I came here for hot cardio yoga almost every day for a month in 2022 (we were just visiting SD), and I STILL think about it and try to find studios like it everywhere I go!

Love this studio! Heated but not too hot or crowded to get a good stretch in. The candlelight flow class is my favorite way to end the weekend on Sundays. And the eucalyptus cold towel at the end is a nice touch. ππΌ

Iβd be lost without this place itβs absolute medicine! Every instructor I have been to has challenged my strength and flexibility, prioritizes balancing my breath with body and mind. Iβm always leaving feeling regulated and 20lbs energetically lighter after a good sweat. My favorite classes have been the candlelight or sculpt with Alena, Shelley, James and Austin.

This is a great studio I like how down to earth it is and in the flow classes, they Tell you the poses throughout the entire series so youβre not left to figure it out on your own. The studio is a nice small size so itβs not overwhelming and has overall great vibes.

The ambiance was great. Sean had a nice vibe. I appreciated the extra touch with the cards and Sean reminding us all that this is OUR practice. Sean's cues were top notch and it was an amazing flow. Thank you.

I started coming here when I moved to San Diego, and I havenβt stopped since β itβs like the yoga version of Hotel California; you check in, but you never check out. James didnβt just teach me yoga; he guided me through the cosmic realms and single-handedly opened my third eye. Iβm pretty sure after every class, Iβm closer to enlightenment than I am to understanding how taxes work. This studio is so calming, Iβm genuinely considering asking my doctor if I can trade in my Zoloft for a membership. Namaste and pass the lavender scented towels.

We were visiting the area and they had a great buy 1 get 2 free class special, perfect for the week we were here. They also have complimentary towels and give you cold lavender towels at the end of each class, such a nice touch. Really enjoyed each of the classes we took, different styles and teachers - all very enjoyable! Would highly recommend and would come back next time weβre in town!

I am visiting town and had the opportunity to do a drop in vinyasa with Natalie. The studio is nice and welcoming. Natalie is a great instructor, and the music was good, too. There was a very nice cool down at the end. I would come back with frequency if I lived here.

I'm not a customer but I can hear this so called yoga studio from several doors down. It is annoying beyond comprehension. If there happens to be any other businesses in the area they must be having a terrible time attempting to do simple tasks such as conduct day to day business. I recently moved in nearby and I can hear them from across the street. It is ridiculously distracting and disrespectful to the community. I thought yoga to be a peaceful exercise, perhaps I am wrong. There is no need or excuse for this level of volume. Please turn it down.

In A Nutshell:
-I signed up for a drop-in vinyasa flow yoga class here at Reach Yoga while I was in the area.
-It was a nice 7am class to jump start the day.
-The class ended up being a hot yoga class (which I don't mind b/c I go to at least one a week).
-My mat was placed directly under one of the infrared heating elements so I enjoyed a nice sweat along w/ a great session.
-The session focused a lot on our core & balance which was terrific.
-I liked our instructor, Dana, she is very kind & knows what she is doing.
-The studio is a decent size, it's dark w/ plenty of mirrors too.
Overall, they also do paddle board yoga & other classes. If you live locally or just passing through like me I would sign up for a yoga class.

Loved the experience at Reach Yoga! I took the "Candlelight Vinyasa Flow" class yesterday and it is obvious why it is so popular. Amazing studio environment and the instructor was great- she seemed to know what exactly what adjustments I needed before they even happened. Will be back :)

Last Wednesday officially marked my 1 year anniversary of going to Reach Yoga and holy smokes what a wild, beautiful ride it has been! π
What started as a simple Hinge 1st date π€ to Alena's 7pm Candlelight Vinyasa would end up kickstarting my yogi journey. I had been introduced to yoga in the past at Corepower, but the timing was off for me and I wasn't ready to receive the benefits yoga had to offer.
What I like the most about Reach Yoga is the clear sense of Community that exists. This isn't your typical studio where students go to class, don't interact, workout, and leave immediately after (which, if that's what you're lookin for absolutely rad too πͺπΎ).
Additionally, every instructor has a unique style and experience that they bring to class - and it's cool to take different classes and learn / observe different styles being taught - not like Corepower where classes are taught the exact same way, etc.
A year later I've pushed myself out of my comfort zone, doing Vinyasa 2 with Shelley, Sculpt classes with Stephanie, and militant (but lovingly accountable) flows with James. My surfing is stronger & noticeably looser, and I'm 2 months into my first 200 hour YTT with Alena.
Ask me a few years ago if I'd ever do any of the above and you'd get one of the most beautiful and genuine, yet loud cackles of all time out of me. Can not recommend this family enough to anyone looking to begin their Yoga journey for whatever path they are on, cαΊ£m Ζ‘n nhiα»u π

I stayed 5 weeks in Pb and a friend recommended reach yoga. I can not say enough good things about this place. The schedules are great, teachers are amazing, super friendly staff and the studio is very well located. Loved the candlelight classes and the sunrise flows. James Phillips, Allie's and samantha's classes were my favorites. I recommend getting an unlimited monthly package so you can take advantage of all the amazing classes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND <3

I AM OBSESSED. If you're looking for a yoga studio in Pacific Beach, this is the spot. The staff and students are so welcoming and kind. I love that they always provide alternatives to positions for different skill levels. I'm newer to yoga, but have never felt intimidated at this studio, like I couldn't do something. Alena and her team do an incredible job of making this place a warm and welcoming yoga spot, and I always look forward to classes. I also love the variety of classes - from yin, vinyasa 1 and 2, sound healing, sculpt, and power flow - there really is something for everyone! I even got my boyfriend to start coming with me occasionally and he's never done yoga before, but just bought himself a mat and wants to keep coming! Thank you REACH ILYSM!

