We built our gym around one simple idea...making fitness feel accessible, empowering, and POSSIBLE!!
From beginners looking to build a stronger body and move pain-free, to athletes looking to compete at the highest level, our gym (and trainers) are here to provide that opportunity and support the mission!

This is a great little gym! I signed my boys up for classes to whip them into shape for baseball season next year. Ben really pushes them during the workout, teaching them correct form and making sure they are challenging themselves. Best of all, my boys have fun and look forward to the workouts! This gym has all of the equipment you’ll see in a big chain owned gym, without the big gym mentality. The owners Ben and Brooke really care about their members and you’ll feel like part of the family.

Let me start by saying I’ve tried a lot of gyms and have been looking for a new gym for SO long! I am coming out of a 6 year illness that turned my whole life upside down and honestly, I had given up on my fitness which in turn my mental health suffered BIG time. I love movement I enjoy working out and it truly saves my mental health day in and day out. I have been searching high and low for a new small gym! One that had all the right equipment, classes if possible, a place where I felt at home and let me tell you Racks has absolutely saved my life.🙏🏼♥️ I’m truly obsessed with Racks Fitness, the community and its owners Ben & Brooke! They truly love and care for each one of their members, not to mention, since I started working out here and taking classes(which I’m obsessed with), I feel like I’m in the best health/shape I’ve ever been going into my mid 30s! I’ve been going to Racks for a while now and they have great, new and clean equipment. The modalities are balanced and you can hit any muscle group or take on one of the coach lead classes. There is also a cage, air bikes and runners. The atmosphere isn’t meathead but it’s also not ‘grab a slice of pizza’ on your way out. The owners and coaches are extremely attentive and feel like they want the best in their clients. The best place in the area for any beginner to intermediate

I have been an athlete my whole life and always stayed in decent shape, but after going through a toxic relationship I completely lost myself. My confidence was gone, my self esteem was at an all time low, and I had no motivation left.
I joined Planet Fitness thinking I could rebuild my health, but without anyone to hold me accountable I quickly fell off. Then one day, while eating tacos, I saw a flyer for Racks Fitness and decided to call Ben. I expected a sales pitch, but instead he respected my hesitation and did not pressure me at all. That really stood out.
After checking out the gym’s Instagram page, I realized this was not just a gym, it was a community. A family. Everyone supported each other no matter their level. I joined at the end of August 2025 and it has been one of the best choices I have ever made.
When I missed a few days during my first week, Ben reached out to check on me, and that showed me how much they truly care. Ben and his wife Brooke know every member and take time to make sure everyone feels seen and supported. The members are friendly, the trainers are great, and the energy is positive every time you walk in.
It has only been two months, and I am already off my antidepressants and blood pressure medication. I feel stronger, healthier, and happier than I have in years.
If you are thinking about joining, take that first step and walk into Racks. You will not regret it.

Came to Racks a couple days ago for the first time. This gym is more than just a place to work out—it’s a true community. People of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels feel welcome here. Everyone encourages each other, and there’s a real sense of belonging the moment you walk in. If you're looking for a friendly, safe, and clean environment then look no further. I've been working out with Racks Fitness since April '25 and have had nothing but welcoming and encouraging workouts.
I came to the gym because I wanted to regain functionality and range of motion. I wanted to be able to move on my own and reclaim my life from my disability.
I have been taking personal lessons from Ben and we have worked together to increase my strength, stamina, and endurance.
Ben listens to all of my input and tailors the sessions to my needs and disability. He constantly asks me how each workout reacts with my body so we can adjust if needed. The workouts have helped me become more confident and loosen the hold my disabilty has on me.
I am able to move more and thrive because of the healthy positive environment that Ben, Brooke and all the trainers offer, which makes me want to come back.

