Great workouts that change up all the time, with a good mix of HIIT and core exercises that will get you Spartan ready (if that is your goal). Lost 30 pounds, but more important, I am healthier than ever, and love the core strength I have built, thanks to Trainer Ali and the team.

I’ve been working out with Trainer Ali and the other trainers for nearly 3 years now. I tried other boot camps before this, and this one is the best!!! Not only do they have great workouts that are different every time, but they have so many great people as members. I’ve made great friendships while keeping in shape. Trainers and members are super supportive and motivating. Love this place!!!

The trainers are all unique in their styles and motivation. The atmosphere is fun, upbeat, energetic and always positive! This is the best place around for non traditional gym equipment with buckets, tires, rope climb, wall jump, spring-loaded floors, monkey bars, nutrition challenges and even a sports massage therapist on site! Trainer Ali (owner) is almost always around greeting people, training, inspiring and putting the needs of the client first. I have been going here for over 5 years, and I'm not stopping any time soon!

It is like no other gym/fitness related workout I've ever been to. The trainers and fellow boot campers are welcoming, encouraging, and just make it a FUN workout. Yes, you will work hard, but it is worth every drop of sweat!

Fit Body Boot Camp, Foothill Ranch is a great place to workout. Trainers Ali, Adam and Charles are great. They encourage you and help you so that you succeed .

What can I say? Joining this boot camp has changed my life. I joined three years ago and I am stronger, faster, healthier and more confident than I've ever been in my life. I've also lost 30 lb but that's probably the least important of the many things I've achieved. I had never even heard of obstacle course racing when I joined and I've now completed pretty much every OCR in Southern California (including multiple Spartan races) and have done amazing in each thanks to the training I've received here. I can run a half marathon with ease now (which is crazy to me!) and will be doing my first Duathlon in a few months. Most importantly, I've learned that with a little hard work, I can literally achieve anything!! The trainers are phenomenal - so inspiring and encouraging. I really cannot recommend FBBC enough. They truly are the best!!!