If you want a community, instructors that care, and to support a female owned small business, Reach Yoga is the place to be. Ran and operated by Alena and her wonderfully selected staff, Reach has made a huge impact on my life since joining the studio about 3 years ago. Highly recommend to anyone

I tried many yoga studios when I first moved to SD, but fell in love with Reach from the very beginning and have been a member for years now. The new owner, Alena, has transformed the space into a little boho chic home that offers classes for every type of yogi. Super clean, professional and welcoming studio in PB. If you ever want to be ~ humbled ~ try Alena's sculpt classes, I consider myself in shape and these still kick my a** on the regular.

Good people, good classes in a clean facility. I grew up in the neighborhood but have been living abroad. When I am home, I always drop in for a class. It's a part of that makes the neighborhood so cool.

I felt in love the first class. The variety and creativity of this studio is amazing. The teachers are great and very passionate, love this place. The atmosphere is friendly. Oh, and I enjoy the wet towel with scented of lavender at the end of class, so unique. I commute from Chula Vista to Pacific Beach because it is worth it; trust me!

Great yoga studio in Pacific Beach! Awesome teachers and since it's not a corporate chain like some of the others, each teacher has the freedom to sequence and design classes using their strengths and creativity. This really gives you a unique experience with each one, giving you so many varieties to check and try. Lots of yoga sculpt for the days you want a workout, but also vinyasa flow, slow flow, and yin when you want a more traditional class or a restorative experience. The studio is large and spacious and there are plenty of bathrooms and a shower. I love the heated studio (which is not too hot like Bikram), but its cozy, especially on those cold mornings and evenings. And the lavender scented wet towels at the end of class are the best.

Signed up for a class online several days prior to the class. I arrived on time, and was TURNED AWAY because they were at capacity. I am sorry, but I signed up ahead of time and if you have a room capacity then you need to turn away last-minute walk-ins!! This is terrible management and I had been looking forward to this class all day and now my evening is spoiled. I would like someone from management to address this really ridiculous issue. Thanks.

I have tried out almost every yoga studio in Pacific Beach and ultimately decided on Reach as my go to yoga spot. Factors that helped me decide on Reach. 1. Early morning classes. 2. Price 3. Classes 4. Lavender towels they hand out after class.
My only complain is that I had been attending nearly 3 months 4-6 times a week and no one remembered my name. Someone finally did so yay for that.

My favorite yoga studio in PB! Reach always has the best vibes in a very non-competitive environment that allows you to truly embrace your inner reflection in every class. Sculpt class is just the right amount of challenge while candlelight vinyasa flow gives you an incredible restorative flow before bedtime.

Took a power flow class here while in town for a few days and loved it! The studio is designed well, lots of space, and clean. Take Shelly's class--it's tough! I also appreciate that they give discounts to teachers, students, military, etc. If I lived there, I'd definitely join this place!

I've been going to Reach for almost a year now and I keep coming back because I love the people and instructors so much. I have been practicing yoga off and on for years, but I've made the most growth at Reach. The instructors teach you so much about yoga, challenge you with inversions, and even offer some of the powerful spiritual aspects of yoga such as their use of tibetan singing bowls, meditation, and chanting. You will get a different experience depending on the class and the instructor. It's a breath of fresh air since so many studios are overly-commercialized. I've learned so much, so that's why I've continued coming for so long. It feels like a community.
It's a great studio and I love that they offer a nice variety of classes for all levels. The price is very reasonable for their unlimited membership and they usually have a $50 off coupon for your first month. The best part is the amazing instructors, some of whom I've become good friends with. They are really welcoming and inspiring. Thanks Hana, Christina, Desiree, and Ansley for changing my life through yoga!! Namaste :)

So I walked in and it seemed busy with lots of people coming in and out... it was a little intimidating but then I realized a lot of the instructors attend the other classes so you see the same people around and it feels like a welcoming community to start learning about yoga and having fun :) I've had my favorite yoga classes in Pacific Beach there!

This is an awesome new studio in PB! It has great amenities like multiple bathrooms, a shower, and a wide variety of classes. The teachers are super knowledgable, personable, and you can tell that they are truly passionate about yoga and care about their students. I also like that they change up their flow so I don't feel like I'm doing the same routine of poses every time I go. I highly recommend this studio to everyone - from beginners to expert yogi's!

This studio is awesome! I have a fairly sporadic schedule so it's really nice to have a place that offers classes early in the morning till later at night. It also has a huge variety of classes depending what your looking for or if your looking to mix it up. I never thought I would enjoy the slower flows or deep stretch night classes as much as I do, but it is a great way to relax and decompress before heading off to bed. highly recommend :)

I am addicted to yoga! If you are a college student in the San Diego area (like me!), they offer excellent discounted rates on drop-in's for $12 (reg $16), and all new students receive a $50 gift certificate that they can apply towards anything! (And that includes monthly membership! =D). Whether you want to relax in a candlelight yoga class, or build strength and get toned, there is a class for all yogi's alike! Trust me, I go almost 5 days a week and have enjoyed every class I took! I like how the instructors here are very hands on and will make adjustments to help make sure you maintain good form, but they will also respect your space if you say so [= You can also download the Reach Yoga app on your iPhone and Android to make it easier to keep track of the class schedule on your phone. Overall, this is an excellent studio, and I highly recommend!

Love Reach Yoga! I finally found the studio for me, they have a variety of teachers and all level classes. The staff always makes you feel welcomed and the teacher take a very personal approach that motivated me to be better while having fun.
All the instructors have different styles so every class is a new opportunity to rediscover yoga. I totally recommend it!
