physically and mentally. His one on one coaching sessions over zoom have really helped identify what my strengths are and my areas that need improvement. In the past i have tried a few trainers but none have really developed a proper coaching to client relationship that Hayden has that both makes me feel heard, and encouraged to keep going. Highly recommend especially if you are someone like myself who has dealt with both consistency issues and commitment issues in weightloss and strength training.

I started training with Hayden about a month ago, and I've been really enjoying so far. He's super supportive and brings a lot of positivity into the experience, and I love that we work on things besides just working out, because the mental aspects of it have been really helpful for me so far. He's also really good at listening to what my needs and thoughts are at each step, and pushing me to constantly improve from where I'm at. I'd recommend working with him to literally anyone.

Hayden is so educated on all that is health. He provides the perfect balance between physical & mental help. When I first decided to take my health seriously, Hayden immediately offered help. Hayden showed me dedication, discipline, support, and unconditional love. Even years after the start of my journey, Hayden never has lost interest in my success, still to this day, I receive check-ins and encouragement. If it wasn’t for Hayden making a true investment in my journey, I honestly can say, I doubt I would have made it this far! It’s an incredible feeling to know, even though we aren’t working together anymore, I know someone cares and is excited for my updates.
