I started training with Jeremy 7 years ago after some major medical procedures. I had not been to a gym in almost 20 years and was very nervous about working with a trainer. Jeremy has been a blessing. He has helped me feel stronger both mentally and physically, and has motivated me to keep moving forward during all my health challenges. He has the best attitude and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of health and fitness, no matter what your age or goals are. He is always supportive about helping to work on your personal fitness goals and his videos and advice are always there to keep you on track. I would highly recommend working with Jeremy and the QuikFitt program for all levels of your fitness needs!

I’ve been training with Jeremy for numerous years and have nothing but positive things to say. He has tons of experience and is always available to answer any questions I have. When COVID hit he kept me motivated and sent me workouts to do at home. He gives me custom meal plans specific to my needs and constantly helps me get back up whenever I lose motivation. He also provides modified workouts for when I feel discomfort from an injury or pulled muscle so I have no excuses to quit or take a break. He also does group workouts which are fun and add an element of teamwork. He’s also gotten clients together to run Spartan races. I’ve done 4 so far and they’ve been a blast. He never lets a teammate fall behind. Jeremy is the best! 10/10 recommend.