THE GYM WORTH VISITING IN ROSEVILLE
When I’m in Roseville, I make it a point to hit Racks Fitness Solutions. This is the kind of gym you wish you had back home. It’s fully equipped for everything you need: Strength, Endurance, Mobility, Calisthenics, Balance, and Cross-Training.
There’s abundant space for Circuit Training and HIIT sessions, so you can really push your limits.
The environment here is prestige—immaculate cleanliness, excellent ventilation, great lighting, and a well-organized setup that prioritizes safety.
I wholeheartedly support what Racks Fitness Solutions stands for, and I admire their mission statement, especially knowing it’s run by a fellow Marine veteran.

I recently moved around the corner from Racks Fitness Solutions and had to pop my head in to see what they were all about. I was greeted with open arms and was offered to try a few classes for free and see how I liked them. Hands down one of the best local gyms in Roseville. It’s a true mom-and-pop gym run by amazing owners, Ben and Brooke, who have created an environment that’s welcoming, motivating, and community-focused. They aren’t just owner operators they are there grinding it out with you during the classes as well. You’re not just a membership number here — you’re part of the family.
Offering a great mix of daily group classes and open gym, so whether you're looking to train with structure or do your own thing, they've got you covered. The programming is solid, the energy is always high, and you can tell they truly care about your progress and goals.

I’ve never felt like a gym was my home or felt fully comfortable at one until I started going to Racks!!! Seriously! I moved down the street a year ago and was so happy when I found out that this gym was walking distance from my home—even more so because it was quiet, intimate, and 24-hour access, so I could come anytime and do my thing without feeling like a packed sardine. I was here before it went under new ownership and it has become even more of a fun, welcoming environment. The new Owners, Brooke and Ben, have been SO welcoming and have a warm “feels like we’ve been friends for a long time” energy. I can see the effort and love they’ve put into making this gym more quality and feel like a community! I’ve taken every trainers class and you can’t go wrong—they all have their own unique background, style, and kick my ass every time! I can’t recommend this gym enough!

when I first signed up at MAP back January for the 6 week challenge I loved it! lost 20lbs in 6 weeks. It was a community! People checking in on you, trainers holding you accountable, you couldn't help but have a drive to just push yourself in classes and want to be focused more on your health and fitness. Truthfully that was all the trainers. Sydney, Roy, Jacob and Kyle are/were amazing.
ESPECIALLY SYDNEY.. the owner Greg, you can tell is all about the money, the only reason why we as members paid the ridiculous price that this gym costs was for the trainers. These trainers worked hard, reached out outside of their work hours they genuinely cared! The owner Greg doesn't even give his trainers benefits or PTO! You can tell A LOT about a business by the way they treat their employees!
He sends messages on auto to all the members like he's checking in but he's not. It's ridiculous! The way he communicates about the changes within the gym are usually day of, no heads up or anything. Staffing has had a huge turn around about the most truly caring Trainers are gone! Even the front office staff at Roseville. It's all about money, and I wouldn't be surprised if most people cancel their memberships within the next few weeks because of us losing some of the trainer that truly care about more then just a paycheck but the people THEY work with, the community THEY built within that gym. If I could give you negative stars I WOULD!

WOW! From the moment I called (earlier this week) to my onsite meeting with Daniel this morning, nothing but TOP NOTCH SERVICE! This place is CLEAN and very friendly! I am new to the idea of going to the "gym" or having a personal trainer and to be honest a little nervous about the idea. After meeting with Daniel, he addressed all my questions in great detail explaining to me how their program works and to understand if this was a great fit for me. Since I already owned my own equipment, it seemed odd to join a gym. But I didn't know what workouts to do. That's why MAP Training is wonderful. Erin and Greg create workouts that fit with the equipment I own. Also, I have a hurt knee. They find stuff that still work for me. This is the best workout and meal prep program out there. This place is truly an incredible place to work out! I have previously joined other gyms - Planet Fitness, In Shape, Curves and Family Fitness and was never satisfied with the atmosphere. At Map gym it was always such a positive place to be! My husband loved the ice bath they offered. Hopefully our schedule works out in the future so that we can re-join!!! I love training with MAP. My trainer, Erin W, was fantastic! She not only gave me fun and creative workouts that I could do from home using my own equipment, but also helped me figure out my diet so that it would be sustainable after I hit my goals. I learned so much and actually got to eat significantly more than I’ve ever been able to on any other diet and workout plan. I’m stronger and feel healthier than I have in years. Really great people. Seem to genuinely care. There program is not for a person that cannot make it in face to face. The app shows virtual classes but there are none. You get a couple basic work out suggestions but thats about it. The custom meal plan is being told x amount of calories and x amount of protien. Simple suggestions available only. Wish I would of known this prior to shelling out 800 bucks for the 6 week challenge. I should of asked more questions. Live and learn.

