At Rae in Motion 1 on 1 Virtual Strength Training we endeavor to intuitively and individually make health possible for all. Caring for each client holistically, we use the slow-motion method of strength training to safely, efficiently and effectively increase overall strength and wellness. By keeping the muscles properly loaded and being watchful of form and speed, the muscles are brought to their greatest point of growth, while the joints are not impacted. Workouts are specifically formulated for each individual and are conducted personally, in a safe 1 on 1 atmosphere. With all of our services offered virtually, clients can strive toward greater health, safely and conveniently.

I've been working with Nicole at Rae in Motion for about two years now. My original goal was to improve my bone density with hopes to avoid the treatments my doctor was recommending if my testing continued to decline. Well, not only has it stopped declining, it has improved and my goal now is to keep getting stronger and continue to improve my bone density. I could not have done this without Nicole's direction and encouragement. I cannot thank her enough. Her knowledge and ability to read how and when to challenge and support me is rare and so appreciated. I'm sure I am not unique and that all her clients feel the same way. I'd give her ten stars if I could!

Rae in Motion and Nicole are fabulous to work with. We have had Nicole as our trainer for the last several years and we absolutely love her. Not only is slow motion strength training the best exercise in the world as you get older, or for anyone who is looking to gain muscle in a safe way, but Nicole is also the best trainer. She makes sure you are safe, doing the movements properly, and she pushes you to be your best. I would highly recommend this to anyone, including my own family.

Best 1:1 online workout program I could find. Nicole is wonderful at helping people like me with chronic pain work out effectively! I am taking classes with her for about 2 years now and they help strengthen my body and practice adaptive exercise methods that I couldn’t get elsewhere. Highly recommended for anyone with busy schedule and neck or back issues like myself!

Nicole at Rae in Motion has met all of my wife's and my expectations for
finding a one-on-one exercise program from home. It is accomplishing getting us strengthened and fit with easy (but challenging), safe, slow "resistance training" movements. We have been doing this since January and have noticed a difference. We each do a tailor-made program for 1/2 an hour. Nicole keeps up sticking to it in a delightful way; she is highly competent, lovely, and most encouraging. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER

Hi, my name is Ken. I'm an 82 male widower who has a number of health issues. Both of my knees need replacement but due to A-fib and the fact that my lung capacity is about 55% i'm restricted as what i can do. No jogging or anything aerobic. My core is in terrible shape.
A close friend introduced me to Rae in Motion. We have worked together about 3 months. My core is much improved, I've lost considerable weight as she has guided my diet especially salt intake. The workouts, though short, are quite intense. This is not for someone who wants little effort
with results. She makes me smile while i'm hurting and see has a great
sense of humor. My goal for 2021 is to get off my cane and walker and
be mobile again. My sessions are a favorite part of my week.
