I really love my experience training at Quinn’s Gym! Between strength training and boxing, they’ve got a good thing going. The trainers are so helpful, friendly, and encouraging. Go Coach Jess! Great machines and quality equipment. Clean and well air conditioned! They even hooked me up with an at-home program. I’m seeing my muscles GROW! Thank you Quinn’s Gym Team! 🙌

I love Quinn’s Gym! The trainers are fantastic and cater specifically to my needs. The program they’ve created for me is approachable, but still challenging. The gym is clean and the equipment is in great shape. Lastly, the community is top-notch! I’ve gained so much strength that even my friends have taken notice! I highly recommend Quinn’s Gym to everyone on the lookout!

Since being referred to Quinn's six moths ago by my Kaiser PT I feel like I have taken back several years from Parkinsons and aging. Kevin recommended two strength classes a week utilizing HIT which focuses intense training. I had a hard time getting motivated prior to Quinns. With Jesse and Hazel designing and monitoring my sessions I am feeling great results. I have also lost 10 pounds as a nice bonus. I am a big believer of excersise and strength training over Parkinsons.
Thanks team Quinns.

I have two kids with a level 1 ASD diagnosis. My younger son is the most active person in the world and loves the gym, but that was expected. My older son has always struggled in anything physical and internalized that he was not an athlete. If it were up to him, he’d spend every minute drawing or playing video games. Right before we found Quinn’s Gym, we tried karate because he needed to exercise. Karate was a nightmare- my older son couldn’t figure out how to move his body, and the staff thought he just had a bad attitude. They could not understand why he wouldn’t just follow along with everyone else. Every single day either he cried or I cried, and it was exhausting.
The first day at Quinn’s was also dramatic, nut mostly the coaches let the kids just get acclimated to the equipment. They slowly took the time to listen to and get to know my kids. They didn’t force them to do anything they didn’t want to do, and instead built trust and ultimately my kids had a positive experience. Even my older son agreed to come back without much of a fuss.
For the last year, the coaches have continued to let the kids lead the way, and my kids have been extremely successful. My kids love setting up obstacle courses, trying to get their best times improving their agility and balance, and getting a workout in. They used to resist lifting weights, but now they do that with minimal complaint.
The key to this place for kids with autism is that the coaches are highly attuned to the kids and don’t force them into boxes that doesn’t fit them. Both of my kids have been highly successful at overcoming challenges and trying new and uncomfortable things. As the parent, I’m especially thankful for Coach Jess, Who seems to have an endless supply of patience for my older son. Jess is just the person that my son needs, and I cannot say enough about what a great place this is for kids with autism to thrive.

I luv this gym. The coaches make personal training so comfortable to be vulnerable during the learning process. As someone who is on the spectrum, this is very important for us in order to unmask and be our selves. Each coach brings something different in their personal training sessions. I feel like I'm part of their training family. For women who are scared to try boxing or strength training, this is the place to start trying something new. The staff are safe and easy going. I highly recommend it, even to those who have trauma. 😊

The kind, caring and compassionate staff at Quinn's Gym are a step above all others! They have dedicated their time to empowering those in the Quinn's Gym community. Their Rock Steady program is there to help people with Parkinson's learn to take their life back, regain the control they may feel they have lost and most importantly instill self confidence with gentle urging and kind words of encouragement. To add to all this they also offer a once a month free women's self defense class! I have heard about their RISE program and am thinking of referring one of my close friends daughters there for her Neuro divergent son. All in all, I think this is a wonderful place to be with a huge feeling of belonging the instant you walk in the door with no judgements, only fun, compassionate exercise experiences! 💕

"Before Quinn’s Gym, I felt like Parkinson’s was slowly taking things away from me. Now, thanks to Kevin and his amazing team, I feel like I’ve taken my life back," says my mother, Alvina, a proud member of the Quinn’s Gym community (center-left in green top). "The regular exercise, the encouragement, and the friendships I’ve built here have given me strength I didn’t think I’d have again. I leave class feeling empowered every single time." My mom attends class 2–3 times a week, where Kevin and his expert trainers push her to always give her best with compassion, laughter, and skill. "They know how to challenge me without ever making me feel like I can’t do it. They believe in me, and now I believe in myself even more." Her doctor couldn’t be happier with the results, encouraging her to “attend as often as possible” (I was there when he said that) after seeing how much her strength, balance, and overall health have improved. Remarkably, her Parkinson’s symptoms haven’t progressed at all (with the help of her meds, too). My mom is deeply thankful for the safe, motivating space Quinn’s Gym provides. "Kevin and his team are changing lives; I know, because they’ve changed mine." … Yes, I wrote this for her as she doesn’t have her own Google account—I pick my battles 😉

I retired about 2 years ago and joined Quinn’s Gym to get into shape. Initially, I focused on strength training, and now mix it up with a boxing workout. It’s a great combination and it works! I feel younger and have much more strength and endurance. Kevin and the trainers have been the best to work with. All are very knowledgeable & supportive, and seem to know when I need that little extra push. If you’re thinking about personal training, skip the excuses and head to Quinn’s Gym. Just be ready to sweat and smile at the same time!

I've been working out at Quinn's gym, three times per week, for almost 17 months and I feel really good and strong. I'm 70 years old and had pretty much stopped exercising, except walks with my dog. I felt old, not strong, and even a little unsteady. My two primary trainers, Hazel and Anita, are great. I feel safe with the equipment and what they are asking me to do. They are always encouraging me to do "two" more of what ever exercise I'm doing. I have been progressingly increasing the weight I can move and while I'm sore afterwards I've never feel injured. I've so enjoyed feeling better and it's because of this training.

I have been a martial arts student and teacher for many years. I came to Quinn's over a year ago to train on my boxing skills and to work with Quinn's innovative muscle fatiguing body building program. Quinn's trainers are the best. I have lost 30 pounds and feel in the best shape I have been in for years.

I absolutely LOVE Quinn’s Gym!
From day one, the team has made me feel like family. Huge shoutout to Jess and Kevin — their passion, positivity, and dedication shine in everything they do. The instructors here are not only skilled and professional, but they genuinely care about each student’s progress and well-being.
Whether it’s for adults or kids, the classes are the perfect mix of structure, fun, and motivation. We’ve seen incredible growth — not just physically, but in confidence and focus too.
If you’re looking for a gym that builds strength, character, and community, Quinn’s Gym is the place to be. Couldn’t recommend it more! 🙌