I started MAP Training to lose weight and it's so amazing if you stick to it. They give you all the tools with workouts and meal plans, plus helping you stay on track. The products are the best I've used, especially the protien powders and bcaa. MAP Training is incredible! I have never found a health and fitness program that is so flexible, you would really have to be stubborn for Greg to not come up with something that works for you. Not only does Greg REALLY know his stuff when it comes to everything from physical fitness, to nutrition, to supplements - but he is also incredibly relatable, understanding, and so motivational. I promise you won't find somebody that is more on your side than Greg. I haven't met his other trainers yet, but I'm sure they are just as amazing, I doubt Greg allows knuckleheads around for too long.

Greg and his team and programs are outstanding! Nutrition plans from actually educated professionals that are personally catered to each client, workout programs also specifically catered either at the 24-hour gym or at your home with the equipment you have on hand (or don’t have), and tons of positivity and accountability. The only thing that could hinder success in working with Greg and his team is YOU!
These aren’t instant/fast fixes. These are lifestyle programs for sustained health and strength. I can’t recommend them enough.

Although I "failed" my 6 week challenge, for me it was a jump start back into the game. My weight number barely budged,roughly 6 lbs. My shape started changing back to my athletic version of myself. Which is an indication of loosing fat, much more important to me than lbs. The team was there every step of the way assisting in diet and workouts. Making slight tweaks to accommodate my goals. To be successful, especially while participating in ON LINE/APP you have to be honest and accountable to yourself.

I have some health stuff that makes it ESSENTIAL I lose a significant amount of weight (about 50 pounds) and I've been trying pretty much everything for a long time, but gaining and losing the same 5 pounds for years. I signed up for a 6 week virtual challenge with MAP and promptly 2 days later ended up in the hospital with unexpecteded complications for the aforementioned health issues. When I finally was able to talk with Greg, I was worried he'd think I was just the world's biggest whiner and just didn't want to start this dang 6 weeks! I could not have been further from the truth. He listened with so much compassion, and pivoted on his food plan, just for me, since my appetite was still not back to normal and I couldn't eat high volumes, but I wasn't getting enough nutrients. He also tweaked my workouts to still be incredibly challenging for me but taking into account my current abilities. In 6 weeks before I had major surgery I lost 12 pounds with MAP, and kept it off for the entire post-surgery recovery. I couldn't recommend MAP enough, even for really complicated cases!

