I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a one-on-one Pilates session at Real McCoy Palates, and I can't recommend it enough! The setting was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to focus entirely on my workout.
What I loved most was the goal-based approach; my instructor expertly tailored the session to my personal fitness objectives. The intensity was just right—not too overwhelming, yet challenging enough to see results. Each movement was beautifully guided, ensuring I was using the correct form and maximizing the benefits of each exercise.

Jen is the best Pilates teacher I’ve ever had - and I’ve practiced Pilates for a few years in Europe and Asia as well. She is patient while pushing you to achieve your set goals. I have only been taking Jen's virtual mat class for a month. I already feel the difference it is making in the way I feel and how I move. She is an brilliant instructor, gently guiding me through class, encouraging me to go only as far as my body feels comfortable and offering both accomodations and challenges in each class. She has a calm approach that makes it easy to follow along and welcomes me feel welcome to come back to the next class. I am so glad I started virtual mat class with Jen. It helps me feel better and better in my body.

As a newbie to Pilates with arthritis and other joint concerns, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But with Jen’s knowledge, instructions and alternate positions for every movement, I quickly understood why people love Pilates and Jen. She explains clearly and is very encouraging throughout the virtual mat class. I have only been attending Jen’s virtual mat class for a few weeks but am beginning to feel results and looking forward to the benefit of future classes. I had my first Pilates session with Jen through an online video she shared and I truly felt her presence and energy throughout. She’s incredibly helpful, sweet, and kind! :) her positive aura is so inspiring and perfectly suited for what she does. I had never done Pilates before working with Jen. I knew I would like it, but I didn't expect to love it! I believe this is in large part to Jen. Jen is very welcoming and creates a calm positive environment. She does a great job of explaining the positions and spotting to ensure proper form. The bonus is that my even my daughter has found she likes it too and has started going with me.

I have had Jen as a Pilates instructor for two years at our local Pilates studio. She is an amazing instructor who was able to help me tone my body as well as help me with my back issues. Jen is fantastic! I signed up for body contouring in October and could not recommend more. The facility is very clean and it's easy to book as Jen is very responsive. I had never done body contouring before, but I saw results just after two sessions! I ended up buying a 5 session pack to do another area. I also added pilates after the sessions. It was my first time doing reformer pilates and I fell in love! Jen adapts the workout to you and is so knowledgeable. You get a great workout with no next day pain on your joints. Can't recommend this place enough!
