Nice Look and space, hours are amazing, however it is just way to packed! weights aren't often reracked and it feels like hunger games to find a plate for the machine your using. Sauna is tiny, and rules aren't often followed. It was stuffy when I went but they are adding ventilation so it might help.

Rebirth Lifting Club La Verne has easily become my favorite gym. The environment is always clean, organized, and has everything you need whether you’re lifting heavy or getting in a quick session.

What really sets this place apart is the staff. Mia and Gracelyn always greet me by name the second I walk in and genuinely make you feel welcome. Anytime I need help with something, whether it’s checking in, equipment questions, or small things around the gym, they’re on it right away. It’s small details like that that make a huge difference.

The best private gym in the area. Super clean, great lighting, and a good atmosphere always. Grace at the front desk helped me with a problem on my account in minutes, and shortly after she was cleaning the mirrors and fixing the weights. She’s an awesome employee to chat with as well. The vibes are great the people are cool , the layout is great.

The equipment however is not up to my personal standards. I wish they had Arsenal equipment.

It’s worth a look for sure but I’d say Definitely try before you buy.

Just a clarification the equipment is top tier for bodybuilding but my style of training doesn’t mesh well with that kind of equipment. I’m going to give rebirth a second chance because I feel like if I go in and train like a body builder I can easily give 5 stars.

I’ve been going to LA fitness for the longest time but when I tried Rebirth for the first time, it was a no brainer. If you want to become the fit, confident person you were meant to be, you have to surround yourself with like-minded people. And that’s what Rebirth is. Rebirth is an all around great gym with even better people. With its diverse machinery and vast dumbbell selection, Rebirth has given the city of La Verne and all around a purpose to better themselves in a physical aspect. Their Merchandise selection is great too. The employees are friendly as well! Shoutout to Grace! There are so many awesome shirts, hats, and shorts that are comfortable to work out in. Rebirth can get crowded at times but the proof is in the pudding. There’s a reason why so many people are signing up.

Signed up online, came in to start my membership and waited and timed 20 minutes at the front desk, nobody showed up. I had no way to scan in or even communicate my subscription. First impressions are horrible. I did not see one person of staff on a Friday which should be one of the most staffed days. Called to cancel my membership because when I went again nobody was there. I don’t understand when gyms don’t have staff on desk during business hours; this is a common trend in these types of gyms. I’ll delete this when I get the chance to actually try out the gym lol

The facility overall is amazing clean, quality equipment, and great overall layout compared to the gym that was previously there. However, what made the experience not worth keeping was the lack of transparency on membership pricing, front staff, and cancellation. On instagram it still states $30 a month as of concurrently it is $50 a month for a base membership. Which is not bad at all for a private gym but the old pinned price shouldn’t be displayed it feels misleading. Additionally, front staff is not well trained for telephone inquiries/prospects the importance of a new sale is something less of importance which could discourage future prospects. Cancellation is also a bit difficult as well if you do not like to cancel in person. I did want to attempt to cancel via email as per the contract. However, I once again called up front to confirm before hand since I was on a guest trial. The front staff said I would have to pay first month dues first??? Even though I did mention twice I was on a trial after I told the girl upfront I work in a gym I know how the process works. Why on a guest trial would I need to pay first month due? Her demeanor changed soon after that. Confused as I was it is not the facility that docked them it was the staff retention to keep clients at their facilities. As someone who knows a good amount of people in the fitness industry I will still recommend the place but I really do believe hire ups should retrain their staff.

Don’t fall for the month to month membership I was told I could cancel whenever with no cancellation fees. I tried to cancel last month was told I needed to pay an additional $30 even though I had just been charged the monthly payment because they need 30 day notice. I came in person to cancel with the 30 days they ask for and the front girl told me I would have to pay for the following month and then I would be canceled. She says they explained it wrong to me and that’s not the case. Very misleading and the month to month is a scam they charge additional fee so that you can cancel anytime and make it very difficult to cancel. Do not trust these people.

When I went in to cancel with the 30 day notice she wanted to pay for the following month not for any past due balance. I got receipts to that prove YOU ARE A LIAR by making that false statement. Why don’t you address anything else I said ?! I’ve been a member for well over a year all those payments I made which you were charging me $56 even though you guys were charging less now ! All that and can’t even honor your own contract regarding the month to month membership. Rebirth is great! The bodybuilding equipment is some of the best that I’ve seen in any local gym. The bathrooms are always clean and people pick up after themselves pretty well. The staff is helpful and friendly and there’s always someone at the front desk which I really like. The personal trainers don’t seem to hog equipment or take up too much space from the regular gym goers which i really appreciate.
A couple things that I don’t like are the lack of paper towel dispensers, and spray bottles to clean equipment. There’s two for the whole gym. I think it would be super helpful if there was a couple more scattered throughout the gym. Another thing that I would probably change would be adding more 45 pound plates. In the evening it gets super packed, which isn’t a problem other than trying to find plates. The gym is adding a lot of extra machines, but not getting any more plates to fill them…. that’s the only reason i would give it a 4/5.

It’s truly disappointing when a gym claims to support health and fitness but instead penalizes dedicated members without cause. Today, my membership was revoked simply because I was working out with my cousin, and the gym assumed he was a paid personal trainer. No one approached us for clarification, no questions were asked, just an immediate, baseless decision that not only cost them a paying customer but also disrupted a family’s commitment to health and fitness.

We were doing nothing more than pushing each other to be better, which is what a gym should encourage. Instead, they chose to act unprofessionally, jumping to conclusions rather than fostering an environment of support and accountability. If this is how they treat loyal members by making rash judgments and disregarding the community they claim to build, it speaks volumes about their values.

At the end of the day, they didn’t just lose my business they lost the trust of people who genuinely wanted to grow and invest in their fitness. A gym should be a place where dedication is celebrated, not punished.

I’m pretty disappointed with this gym experience, to say the least. This morning, mid-workout, my brother’s membership was revoked because of an assumption that he was doing personal training. My cousin, uncle, brother, and I have been coming here for quite some time, even at different times. This morning, the two staff members at the front desk asked me if he was my trainer, and I even told them, 'No, he is my brother.' It’s very disappointing that it led to this. There are so many people who work out in groups, so it’s ridiculous to claim that we broke some sort of policy.

Rebirth La Verne is the best gym out there. The top of line equipment, the staff and the owners Armando and Walter have put a lot of work into creating such a great gym and a friendly environment. Terrible experience.I’m new to the gym, and my cousin was simply helping us work out. He referred me to Rebirth, but unfortunately, the owner and front desk staff wrongly assumed he was a personal trainer. Without any discussion or clarification, they abruptly revoked our memberships in the middle of our workout. If you plan on working out with friends or family, be aware that they might assume someone in your group is a trainer and take action against you unfairly. I do not recommend this gym.

Great gym with state of the art equipment, not generic crap machines like at LA Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness.

Glute Builder machines are amazing. If I had one request however I’d like they added a Reverse Hyperextension machine from Rogue. It’s not expensive compared to the Panatta Sport machines. Please take it into consideration

This is the best gym I’ve been to and I’ve lived in multiple states. The equipment options are awesome. The gym is always clean, unlike most gyms members actually re-rack and wipe down the machines after use. The staff is awesome as well. This gym is the real deal 😤 the equipment is brand new and they have a lot of common machines that other gyms don’t have . It’s also a great place not just for bodybuilding but also if you compete in powerlifting as they have competition racks and benches along with the plates .