This is one of the best programs I have tried. It is not only good for overall weight loss and muscle strengthening, but the coaches are very motivating and tailor the program to each specific person. So no matter if your a beginner, experienced, small,large, health concerns, physical concerns, it can work for you. They hold us accountable in an encouraging way. I've also tried so many pre-workout drinks from several companies that make me feel jittery and yucky, but the smasher from train with map is the only one I tried that not only works, but doesn't make me feel yucky. How awesome is MAP Training? Let me count the ways:
1. Went in with a specific request to turn this waif of a single mom into a strong, toned, confident version of her own Captain Marvel. If life knocks me down, physically and mentally I’m prepared to get back up! Mindset is key my people. You get what you put in! At 42, after 2 kids, & some major setbacks, my core is rockin’, arms have crazy definition, I’m sleeping better, and my energy levels now allow me to keep up consistently with my young kiddos. I can honestly say I am so proud of myself. I just might challenge my big bros to an arm wrestling match now. 🙌🏻
2. The 6 week program-you want results, this will give it to ya. Not only do you have comrades right by your side to cheer you when you think that last rep is too much, but the trainers and staff (I see you Greg, Sydney, and Daniel) are your biggest cheerleaders and teachers. If you need questions answered ✅, nutrition tweaked ‘cause it ain’t for ya ✅✅, a few additional exercises for those home overachievers ✅✅✅, they’ve got your back. The 6 weeks literally changed my life! What I put in my body, my motivation, and that yucky mindset that used to tell me “I couldn’t do it” or “I’ll workout tomorrow,” got turned out! Seriously a no excuses program…again, you get what you put in! And I’ll say, I came out the winner with more than what I bargained for.
3. I don’t care for big commercially gyms. Lots of riff raff that’s not always there to workout, if ya know what I mean and no built in support system or guidance, unless you do private training. This is truly a community where you will not only get your 🍑 moving towards your goal, but get to know people and continue to know them, laugh with them, and yes, sweat those pounds away and reveal those guns with them. If you’re a little less social or “high octane” than me, see #4.
4. Access to in person training, equipment (24/7) if so desired, as well as online tips for recipes, motivation, zoom exercise sessions,
communicating with the trainers, booking classes to help keep you accountable through the MAP App! Yes, you can “get APPY with it!” 🤣 Now what other “gym joint” (see what I did there?) will give and do all of that for you?
Preachin’ out here…best investment I made in MYSELF. So much so, I challenged ME to do another 6 weeks for that Red Carpet Special. 😉 So seriously folks, do yourself a favor and hop on that self care train. Invest in a good healthy life. Love the program! Meal plans are simple enough with great options and workout are definitely workouts lol but Greg and team ensures that any skill level can succeed.
The coaches are super knowledgeable and very responsive (even when I ask a million questions)! One of the huge positives about this program is having direct access to a coach that not only gives you instruction but takes time to answer questions that you run into and will gladly dissect things down for you.

The fact that it's not possible to give them 10 Stars is disrespectful. Literally within my first couple weeks on this program I lost 10 lbs. The fact that the owner Greg, was in contact with me the entire time. Literally just a text message away. Answering questions right away and giving everybody motivation to keep going. My own trainer Hunter, dealt with my pickiness of eating and still formulated some awesome menus. They both even helped me with the pain in my back pain. As a large chested woman having no back pain is a miracle. Aside from those two awesome people, the overwhelming positivity and support that comes from the Map community( workers and other members of MAP training) is greatly appreciated and really comes through for you in your time of need. I have the utmost confidence that I can reach my goals now. It doesn't seem like some silly dream.

I cannot say enough good things about Greg and his staff (especially Sydney). I love their passion and compassion. I did the challenge and since January 1, 2023, to today (March 29, 2023), I have gone from 268 pounds to 245.5 pounds.

Greg and the MAP team are phenomenal! Greg has answered all of my questions, no matter where I was at on my journey. He genuinely just wants to help people and I believe he shows that through his plans and who he hires. He is willing to help and work with people, whenever he can. I have not used any of the Map Training services but I have used just about all of their products. I love everything they make and recently tried the Smasher after a talk with Greg. I was having a hard time maintaining higher heart rates without feeling fatigued and having shortness of breath. After discussing with Greg he felt the solution was not getting enough oxygen and suggested to try Smasher before my workout. Wow was he right, my performance immediately jumped by over 30% and have never looked back since. Greg was kind and responsive to any question or comment I had. This my friends is how to earn a customer for life!

Unfortunately I had to leave the MAP Training at the end of June 2022. BUT I felt like I was in a really good place to do that. MAP Training gave me the tools I needed to choose healthy meals to stay in a particular macro range and complete effective workouts that fit my goals. I’m still doing meal plans and workouts based on what I learned from MAP Training. When I started the program in January 2022 I was 178 lbs and felt so unhealthy. When I left the program in June 2022, I weighed 163lbs. Today, I weigh 155 lbs and never felt this great and confident about my health! I’ve visually lost fat and toned up my muscles.
My husband even saw my progress and wanted to get in on it! He joined MAP Training and is in really good hands with Meghan.

I started going to MAP training at the first of the year. My old gym was struggling with Covid restrictions. This has been the best move ever. Greg is amazing as a trainer.
